the customer states he want a exchange for the incorrect tank. that is exactly what he was told yesterday on the phone. We would locate another tank for him. I am not sure what his complaint is? but we are locating a exchange tank for him. our policy which is
posted times at the front counter and is on a flashing red LED sign says we exchange. It is also on his receipt which is attached to this, on the receipt it also says it is the customers responsibility to make sure he gets the correct partWe are a motorcycle salvage yardthere is no part number on items. The customer asked before he got the part what was the warranty and we told him exchange onlyWe have had this policy for more than years and is above the standard in the salvage industry
thanks

This gentleman has said numerous times that he will take care of this matter and all I have received is one lie after another, he has not generated another email stating a new shipping number and the first one is still listed on the UPS web tracking page as label created and UPS is waiting on item

1. the price we gave you was for 175$ including sales tax that is why you was charged 175$ we have to put the price in the there to get to 175. the closest we got was or what ever. but we made a deal for the price of 175$ including sales taxso that is why we charged you 175$ because that is what we agreed on the price 2. you was not charged percent you was charged 8.25 percent it is a typo on the receipt the girl put the wrong info on the tax line as we agreed on the cost of 175$ including sales tax. you paid 175$ total including your sales taxthat is what we collected from you

I am not happy with the resolution that the business gave me as it will not cover the cost to take it to another vendor or back to the original vendor to get it repainted the correct color. Understand that the cost of the paint may have only been dollars, but it was their mistake of putting the incorrect color on the bike and should be held liable for the cost of labor and material to have the job done correctly. I made contact with *** of *** *** *** *** ***, which is the only *** that works at that call center who referred me to ColorRite, which is their preferred vendor for matching their paint codes / bikes. When I contacted them, ColorRite, they suggested that I used their website, see excel project sent to *** *** email, to find the correct color code for my bike. As you can see in the search on their website the colors for this year and make were Bright Cherry Red and Ivory and the New Pearl White was used only with Very Dark Blue. The colors that my fender was painted are Bright Cherry Red and New Pearl White, which are the incorrect colors. The implication that my bike's paint job has faded to the Ivory color is completely inaccurate as the website proves this and also the knowledge that the bike has been garaged or covered since new except for riding.Secondly pictures sent to *** *** email of defects in the paint job with a SD card in the picture for reference of size. Paint has been over-sprayed on the wrong side of the pin striping as well as signs of dripping in the clear coat and Bright Cherry Red color on the paint job.Lastly pdf files sent to *** *** email is a copy of the two receipts. The first receipt reflects that the sales tax was taken off, military discount, on the time of contract (Is the cover receipt that says only "PUT DOWN $140" and see second page of document with payment of 140, dated 3/20/15). The second receipt doesn't reflect this, the sales tax being deducted as part of a military discount. And as previously stated I showed up for receipt of the fender on 04/22/in military uniform on the bike in question. Upon receipt I noted and made the complaint that the paint didn't match and was told that it was painted to the correct code and that the original paint is sun faded and after approxsix months’ time the fender would reflect close to the correct color. When calling again I mentioned that it was the original color and the business insisted that the bike was still painted the correct color and that my bike is faded.V/r,*** *** *** **

The issue has nothing to do with your warranty and you can't continue to hide behind a self-imposed regulationIf you offered no warranty, the issue would still existYou have yet to successfully complete the initial transaction despite my offering to go out of my way to help correct your errorThis issue will not be closed till a full refund is issuedIf you wish the return of the improper item that I did not order, I will be more than happy to send it back to you at your expenseSimply send a prepaid shipping label to the email address you have on file and I will deliver the item to the shipping company

