Repeated calls- do not even give an opportunity to ask to be removed from a call list- refused to identify themselves.
Will only speak with the "owner" and just hang up rudely if questioned on what the call is about.

Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did not agree with any of what they lied about.  I ordered once before and I let them sweep my checking account for pens.  This order was totally different and they said they would bill me by mail.  My account was drafted!!!  Also no product was ever received.  I do not want their product.  Just my money returned.  In 30 days from today I will file suit in court in [redacted].  The day is now marked on my calendar suit will be filed Friday June 6th.  Their response was a lie.   The permission they had on my first order was several months before this order.  They have it recorded and for the product that was received.  They are lying.   Mark my word.  June 6th unless my money is returned I am takint them to court.   I hope they are prepared to deal with [redacted] law and the punishment involved for illegally taking money from a business.  I can sue them for up to $15,000 is our small claims count and I will.  This if fruad.  Also there is no one to take a call nor return a message.  This company is lying.  Regards,[redacted]

I asked them to stop calling me, they now call me more than twice a week

I have done business with this company and even though they call you every other day, I ended up buying pens and the price was great the sales person was nice. I have no gripes or bhes about my experience with stellar graphix.

This company constantly harasses me. They call every day from a private number. They refuse to remove you off their call list. When hearing frustration in my voice they start to laugh and use obscene language. This is a very childish company with no professionalism at all. I regret purchasing one item from this company and STRONGLY advise you use a different company for all your business needs.
