yes the customer is correct his broken not working part was scrapped thrown awaywe are sorry that happened There is nothing we can do to return a junk part it has no value if we had another junk non working part it would not replace his junk partwe offered to sell him a replacement part at our cost but he refused our offer so our offer still stands we will sell him a new replacement fuel pump at our cost thanks and have a great day!

okay, this customer purchased a tank from ushe was explained our day exchange only policy and received a receipt with the policy plainly displayed at the top( see attached) he then left and didn't come back till feb which is like daysHe explained that he had got the wrong tankwe told him that even though it is way past the warranty that we would find him another tank and exchange itwe told him it could take a while since it is a rare modelhe came in yesterday while I was gone and got rude with the young lady at the front countershe called me and I told him the same thing that we had not found a tank and that we are still trying to find oneHe said he didn't care and said he didn't want a tank and then proceeded to yell at uswe pointed out to him that our policy is clearly written on his receipt and that it is says "It is the customers responsibility to make sure they get the right parts.( see attached receipt) It is also on large signs at the front counter a LED flashing sign and also on the credit card receiptsMistakes happen and we always try to help our customers out but we will not be verbally abused, we will try to find him another tank but if he comes in here again and is rude to any of our employee we will have him removed from the propertyAlso the customer with his pet dog can testify to the customers rude behavior

When I dropped off the bike I was told that it was a to troubleshoot the bike and if I choose to do the repair it would go to repairs that's why I agreed not to troubleshoot and another to troubleshootBesides my motor did not need to be taken apart it runs fine it just needed the carburetor cleanedIt's hard to check the compression on a kick start bike because u need to kick the lever fast at least ten times to get accurate readingThe guy I talked to at stockers said it was hard to kickWhen a bike has low compression it's easy to kick because there's no compression.I think it's only fair that I get a refund because stockers mis diagnose the crfIt runs fine after the carburetor was clean it did not need the motor taken apart and start fine now Regards, [redacted]

sorry we have told this customer that his part was lost in shipping ups is still investigating the shipment but this time of year shipping is swamped we told the customer we would send another one out as soon as we make sure the part was not already delivered to his address We will send out another one by the 26th of January

the customer was already refunded last week, he needs to check his account it takes 3-business days for the refund to post to his account thanks

Attached are two pictures one of which is the repaired and repainted fender I verified with Yamaha and their recommended paint provider, colorrite, and verified that the orginal colors were what is one the bike currently and that there was little to no fading on the bike I additionally took off the rear stop light and seat, which have been on since the bike was new, and there is no noticable color difference from the areas that were in direct sunlight to those that have been protected from the sunlight The color that the fender is painted is not the orginal color of the bike as far as the white part I can send additional pictures of the two areas where there is signs of dripping and overspray which is an inadaquate paint job Additionally the offer of $dollars doesn't reflect the cost that it would cost to have the fender repainted the correct color as I was quoted at multiple shops before hand it would be approx dollars to repair the fender and approx to to repaint it the correct colors before the work was conducted by Stockers I will settle for no less than what I previously stated, a full refund minus dollars for the repairs of the fender or repainting of the fender to the correct color with the verification upon delivery by an additonal person of my choosing.V/r,*** *** *** **
