These people have their telemarkerters call daily and they refuse to respect your request for removal. They just hang up on you and call again the next day. Make a note that they will call and say they are SGI in Mesa. It is a play on words so you call the actual SGI in Phoenix to complain about their poor marketing tactics. Don't be confused... it is actually this company trying to deflect angry people. I would never do business with a company like this!

I have ordered twice from this company which is twice too many. After receiving my first order of lighted keychains I noticed that a fair number of them were smudged and sloppy in the printing of my name and company logo. When they called me to promote some pens they were promoting, I gave them the benefit of my doubt. The salesman indicated these pens were "smooth rolling" on paper and high quality with aluminum highlights. He also implied that these would be engraved. He said that these were executive pens that would easily sell for $5 in stores. They had a rock-bottom deal for $1.98/each for 100 qty. When I received my order COD I was unable to check the quality as I was out of the office. What I actually received was a cheap slim plastic twist pen which does not write smoothly that sells for $.40c/each for the same quantity on other promotional sites. The name of my company was silkscreened and not engraved. Additionally, the silkscreen is unevenly applied to the pens. I cannot proudly offer these to my clients and they will now sit in the corner and collect dust. I immediately stopped payment on my check and tried contacting the company with no answer on any phone number I can find for them. They have no website and their domain is parked on GoDaddy.com. I fully expect that they will take me to collections and will continue to call me and try to sell me more products. My advice is to do a little research and make your decision. One or two negative reviews I can work with. However, volumes of negative reviews have my attention.

Our business has been called three times by Stellar by an over-bearing salesperson who will not stop his sales pitch when we ask him to. During each phone call we have asked to be removed from all their contact lists. They are still calling us to sell us junk we do not want.

I have not had a good experience with stellar graphix,we purchased coffee mugs and they leaked everywhere ,then we ordered pens with lights on them and they had a completely different phone number than ours...We have tried several attempts on contacting them and they do not answer and they do not return calls whatsoever.Terrible business....

I have been receiving numerous phone calls from this company, sometimes daily! No one speaks, they hang up after I have excused my self from a customer or interrupted a project I am working on. Occasionally they have called to sell me ink pins with my business logo. I decline but the constant calling has got to stop!!!

the pens were not what I ordered and the logo wiped off the pen. I CALLED for 4 weeks trying to get a real person and could not get any one to answer. still would not make my pens right.

This business is HORRIBLE! I am a small shop in Mn. and made the mistake of ordering pens from a sales rep one time. Cheap pens! From that point on the rep calls my business multiple times per week, sometimes multiple times daily and refuses to take "NO" for an answer. He hangs up if anyone other than I answer the phone. He is rude, pushy and arrogant! I strongly suggest that you NEVER place an order with this company or you will most likely be harassed for life!

STOP CALLING ME! I have been in business for a number of years and at first started dealing with a nice salesman, PUSHY but nice. I purchased merchandise on numerous occasions and some items were not of great quality. I explained to him that I was dealing locally as I belonged to a networking group and I thanked him for the past business. Then another person called and bad mouthed the nice salesman I was dealing with. When I told him I was not interested, he said some very nasty things and used excessive profanity and hung up. I asked to speak to a supervisor and insisted I be taken off of their call list. Since then, I am contacted at least once a month, same corny jokes, same lines and I usually get hung up on. I have to answer the number as it is from a "private caller." PLEASE STOP CALLING ME!!!

A young woman called our customer service line asking for the owner, I informed her this is a customer service line and I could help her set an appointment if she wished to do that, otherwise to please remove our number from her list. She replied by verbally insulting me calling me a little [redacted] and hung up. It was very inappropriate and I felt compelled to share my experience. Apparently, I'm not the only one with this type of experience from their callers, pretty astonished they're still in business.

I get calls from this company 3 times a day. I told the girl on the phone today to quit calling my work phone. She said why are you so [redacted] hostile and I said it because of is like you calling me everyday. They are trying to sell me pens for my business I have in aurora Ne.

I have received several phone calls from this company, under various numbers. Stating that I am eligible for auto insurance discounts. First, I do not have auto insurance, do not own a car, nor do I have a license. Secondly, if they are a "Graphics" company, why are they making telemarketing sales calls about auto insurance?

I am sick and tired of this company calling me. I have asked so many times to be removed from their list. They refuse to do it. They are rude, racist, and vulgar with what they think is humor. Enough is enough. They are calling from a blocked number. I have had enough of their bs. If there is a class action law suit against these folks.....please add me.

I own a large home improvement company in Minnesota. I have ordered pens, magnets and calenders from this company. Every magnet had wrong printing. I ordered the magnet to say "For Service that can be seen in 2014 call..". They sent me magnets that said "Service that can be seen in 2014 call..". I did not call this company back about this. I left it alone, they called again to sell more items I explained the situation and the salesman said he would credit me next time if I bought more items. Foolish me I ordered pens from them. I received the pens and half of them were broken upon arrival. Once again I did not complain. They called again to sell me more merchandise I complained and asked them to make it right. The salesman said things like "You're really going to complain about one word being wrong." He also used profanity and threatened to call me every day of the week after I told him to never contact us again. This company has poor product and poor customer service. I believe they should lose their license and their right to do business!!

After placing an order with this company well over a month ago, AND PAYING FOR IT, we never received it. When we called the numbers were disconnected. Fake shipping labels were made on their behalf. I truly believe this company is nothing but a scam!!!! I would recommend steering clear of this company AT ALL COSTS!!!!

This company is outrageous, they call from private #s after you block them and when they are asked to stop calling they become very rude.

I have asked this company to stop calling me. Yet they continue to call. When you ask them to stop calling they hang up on you and call back 10 minutes later. I have called the number and asked to be removed over 10 times. Please leave me alone.

I get called 2 times per day from a blocked number. Ask politely to be removed from their calling list, but the calls seem to come more frequently now. Horrible company. Must train the callers to be jerks and not respect anyone.
