Please do not ever deal with stellar graphics !! we purchased a trial package of pens and were not satisfied and decided not to buy from them in the future However Stellar Graphics will not leave us alone After multiple professional attempts to have them stop soliciting our office weekly, I told them we would not be doing business togetherThere sales associate told me that he would be calling me hourly to ruin my day to annoy our operation Our conversation got heatedWe are a professional organization and clearly Stellar Graphics have no priority on customer statisfaction, and only looks to push sub standard product

I get calls from this company 3 times a day. I told the girl on the phone today to quit calling my work phone. She said why are you so [redacted] hostile and I said it because of is like you calling me everyday. They are trying to sell me pens for my business I have in aurora Ne.

It is a sales call customer can simply hang up the phone if they don't want to buy.  If a sales person contacts me and I don't want to buy I say "No thank you and move on."  I don't simply file a frivolous complaint with the Revdex.com about a sales guy trying to do his job.  Sales are what...

Do not ever do business with this company. They are like a bad ex-boyfriend that won't leave your life. First of all, they have changed their name. They now call themselves SG-something. I just spoke with them today and said "Are you Stellar Graphics?" and the guy got really uncomfortable and said yes really quietly. I said, "no I will not buy from you" and he got all nervous and hung up. Usually our daily conversations with them goes like this.... "This is ____ from Stellar Graphics here in Arizona. I told you I would keep you in the loop if we had any new promotions going on, which is the reason for my call. Then I will tell you a joke and get out of your hair. Sound good?"... Look I am in sales. This is like the worst sales speech ever. If I am feeling nice, I will listen. But their joke at the end is always disgusting, dirty or racist. BTW, if you tell them that you are not interested, they tell you that they are moving warehouses and they have to move 3000 pens by the end of the day today. Are you guys moving once a month? We tell them to stop calling every time and it's only a couple days until we hear from them again.

[redacted] has ordered 15 times from our company and has never complained one time.  Now she complains that we call too much.  We will inform the salesrep to stop calling

I am a small wash, dry, fold laundry business in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Stellar Graphix in Arizona spam calls my business several times a day, every day offering to sell me magnets and pens. Their business number is ###-###-#### and ###-###-####. My business is listed on the National Registry Do Not Call but they continue to contact me. When I ask the caller to take me off their list they hang up on me.

As everyone else here says do not do business with this company, is there possible anything we can do as consumers to possibly put them out of business because out of the 70some complaints on google and 30some here non of which are positive, there has to be something done! Although our experience with them is not as bad as all reviews I've read about them it is still unacceptable! We actually placed an order with these losers which had a dead line for a trade show and the order showed up 2 months late after the date we needed them by none the less they were very crappy in quality, aside from the annoying sales calls we get at least twice a day today was the last time they will ever hear anything other than [redacted]off coming from me. This business which should not even be called a business should be completely closed down forever!!! HORRIBLE...

Please DO NOT EVER do business with this company!!!!! They will continuously harass you with unsolicited calls no matter how many times you tell them you are not interested and to remove your number from their call list. They block their phone number when they call you, so only PRIVATE CALLER appears on the caller ID.

Customer agreed to prepay and save $20 to prepay.  Customer knows it is either prepay or pay upon arrival 2-3 wks via COD.  Who has [redacted] terms?  I would like to order merchandise, receive it and not pay for it for 90 days too.  Can you point me to someone who does that?

I've tried unsuccessfully for 2 years to get this co. to stop calling. I had to pretend I would buy something in order to get a manager on the phone. When she finally gave me a little information about the company I again asked her to remove me from their call list or I would report them to the Revdex.com. The she started an incredible rant calling me a [redacted]! and other expletives over and over again.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  As long as the business does not contact...

This number calls us and asks for the Owner if we say he is not available they just hang up. This is unacceptable and harassing. I called to have us removed from their call list. I had to leave a message. We'll see how that goes.

this complaint resolved.this is the 2cond time I have filed with the Revdex.com, these people will not leave me alone. I will never buy anything from them, I tell them over and over to stop calling and they act as its jokestop calling

Complete [redacted] telemarketers. I have asked them to stop calling me over the last 6 months and still I keep getting calls. I have filed complaints with the [redacted] and Arizona State [redacted]. Their calls are harassing and foul.

Representative called and sternly insisted on speaking with the principal. As I pried for information, the representative hung up on me. If you are soliciting for business, don't hang up on a potential client. I WILL NEVER do business with this company as a result.

Each and every bad review you see about them I have received.

Today, they called and asked if Arnie was there and when I said yes, they hung up.

They will call over and over and never stop.

These people need to be shut down and jailed in my opinion.

This is one of the worst companies to work for. I can not even begin to tell you how awful they treat their employees. The owner Sandy curses at the employees if they are not perfect. If Sandy does not like you, she will make sure you are not paid all of your hours. They hire everyone who comes out of prison because normal people will not work for them. They treat people they way they do because they know they need the job. Having a felony makes it hard to find a job, so Sandy thinks she can talk to people any way she wants because she thinks they can't do better. Her husband John just hides out and avoids having to answer the employees questions when there is a problem with the checks or his wife Sandy. I told him 3 times my check was short, he never corrected it and paid me for the hours I worked. They are in litigation with several people. I hope all the madness and evil is stopped one day. Somebody has got to take a stand. I will be the first!
