I initially spoke to a sales representative and asked her to wait to begin their services because I was too busy at the time to manage a lead generating websiteShe told me this would not be a problem and that a different representative would be in touchAt this time this agent ethically SHOULD HAVE told me that I needed to hold off signing up for services until I was ready to begin but she did not! Following our conversation I received several calls and emails asking me to complete required information and because I was still very busy I never had the time to complete I was emailed the attached email on 5/19, 5/20, 6/16, 6/19, 6/and based on the email had not filled out all the information required to establish services Once I realized I was just too busy to manage the website Zwas going to to set up for me I decided to cancel only to find out that they had been charging my charge card all along and refused to give me a refund I never received services from this company This company has wrongfully and dishonestly charged me for services I never received and I would like a full refund

[The contract to provide me with a website stated that Zmay use third parties for the website portion onlyNo place in the SEM contract does it say anything about third party authorizationI did settle my account with Zto avoid ever dealing with the company again and because I threatened to take them to court is the reason they let me out of the contractZstill runs a very shady business practice of lying to customers about on the phone about the service and results they will get and then denying it and asking if you read the contractThe also make it nearly impossible to cancel the contracts by requiring you to speak to someone else every time you try to cancelAnd that someone else takes weeks to return you calls/emailsThis matter is settled in the fact that I am no longer in a contract with the companyI would like the Revdex.com to take a better look at Z57's rating with the Revdex.com as the only way I was able to get any response was to file a complaint with the Revdex.com and threaten to take them to courtOne look at everyone else's complaints with the company and there is a clear pattern of deceit that does not warrant a positive rating with the Revdex.com.]

My business partner and I still stand by our words that your salesman told us leadsI asked several times with every scenario and he said guaranteed leadsIt is simple if you have nothing to hide lets here that conversationI would also like to see the proof of the traffic that you are claimingI have asked for this proof and have not seen itIs the secret also like the recording? It is comical the way you have stretched the truthWe have not received but leads total since signing up with your so called SEMThe other leads came from our website that you have no control of. Out of all of those ten leads not one resulted in any kind of businessThey were all wrong numbers never signed up and no answersYou need to check your own data base to see that the leads you are claiming came from your SEM and not from our web site

On 2/10/2016, I received an itemized list of what Zwas going to do, but NEVER a contractI called many times, NOT just from my cell number as I was at work when I tried calling them, and they NEVER picked upI had a confirmed appointment on 2/to get my WebSite startedThey not only didn't make the appointment but NEVER called to apologize or reschedule.On 3/7/at 10:57am I emailed the representative who supposedly was to help me, *** *** asking what happened to him and why he didn't follow up with ,meHe NEVER emailed or called me.on 3/9/at 9:am EST when I didn't hear back from him, I was fed up and I emailed that I wanted a refund, and that they hadn't done anything they promised and a Month had already gone by. It was ONLY then after I asked to cancel and be refunded that Zstarted to call me...they NEVER EMAILED me...I have Every email I EVER RECEIVED. They are liars and did not provide an ounce of service.I expect a full refund When they never reached out to me,

I did not knowingly agree to the $299 mandatory SEM price they expect me to pay per monthSales Rep was obscure, and I cannot afford to pay it. If the company was not trying to be sneaky about the $SEM price, they would not have made the contract regarding the SEM writing in fine print, and made it a mandatory month cycle. If the company was not trying to be sneaky about it, they would have not had a problem with me canceling the SEM. In addition, Zdoes not have the IDX my brokerage is affiliated with, therefore, my website was not functioning properly. I had a potential client call me (left a voicemail) that she could not enter her information into my website because it was not allowing her to. For the month of August, and part of September, Zhas sent traffic to my website which was not working properly, therefore I would like to be reimbursed for the $for the SEM fee that was taken out of my account. I would honor my $per month with the company and continue to work with them for the remainder of the contract ONLY if they are able to get the IDX affiliated with my brokerage, reimburse the SEM fee taken out of my account in September, AND if they cancel the SEM mandatory fee for the remainder of the contractI would need the IDX for Staten Island, NYC (Staten Island Board Of Realtors) otherwise, their services would be of no use to me.

Mr*** signed up with his Zaccount on 11/25/and signed the attached terms and conditions the same dayHe signed up for a one year contractAll clients are given the option of signing up with a Month to Month contract or a One Year contractClients who cancel prior to the end of their
contract will be charged for the remaining months of the contract as clearly stated in #on the termsZgenerated the website and Facebook page for Mr*** on 11/25/16, the same day as his purchaseThe website was also pushed live to the internet on 11/25/so he was given his entire product in less than hoursAll calls at Zare recorded for training purposes so in order to respond to this complaint Mr***'s calls were reviewedHe spoke to the production department (who generates the sites) for minutes on 11/25/During the setup process, clients are taken through an Onboard Wizard that visually displays on their contact information to verify that we have the correct contact information displaying on their website and *** Business PageThe production rep and Mr*** went over the information and he confirmed it was correctIt was also made clear that the information would show on the website and on FacebookAt the end of that call (around the min mark), Mr*** was given the number to contact our inbound customer service department and instructed that we have inbound service and instructed him to call oftenThe call ended with both parties saying goodbye and mutually disconnected the callMr*** then received several email notifications asking him to call in to schedule his initial marketing appointmentThe dates the emails were sent were 12/15/15, 1/21/and 2/4/Mr*** then called in on 1/15/saying that he changed brokerage companies and said that we hadn’t yet updated to his new contact infoThis is something that Zwould not be able to change without the client calling in to request this changeThere were no previous calls or emails asking for this changeMr*** called into find out how to cancel his account on 3/24/An early termination of a contract results in all the remaining months of the contract being charged immediatelyZResolutionAt this point, we’ve found no breach of contract and Mr*** was provided the product he purchased and provided service despite him saying the oppositeWe can offer Mr*** a contract buyout option that would have him pay a $buyout and then he can move to a month-to-month contractAt that point he can request to cancel and only be responsible for his day noticeHe is not eligible for a refund at this time

