Plumber Floyd showed up in 30 minutes (LIKE PROMISED) Floyd was very professional ! He had our new Kitchen faucet replaced in 30 minutes. The total charge was very FAIR ! I called the Drain Team because of a blocked rain spout that ran under ground. It was backing up and blowing out water during a heavy ran like a pressure hose. They said they could have a man out to check and would call me back with a eta, they called back and said the service man (Derek) would call when on his way.He called within the hour and came to my location,he checked the area out and ran the camera into the spout line and found the blockage 30 feet in and around 40 inches down. Derek had stopped at my problem on the way to another call and asked if he could come to fix my problem the next day as he had 2 other calls for repair before my call. I agreed and he was at my home first thing next morning at 6:30A.M., He fixed the line was very friendly and very professional and after digging the hole to make the fix he put it all back together and you could not tell he was in the ground. They Get It! I have lived the last 20-30 years, more or less, in older homes. The home I live in today was built in 1967. I have to have the lines cleared at least once, if not, twice a year or more. Normal stuff. Brad, service person #397 according to my receipt, came out today to clear the lines before the holidays. He got right to it. Was done within the hour. He knew what needed to be done. A water line pipe burst within the walls of our home flooding the floors in two bedrooms, a linen closet and bathroom. One of their employees Derek went over and beyond in his duties of providing us with his honesty and support in getting our plugging back in order; as well as, our interior materials repaired and replaced by another affiliated company he recommended to us. He help us to get our lives back to normal in no time. I thank you guys for your commitment and service.
On Saturday my drains started backing up. I did a google search and called The Drain Team. I had a technician calling me within 30 minutes telling me he was on his way. When Dan arrived he explained everything he needed to do then started out doing his job. He suggested not just fixing the plug but also checking the rest of the pipes for possible issues because our new house had been vacant for 8 months. Dan took care of the clog in no time at all and put a camera down the pipe to check everything else out. I was happy to learn that he couldn't see any other issues. Not only did I get fast professional service but I also got piece of mind. I will be using The Drain Team for all my plumbing needs. He quoted my phone estimate before he began to work to make sure we were on the same page. He did a fantastic job and was out the door in about 30 minutes. The Drain Team was called to fix a water main leak at Mariners Pass. With the help of Marcus, the job was completed quickly and very professionally. The company has done work for our Association before and I have been most pleased with their service. We will certainly use them again.

Absolutely the worst experience I could have ever imagined. The person that came out to give me an estimate was incredibly rude in general, got mad when I asked him if they pull a permit to do the work, whistled and moved his head around while fantasizing about what it would cost me to do do the work, and then provided me with an astronomical high rate to do the job. In addition, he got mad when I asked him if his figure included the permit. WOW!
We contacted the Drain Team on 11/08/2016 at 10:30 PM due to water in our master bedroom closet. Antonio arrived at midnight since he was on another job. He was professional and extremely helpful. After stopping the leak in the wall between the closet and bathroom, he contacted
a restoration company and told them they needed to get to our home as soon as possible (they arrived @ 2:30 AM.) Antonio was back at our home around 9 AM to fix the leak. He did a great job and we would highly recommend the Drain Team. They went way beyond our expectations. By the way, the cost was quite reasonable for the work performed.

This company has provided professional service, reliable and accurate work and proper handling with any problem I had with my old and aging sewer system. I am the owner of a small hotel (built 1951) on the beach and I am frequently dealing with clogged toilets, root growth in old pipes etc., even a complete sewer back-up on Thanksgiving last year. The Drain Team has never disappointed! Thumbs up for their technician Arley who has always handled/fixed our sewer problems in a very professional, accurate and timely manner.
I had to have service on Labor Day. Because of the holiday, they were running a little late. But, they called me a few times to assure me that they would be there. Ronie, the repairman, came and was so efficient and pleasant. He fixed the broken pipe quickly and was very neat and clean. When he was finished, he said he had one call left that was scheduled for the next day, but he was going to call to see if he could do it after he finished at my house. If felt so sorry for him working on the holiday. What a guy. As a pleasant bonus, I received 10% off of my bill because I had used them before The next time I have a plumbing problem, I will be calling The Drain Team and will, of course, ask for Ronie.
