Horrible business people.....they sent a pen with my Business name and phone on it. They called me a few days after I received the pen and asked to order more pens and magnet cards but I told them I'm not interesting. After that day they keep calling my business everyday just hung up the phone without saying anything. Do I really want to do business with someone like this?

Am a rep for an insurance company and we receive sales calls all the time. when the owner of the business isnt busy I tell whoever is one the phone that he or she is. when I told this person who called from this company this, the person on the other end, a male, called me a "Lying piece of [redacted]" and them hung up!!

First the guys starts out with a joke about cows. He said I had done business with him before, which I had not. They are trying to sell pens. As soon as I said not interested he hung up. They continued to call back during the day asking for the owner and then hanging up. When you ask them to stop calling they hang up on you. I know this is the company because of Caller ID.

Number has been removed.  It is not against the law to make a business to business sales call.

I have received multiple sales calls from Stellar Graphix (SGI as they refer to themselves on the phone). Their telemarketers have the same canned line, "Hi, I told you that I'd follow up with you on the magnets/pens last time we talked to you..." I have asked multiple times to remove my cellphone number from their calling list as I have never done business with their company. It seems I'm not the only one they keep calling. Their numbers come through as blocked or unlisted.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I did not get what I thought I was ordering. it was described to me as a light that you could hold in your hand and a band around you wrist so you did not drop it. what I got was a tiny light that has been since described to me as a pencil light. I would have never ordered that and it would not be appropriate for my kind of business. Plus I can buy them form the local dollar tree 2 or 3 for a dollar. I paid 150.00 for this product and I have been told by the person that sold them to me he would make sure I got my money back but someone would call me from the business but of course no one has called. I did talk to someone 2 times but they said they could not authorize the repayment but someone else would call me and I still have not received that call. I can not and would not use this product and I want my money back. I was assured that I would not get any more sales calls from this company and they are still calling. I want that to stop to.

I used to deal with this company for pens and other gadgets for my customers. I just received a phone call and stated that I have already ordered these pens that you are describing to me and tried ripping me off when I told him that I have gotten them cheaper with stellar graphix...I stated that I found another vendor who sells them for 89 cents each....not $1.90 each....he said no you didn't and hung up....never will spend another dollar with this company...

If you DARE order from them ONCE they keep calling and keep calling and keep calling -- even if you ask them a number of times (as in dozens now) to NOT call you again. Because their number shows up on caller ID leading us to not answer their calls, they've started calling as "Private Caller." As a business, we have to answer our phone.

While I'm not a fan of our current president, having a sales person call him the "N" word while forcing yet another awful joke on me was the end of our business relationship.

Other business owners -- do yourselves a favor and do NOT buy anything from them. It's not worth the hassle and their products are inferior anyway.

Product was satisfactory but have been constantly bothered by sales reps since the one order. Have asked them not to call again multiple times and they continue to call weekly if not more. I placed my order 2yrs ago and am still dealing with their sales reps. Each time we asked them not to call again we received foul language as a reply. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

This Business Stellar Graphix is terrible we were not satisfied with product received. Now we can not stop the endless phone calls. We have asked nicely do not call again. THIS HAS BEEN GONE ON FOR OVER A YEAR NOW. We are to the point we have call the Revdex.com of Arizona where they have a rating of F.

Stellar Graphix's products are very low quality pieces of junk. I ordered stainless steel coffee mugs that were supposed to have my logo engraved on them. When I received the products, my logo looks like it was a sticker. When I inquired about this, I was told it was silk screened on. Regardless, looks like crap. Once I looked at more than a few of the 48 mugs that I received, I noticed that more than half of them had other logo imprints that appeared to have been removed, but you could still see/read the logo. The cups were streaked with some type of cleaner(?) that evidently was used to remove the supposed silk screen ink and several of the cups had dents and dings. Nothing but pieces of junk!!! I would not recommend ordering anything from this company!

Customer ORDERED a finger light.  That is how it was sold and when the verification department called them to verify it they re-describe the product.  Customer agreed and product was printed and shipped.  When the product is described by our company TWICE and then the customer gets it and wants something else it is not our responsibility.  The product was accurately described and not misrepresented and the this is totally wrong for them to think they are owed something.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL as these are custom imprinted and cannot be resold.

business calls are not illegal repeated unwanted calls are after the business has been informed repeatedly their services are not wanted.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Please do not ever deal with stellar graphics !! we purchased a trial package of pens and were not satisfied and decided not to buy from them in the future. However Stellar Graphics will not leave us alone. After multiple professional attempts to have them stop soliciting our office weekly, I told them we would not be doing business together. There sales associate told me that he would be calling me hourly to ruin my day to annoy our operation. Our conversation got heated. We are a professional organization and clearly Stellar Graphics have no priority on customer statisfaction, and only looks to push sub standard product.

Stellar Graphix has been the worst company I have ever had dealings with. I've asked them to remove our company from their call list and never call us again, but now they call from a blocked number and continue toharass our employees. I've called back and spoken to a manager who assured me that we would not be receiving any more phone calls, but yet we continue to get calls from this company! We will NEVER do business and wish to NEVER speak to them again!

A guy who said him name was [redacted], but did not identify himself as being with Stellar Graphix (my caller ID gave me that info) called and asked to speak with [redacted] (who is my wife). When I asked if I could help him with something, he hung up on me. Did he think my wife would be an easier sell? I can't stand these call center cowards!

This is probably one of the most unprofessional companies that I have had dealings with. They called me three times in one day and WILL NOT STOP WHEN I'VE ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES!!! I do not want to do business with these obnoxious people. I bought one product through them and it wasn't any good.

I bought Pen lights from this company. The first 10 lights I tried didn't work. I contacted the company to return the pens and get a refund. They refused and offered me a $30 credit to my account for a future purchase. I told them till I got satisfaction with this order, there would be no future orders. The company continues tot call frequently from a blocked number and I continue to ask to be removed from their call list. I get hung up on A LOT!! I am tired of this company bothering me and not standing behind their product. I would never have made the first order with this company if I new how they did business and how they don't care about their customers satisfaction. I will NEVER recommend this company! If there is a class action against this company, sign me up.

I did not know this company had such rough reviews. I just got my T-Shirts and my Stylus twist ink pens. Out of a box of 300 pens I have yet to find a bad one. My wife almost choked me when she found out that I got my brother all of this stuff for the firm because of its 1 star Revdex.com rating status. She even counted the pens when they got here. They sent me two more pens than agreed to. I think people should start writing good reviews when they have good experiences as well as the bad reviews when they are disappointed. I will reorder again if my brother has a good response from the pens.