Mr*** signed up for a PropertyPulse Elite account with a one year contract on 11/30/The signed contract is attachedThe main part of the program that Mr*** signed up for is automated email blast and *** posts which start right after accounts activation and after the client
uploads their contacts to the systemHowever, all clients have access within their back office to disable or enable the automatic emails at their discretionMr*** had full control to turn this these email blasts off even if we advised against itAttached is a screenshot of the main tabs within PropertyPulse and the area where clients have the control to shut off any email automationMr*** then canceled his accountHe was instructed at the time of cancellation that according to his contract he would be charged the remaining months of his contract upfrontThe details for this can be viewed in #of the attached contractMr*** stated he was aware but did not care and wanted to proceed with the cancellation.At this time, we have followed exactly what the contract statedSince Mr*** has paid for the remainder of his one year contract, we would be more than happy to reactivate his account so he can use the product for the time that he has already paid forHe is currently ineligible for a refund

After an additional review of the recorded sales call, Ms*** agreed to sign up that day, was clearly made aware of the monthly charges as the setup chargesWhen the sales rep wanted to transfer Ms*** to the onboarding department to get setup she said that she wanted to wait until next Wednesday to go activeThe sales rep confirmed that she meant having the site published to the internet and Ms*** confirmed that was correctShe said she had several things going on that weekend and didn't want to feel pressured about the release of her siteAfter being charged, Ms*** said she didn't want to be billed for the week that her site might not be live to the internetThe sales rep said she can look into it but the agreement was not made that she wouldn't be charged until her site was liveThe sales rep specifically said that she would be charged each month from the date she signed up regardless of whether her site was live ZResolutionThe resolution has not changedMs*** is not eligible for a full refund and her day notice was submitted on 7/so her account will be officially canceled as of 8/1/

Mr*** signed up with a PropertyPulse Elite package on
4/29/He was presented the option to go with either a month-to-month package
or a year contract at different pricesMr*** opted for the lower priced
option and signed up for a year contractHis website was built
and a welcome
email was sent to Mr*** on 4/30/with a link to his login, his user name
and password and the ability to see the site on a temporary domainHe did
request to cancel on 5/6, which is outside is day right for a refund but
decided to stay on board at that timeHe also signed up for IDX with us and
that data is updated every hours based on the information his MLS sends to
usWe can only pull the status of listings provided to us by the MLS and the
challenge Mr*** has is that we are not able to pull Pending or Backup
properties from his MLSThis data is not incorrect, but it is not available
for his MLS in our product Currently he
has a website up and running and the website is the same style and layout he
was shown during the sales presentation when he decided to purchase the
productZhas a cutting edge social media and website product that superior to
most other competitors in this market place
ZResolutionThe client can buy out of his contract by paying the
original difference in setup price between a year contract and a month to
month agreement The difference is setup
price is $We look forward to hearing from Mr*** on whether he would
like to continue his service or take the option to buy out the contract for
$then he can cancel at any time he chooses with a day noticeHe is not
eligible for a refund at this time based on his account

That is not the conversation I had, your company does not achieve any results that have to do with your customers receiving any business from what you doYou just take money until someone tries to get out from throwing their money to youThat is all you have ever done I have tried different programs with you over 4-years and I might have gotten one lead that turned into a closing...I would suggest you not tell people you can do what you can't do...and as far as you being some how hooked up to zillow...you send me e-mail with the contacts days after the contact is looking for help...In real estate there is a minute rule not a day....get with the program

Ms*** signed her Terms and Conditions for her Executive package on 4/6/Her account was built and published online the same day she signed upMs*** called in to cancel her service on two occasions in and each time decided to retain her account with ZShe was sent an email
confirmation after each conversation that clearly stated that the account would remain active and the day notice to cancel had been rescindedCurrently the account is shutdown due to non-payment for Feb - June There is a current overdue balance of $399.96.ZResolution:Ms*** is still responsible for the overdue balance on the account for the service period listed above

I will not except either of their proposals....I have attached all of my texts with Alex and also a few of my emails I have been in contact with him about issues since I signed up for this Obviously what they have documented in their notes is different that what I was told on the phone The receipt that I received from Alex the day I signed the contract (the email from him) states that I would get IDX functionality (It has my agent ID but says nothing about only one IDX or only pulling information from RMLS) This reads differently than the Zsales order that they attached and sent to you This just goes to show that things are not explained the same way in which they were documented.My complaints with the company are not just with the Website as you can see from my emails/texts...their were several issues and I was always told how busy and sorry they were and they would get to me as soon as possible I was very patient, but I guess I shouldn't have been since they want to charge me for all those months of service, cancellation fees and early termination fees , buyout fees ect I also need to note that Zstarted charging me monthly for this service after I paid in full up front......this was also an ordeal to get taken care of and I had to get the *** compliant department involved to get that resolved That has now been resolved and removed from my card.I want a full refund from Z($1588.89)
