I have contacted usps and they said the shipper needs to correctThey will not correct the addressThe issue here is their lack of cs, we tried to call, email and web chat to vorrect the issue prior to shipmentThe company is unreachable unless you use outside channelsThey advertise hour support and are in fact unreachableThey were sent correction instructions via their website which you are forced to use for order issuesThere was plenty of time to address the issue and they didn't.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused for our customerUnfortunately, we must stick by our original decision on this complaint as this is per our Company PolicySince cancellation was never confirmed, this order was shipped to the customerThe package was refused and our company was charged by the carrier directly to pick up the item from the post officeAs per our Standard Return Policy: "Some returns may require additional shipping & handling fees due to contents, size or product/services, these fees will be deducted from your total refund amountIn some cases, an additional $processing fee may be added." There was no additional $processing fee applied to this order as a courtesy.Mr*** has been refunded as per our Standard Return PolicyAs a courtesy, I can have the remainder of the order refunded as an in store credit should Mr*** wish to have that processed

We are terrible sorry for the inconvenience this has caused for Mr***Mr***'s Order was placed on August 1, at 10:01pm ESTThis order was processed first thing in the morning on August 2, and was shipped immediately via USPSThis was shipped with tracking
number ***.Our Company keeps records of all chats and emails and any customer communication for quality controlAny form submitted on our site is immediately generated as an email and sent to our Customer ServiceMr*** contacted our Customer Service via live chat on August 2, at 7:45pm EST regarding the incorrect address on his orderPrior to this chat, our Customer Service had not receive any contact via email, contact form or via chat from Mr*** regarding his orderAny customer request/inquiry is responded to within hour during business hoursI have searched through all emails, as well as chats using Mr***'s email address that he stated this was sent fromI could only find email with this information, which was the order confirmation after the order was placedOur Company did not receive any contact regarding this order after the order was placed until Mr***'s Live Chat with our agent, ***.If USPS is unable to change the address and this package is returned to our Company, we ensure that a refund is processed as per our Standard Return PolicyWe do hope Mr*** understands that had we received the notification regarding the incorrect address, this would have been handled immediately and the address would have been changedOur Company strives to ensure that all customer inquiries are handled immediately upon requestAs stated, once an order has been shipped, it becomes very difficult to alter an address with the carrier directlyUnfortunately, we were unable to change it on this shipment with them, but we can guarantee that Mr*** will receive a refund once the package makes it's way back to our facility.Attached, I have included the email search with Mr***'s email address showing only match for all emails as well as a copy of the chat he had with our CS Rep, ***If any further information is needed, or if anything is unclear, please feel free to contact me directly.Thank you,*** ***

Regards,  The company and it's personal are liar's... The part was never removed from it's box. If this part was a used part, it was shipped to me as a used part. I am tired for them calling me a liar and a cheat. I conduct my business in a professional manner and I assume that the companies I do business with do the same. This is not the case with this company.

If Mr. [redacted] would like to return the one (1) Bosch 00490467 Dishwasher Detergent Dispenser Replacement – ER490467 that is still in his possession, we would be willing to accept this back uninstalled. If Mr. [redacted] wishes to do so we ask that he makes sure to write RA# [redacted]7snd on the outside of the package where it is visible or use the RA that was provided to him via email by our Customer Service. Upon receiving the part returned we will then be able to issue Mr. [redacted] a credit for the unwanted item based on our Standard Return Policy as the part ordered was the part received.

This was not refunded by Speedy Appliance.  I contacted my Credit Card company, after they would not refund my money, and my Credit Card company refunded the money.  If not for them Speedy Appliance would have kept my money.  I do not wish to pursue this any more, as I did get my money back, but Speedy Appliance is being disingenuous by saying that they refunded the money.

Hello,There was no "bait and switch". We sell aftermarket parts, unfortunately the aftermarket version we sell is on back order and the customer was given a courtesy offer to upgrade to the OEM. This was an option provided to the customer, not something they were forced to have to choose. The customer declined this offer and decided to have the order canceled. We are not responsible to refund anything more than what the customer paid to us. The customer has been refunded in full and the order has been canceled. We have given them back the full amount they paid to us.Thank You

We do not owe [redacted] a credit because the part he has returned was used and Installed. As this is against out return policy and Mr. [redacted] agreed to the terms regarding returning Installed parts no credit was issued for the part and it was disposed of as is also stated in our policy. As...

per our Policy, Installed, used parts are non-refundable. Below are the events that transpired between Mr. [redacted] and our Company.[redacted] placed an order with our Company on Sunday, January 10, 2016 for one (1) Washer Belt Replacement – Part ER134051000, one (1) Washer Shock Absorber Replacement – Part ER5304485917, one (1) Washer Door Latch Replacement – Part SAP131763202 and one (1) Washer Suspension Spring Replacement – Part .ER134144700. Mr. [redacted]’s order was shipped the on Monday, January 11, 2016 and Delivered via USPS on Wednesday, January 13, 2016.Our company keeps detailed records of any Customer concerns that come in either called in, over our “Live Chat”, or emailed to us. Mr. [redacted] contacted our Customer Service Department via email on Tuesday, August 06, 2013 requesting to return one (1) Washer Belt Replacement – Part ER134051000, one (1) Washer Door Latch Replacement – Part SAP131763202 and one (1) Washer Suspension Spring Replacement – Part .ER134144700. Mr. [redacted] stated in the email that he agreed to the Terms that the part was not installed and/or used. Our Customer Service Department replied back issuing him a Return Authorization Label.Mr. [redacted] returned these items back to our facility on Wednesday, January 27, 2016. All items were processed and only part Washer Door Latch Replacement – Part SAP131763202 was found to have been installed. It was explained to Mr. [redacted] that a refund for this item was denied to us by the distributor due the part he had returned being installed. We provided documentation from our Warehouse supporting the fact that the part was returned Installed and credit was denied. Although Mr. [redacted] states that we never provided these photos showing proof of installation, these were sent to him as requested via email on Wednesday, January 27, 2016, as you can see in the email thread attached. A refund has been processed on this order for all other items that were returned to us uninstalled.Refunds cannot be issued on used, Installed parts. If customers were allowed to return used, Installed parts then these items would then of course in turn be resold and this would create a situation in which customers are receiving installed parts that other customers have used, perhaps while misdiagnosing a problem with their appliance and in which the part could have been damaged or the life of the part shortened because of improper diagnosis or installation. This is not fair to any customers.We must stand by our Policy as posted on our site because if we don’t we are not able to guarantee to our customers they are receiving NEW Parts. If used, Installed, returned parts were allowed it would in fact be hurting customers because they would be receiving parts that may now be damaged and that would definitely be void of a Manufacture Warranty.Also enclosed is a copy of [redacted]’s invoice, all email correspondence between Mr. [redacted] and our company, a copy of the order as placed on our site, photos of the installed items and a copy of the return statement showing credit denied due to Installation.
