This company misleads the public, making them think they are applying for the star exemption which is free, then a year later slapping them with a heafty fee!!!!!! Their letter head has the words "Star Exemption" and looks very officialNot nice

Horrible - I know that I am not the first person who fell into this so called business by Aria G**This is a scam regardless if he has the correct paperwork identifying it as a legit businessI filled out the application that he sent thinking it was the star exemption letter but of course I gave him all my information to fill it out on my behalf when I could have done it myselfAfter recieving his bill in the mail I realized what happened and he took me to court - he never showed up and the case was dismissed however I have to go back to court once moreThis business of his is VERY DECEIVING and should not be recognized as a legit businessIt's unfair to people who move to Long Island for the first time

I am currently going to court to attempt to fight thisThey have done the same to me as they have done to so many unsuspecting 1st time home ownersThey are the lowest of the low and really hope that my attempt to fight this in court can maker the courts see the type of deceiving tactic that these people use and can be put out of business or at least not let them do this to other unsuspecting people

I am having the same issue listed in previous complaintsThey are scamming me into paying for the star feeI went to their address listed on the paperwork and it was a ups storeI have left many messages on their voicemail and have not heard backShould I not pay?
