Being a Sunday I wasn't expecting anything fantastic, but Derek showed up and helped relieve our worries He did what he had to do to stop the leak from the Hot water heater, and gave us cold water for the night, till he came back he next morning
Went for a new tank (hour each way) came back and it was dented and pipe fittings were no goodHe went back ,brought a new tank back which was golden and hooked it up in a expedient mannerVery professional, courteous and knowledgeable

I called at 8:AM for a plumber and one arrived at 9:AM The plumber was polite, efficient and neat The problem required that he cut through a back wall to et to the plumbing He cut through the wall, fixed the problem, and cleaned up the drywall dust All this took only 1/hours This was the first time I used The Drain Team and I was completely satisfied
On November 28th, I broke the main control for the bath/shower in our park modelI called a few plumbing companies in the area & was told it would be at least Friday before anyone could comeWhen I called the Drain Team they advised they would be able to come the next dayDerek the technician arrived at approximately 9:AM & had new piping and the control replaced by early afternoonHis workmanship & manner was professional & he was a delight to talk toThanks Derek & the Drain Team
