I did not choose to continue the work with the because they wanted to charge me for work the bike did not need If a diagnostic fee is to tell you what is wrong with a bike, why were they charging another to tear apart the motorI understand if I paid for a service and would of received a call saying your bike has low compression and it need a top endFor that it is a addition but it was more like we need to take apart your motor for another and then we can tell how much it is to repair the crfIf I would of received a call saying u need a top end it could be if the cylinder is not bad but if it's bad we need to replace a cylinder it's That to me is a diagnostic fee but to pay to check to see what's wrong with a bike and to take apart the motor to see what's wrong When a bike has low compression the rings are bad or the cylinder is scratch causing low compressionA shop should knew how much it would be for repairs without taking apart the motor even if there was a easy fix price and a worse case priceThe new mechanic I took it to told me it had plenty of compression and that the carburetor was dirty he cleaned it and runs fine nowThe diagnostic he game was totally different than stokers and it runs fine nowIt's not hard to start nowStockers mis diagnostic the bikeI should not have to pay for a mis diagnostic if I would of went further with stockers and they probably would called me at the end and told me by the way your carburetor needs cleaning , that another I would of left with a billI can provide in writing from my mechanic that the bike has plenty compression and only needed carburetor serviced

I do not accept the response, I was never told about any kind of return policy, I called and called when I found the item to be defectiveYou cannot bench test a Stator to see if it is going to charge the systemI do not want another faulty part from your salvage yard, I want a full refund.

I understand you have a no refund policy but I paid for a service to troubleshoot the crfthat was hard to startWhen u pay to troubleshoot something there should a repair the problem priceOn my receipt say low compression needs tear down of engine costs to further troubleshootI already paid to troubleshoot? When I dropped off the bike I was told that it was a to troubleshoot the bike and if I choose to do the repair it would go to repairs that's why I agreed not to troubleshoot and another to troubleshootBesides my motor did not need to be taken apart it runs fine it just needed the carburetor cleanedIt's hard to check the compression on a kick start bike because u need to kick the lever fast at least ten times to get accurate readingThe guy I talked to at stockers said it was hard to kickWhen a bike has low compression it's easy to kick because there's no compression.I think it's only fair that I get a refund because stockers mis diagnose the crfIt runs fine after the carburetor was clean it did not need the motor taken apart and start fine now

The business required me to return the item at my expenseI requested they purchase the return shipping and I offered to drop it at the shipper of their choosingThey made the error and should be held liable for the cost of their mistakeRequiring the customer to spend their money when the business made the error is unacceptableNow they are claiming I'm past their warranty dateSince the correct item has yet to be sent and received by the buyer, no warranty has been activatedThe completion of the initial purchase has yet to be finalized

sorry we have told this customer that his part was lost in shipping. ups is still investigating the shipment but this time of year shipping is swamped. we told the customer we would send another one out as soon as we make sure the part was not already delivered to his address. We
will send out another one by the 26th of January

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.You might as well save the excuses on the overcharged sales tax for the BOE.My primary concern here for the Revdex.com is I never received what I paid forI paid for a working, used, OEM radiatorAfter attempts, I received a cheap, Chinese aftermarket radiatorIt's that simple.My other complaint is that you told us drive down there to replace the first bad part you gave meWe got there, waited another 25mins, and then you said you didn't have itBasically it was a waste of time, gas, and wear-and-tearWe're waiting on what the excuse for this could possibly beClearly you do not feel you are in the wrong on any of this as we didn't even get an apology.Not to mention the time spent on this ordeal resulted in depreciation of the bike (registration, age, loss of use) and additional costs (storage, insurance).

I am sorry we are unable to help this customer, he refused to return the part he ordered. he is now over months past the warranty on the item he orderedIf he would like to return the item the only thing we offer is instore credit for the item thanks
