Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Thank you for your help with this matterIf you didn't get involved, I am sure this would have never been resolved with them.Biggest issue was no communication whatsoever, two days of missed appointments, after we had to call them multiple times to schedule, more than three weeks after the initial visitTwo days, no show no call for scheduled appointment.We had to call them back again, in which time a qualified and knowledgeable technician came out and did the job to our satisfaction.I guess the lesson here is that you have to file a complaint with the Revdex.com to get them to show up Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business and do not accept it at this time First, they are showing a origional copy which is crystal clear where as I have the bottom copy of multiple copies which is extremely faint and cannot read it Second, first line of agreement states that contract is between them and myself Third I did not agree to a service contract and it was never mentioned to me when the salesman was here at my house and want it removed from my billCorrected bill I requested did not reflect this only backed up the statement to include a prior transaction I do not want to be charged for this from that company in the future as I will contact a reputable company to take care of my Air Conditioner as needed I want the fact that I dont want this service contract nor will I be charged for it in the future in writing and part of a resolution Fourth, I have no problem paying this bill thru my own bank, and will not have nothing to do with Wells Fargo Bank for personal reasonsI have already been to my bank and as soon as this resolved I will be sending in full payment to peninsula Oil

Called customer for further clarificationWe made a mistake in telling customer we were not picking up trash on 6/I apologized and we will pick up customers trash today, 6/

We are requesting to look at the system to be sure it is not working as the customer states, and if it is not working we will attempt to fix, if it cannot be fixed we will make the requested credit

home owners own their own tank and the oil in it if they decide to discontinue oil they can give it to a friend, hire a waste oil company to remove it, or as a courtesy we can come and pump it out for a charge it is a complex job that takes time and equipment no matter who does the work, it is possible that the job will cost more than the oil is worth.Tell us why here

Customer agreed to work and paid by check, several weeks later we tried to call about check and continually received voice mails that the number was not able to accept calls at that timeEventually customer contacted credit department when collection statement mailedCredit department explained that we guarantee our work 100% and offered to send a tech back to the homeCustomer declined and asked manager to callI called the same day and customer said they did not have time to talk, several other attempts were made but no discussion has occurredWe will gladly see what we can do to get the system in operational order, the technician had noted that system was older and should be replaced rather than fixed, owner requested repair despite thisIf customer chooses to have system replaced we will gladly credit the repair fee towards a new system

Customers account was on credit holdCustomer was out of oil and mother, [redacted] called and paid outstanding balance bill and asked credit manager if this would allow ticket for delivery to be released and if we could fill tank soon since daughter had no heatCredit manager said yes and printed ticket for deliveryCurrent balance would be $229.69, unless moving customer will use oil that was delivered and most likely it has already been usedWe can extend payment terms to a reasonable period if that helps the situation to be resolved

Driver delivering Kerosene on the first delivery ran out of product and and we had to go back and finish filling the tankDelivery manager talked to customer and credited customer $per gallon off the second delivery and all finance charges have been removed

GPS records show that we were at customers home on both daysOut electronic meters will not allow driver to make a delivery if he is in the wrong locationThe customers tank was almost emptyWhen we made the first delivery the truck ran out of product and we returned at a later date to continue fillingI have attached a copy of the second delivery that shows a note indicating this from our dispatcherThere is no doubt that we made these deliveries to this customers homeIf the truck had not run out of product on the initial delivery we would not be having this conversationWe have waived all the finance charges and credited his account $per gallon ($110.80) as we stated we would do
