This response is absolutely incorrect and an another example of this companies manipulation and incorrect cashiering departmentIn February when SLS loan servicing took over the processing of these loans from Etrade Bank I had made a $payment to the principal and when they transferred the records they did not credit my $and those funds were not processedas they should not have been as I moved the funds back to Etrade for investment, not for payment on this loanAdditionally the issue in question is not only this poor handling of the $in February, but the $check that was sent in May and attached to the original complaint that they took my money and DID NOT apply it to my principal paymentI have talked to a dozen or so of unskilled, incapable people of processing the payment that was CASHED by SLS and not applied to my principal balance! I do not owe ANY interest or payment until March of and made this principal paydown of and additional $funds to reduce this loan and they have the entire account messed up! I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General in the State of Colorado and will pursue this company with legal action if you do not address this obvious error and erroneous actions by this sub par companyI will also be filing a complaint with the Attorney General against Etrade because of the handling of my original agreement was with them and they passed [redacted] accounts off to this fraudulent company! I believe I had sent an attachment stating my reasons on yesterday's email but here it is in a nutshell: After receiving an email from Revdex.com with SLS's explanation I still had not heard from them on a one on one basis I have specifically told them time and again that I work "in the field" and therefore my cell phone number was given as my point of contact number I have not received one phone call from them nor have I heard from my assigned "teller." Whenever I call I am told, via recording, that my teller is helping other people and to arrange for a call back, a call back that never is returned I now call and speak to the next available teller and that seems to work but as of yesterday when I called them myself, my problem is still there I submit all the paperwork as required, I submit "letters of explanation" as required and I submit necessary documents, as required and still, I receive complete packages in the mail like the whole process is starting over I spoke to a nice gentleman yesterday and he helped greatly, he was to call me by end of day and as of this morning I have still heard nothing As I stated in my initial complaint, this Company seems like a complete sham, yet they are collecting my Interest like there's no tomorrow I am completely fed up with this company and I wish there was some kind of legal recourse I could take againt them

HelloThis is incorrect and not accurate As of the moment this claim was posted, your company was showing us months behind, simply because you posted a Dec payment in the wrong place When I tried to correct it with phones, I was told it could not be corrected, because it was over days It was your error, not mine the payment was on time Finally however, someone in your office, has corrected it and we made the payments You took days to post the payment and in that time we occurred in interest and so we were short again, by cents, again without a statement, your office gave us the amount that was needed to bring it current, since the BK was discharged and the reaffirmation was accepted So now we have payment in the process of being reserved again and as I today, I am not convinced it has been corrected I will say, however, your staff has been very pleasant to deal with and I will close this as settled, once I confirmed all is well now Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted]
