Major repair handled smoothly and easily After yrs, drainage pipe from pool deck to a stream at the back of the property became blocked by roots This lead to flooding at the back of the house last summer After we located the stream end of the pipe, Tony (#344) put a camera in and found the block He removed the old pipe and replaced with PVC Now flows perfect Great job Also fixed the laundry room sink and replaced the guest bathroom shower cartridge

I am highly recommending The Drain Team It was Thanksgiving Day and apparently overloaded my disposal with too many potato & carrot peels My disposal was backing up therefore not allowing me to use the sink My wonderful neighbor came to help but unfortunately due to the pressure blew the drain pipe right off, needless to say quite the mess We could not repair the issue, hence my call to the Drain Team The person on the phone was very nice She said she would get back to me Within minutes she called to tell me Tony would be at our residence within 40-min He was right on time, very professional gentleman He fixed our problem very quickly and at n/c My husband and I just moved here in Sept and we don't know anyone in the area but I will guarantee that if I have a Plumbing issue again, I will call The Drain Team 1st Tony wished us a Happy Thanksgiving and he went on his way If you ever need any type of Plumbing services, contact The Drain Team and ask for Tony

The Drain Team could not have been more efficient, prompt or professional! Randy and Marcus did a fantastic job of diagnosing the problem (they discovered that we were still on a septic tank and not tied to the city sewer, as was always thought since mid 1980s!) and recommending the best course of action. They worked tirelessly for two days and my service was never down for more than a couple of hours in that time. All permits were pulled and inspections were done promptly and passed the first time. I highly recommend The Drain Team.
UNBELIEVABLE!!! TONY344 WAS OUR PLUMBER. We have used this company several times for other matters and without fail have absolutely not one complaint. Pricing is reasonable. If we needed plumbing again without fail we will call them.

They did not price gouge. Was there promptly, while others I called said they would need time and a half to come so quickly. The Drain Team Tech was there within an hour and a half with no extra charge.
Excellent service, great experience. I had one bathtub faucet not getting hot water and two leaky faucets in another tub and shower. Ronie was on time, efficient, courteous, and answered my questions. He replaced the cartridges and stems. Cost was as quoted, no surprises. Scheduling the repair was also simple - they were able to come out the day after I called. I would definitely recommend the Drain Team to others!