"My receipt just says "*** RADIATOR"That can mean anything from a brand new OEM *** radiator worth $to a $junk/scrap aftermarket radiatorI intentionally looked for a used OEM radiator, for which $is somewhat reasonableWe even discussed it when I bought itI explained how a buddy of mine installed an aftermarket radiator and it started leaking shortly afterwardsYou even advised not to trust aftermarket and to never repair a radiatorBefore going to Stockers, I asked a guy who was selling his used OEM radiator with fan for $I didn't need the fan and he didn't come down in price, so that's why I went to StockersHe's still selling it to this day on *** at***
Why would you first give me a used OEM radiator if the deal was for a new aftermarket radiator (as you say now)? It was sold to me as a used OEM radiator from a bike which would fit my I even asked if you knew the mileage of the bike but you said you don't keep that informationThe only problem with it was that it was a as indicated by the green paint on the side of itIt's very easy to tell an OEM from aftermarket: for one, OEM is silver, aftermarket is black. For you to assume that I didn't know about cheaper, aftermarket radiators before going to Stockers is ridiculous, especially considering my friend had just installed oneThe one I saw back then was $on *** but I hardly even looked because I didn't want Chinese-made junk and didn't see any used OEMs on ***There are probably some out there for under $if I looked harderI'd bet you paid under $for the one you gave me.The reason I didn't immediately refuse the part is because I had to drive there on a Thursday lunch break and was in a rust was in a cardboard boxLike the first one, I keep it in the packaging for transportationI usually work on bikes at a friend's house on weekends and it was around Thanksgiving so everyone was busyRegardless, when I called you and complained that it was aftermarket, you refused to swap it or offer even a partial refundYou said that we agreed on an aftermarket part and that I "must've misheard"So if that's the story you're sticking with, it doesn't really matter when I complained about itAnyway, at that point, I'd already given you multiple opportunities and would be a fool to waste more time. Please be sure to address the other complaints as well:1) Why does my receipt say the total was $but I was charged $175.00? Was this price made up on the spot to try to get it around $after tax? Was the 10% discount applied after mentioning the online ad?2) When we discovered you gave me the wrong year radiator, I called you posing as a new customer to see if you had the correct part in stockYou said yes and it was $Why was it $cheaper this time? Was I discriminated against when I purchased mine?3) After I explained that I was actually an existing customer that was given the wrong year, you said to come down to exchange itI said we'd be there in about 1hrMy friend had to drive me 45mins to your shopWhen we got there, you said "they're still looking for it"Another 25mins pass and you tell us you actually don't have the partWhy did you tell us to drive down there? Do you feel you should compensate us for our time, gas, and mileage?4) Since you refused to give me cash back at that time, you advised you could get me the correct part from a different salvage yard and that it would be shipped in about a weekWhen did we ever discuss aftermarket parts? As a reminder, my friend, a Marine Veteran with no criminal history, was there.4a) Why did it take days for me to get my part when you said it would take about a week?5) Why was I charged 9.25% sales tax? Isn't Chula Vista taxed at 8.25%?Note that you've been unapologetic from the gmaking no attempt to admit or rectify your mistakeYou just said "things happen"I agree, things do happen but if I (and I'm sure most others) were the owner, I would have apologized and offered a token of goodwill i.ea discount or delivered the correct part knowing the bike was taken apart and couldn't be driven.Afterwards, I asked around about Stockers including motorcycle shop owners and warehouses, one being close to yoursWish I would've spoken to them before because the reputation for Stockers is exactly what happened to meOne guy actually finished my sentence for meThese are just people I see in person, I haven't even posted on the FB motorcycle groups yetThere are many reviews online with the same scenario.Have a great day!"Thanks,***

It doesn't say OEM, it just says radiatorThat could mean anything from a new $OEM radiator to a scrap $aftermarket radiator.People/repair shops go to junk yards to get used, OEM partsThat is why he first gave me an OEM radiatorPer our discussion when I bought it, he said it came off a bikeThe only problem was it was the wrong year (2006) when I unwrapped it to install it.To think I'd agree to pay $for an aftermarket part that you can find on *** right now in seconds for $is preposterousHe is making himself look foolish on the review sitesPeople know it's obvious I was there to get OEMThat is why I contacted another local OEM seller before going to Stocker'sIt is hard to find OEM on ***

the price for the radiator is for including tax. that is what you paid for it our policy is clear. exchange only no cash refunds. you signed a receipt that you agree to our policy you knew what you gotyou watched us take it out of the box and hand it to youyou knew we ordered a new radiator for youthat is why as you first claimed you had to wait days now you claim it was daysand not only that you you wait another weeks after that to complain about it, but do you claim the is something wrong with the part you now have been using for more than a month. no you complain you found it cheaper. sorry we don't warrant I found it cheaper

okay, this customer purchased a tank from ushe was explained our day exchange only policy and received a receipt with the policy plainly displayed at the top( see attached) he then left and didn't come back till feb which is like daysHe explained that he had got the wrong tankwe told
him that even though it is way past the warranty that we would find him another tank and exchange itwe told him it could take a while since it is a rare modelhe came in yesterday while I was gone and got rude with the young lady at the front countershe called me and I told him the same thing that we had not found a tank and that we are still trying to find oneHe said he didn't care and said he didn't want a tank and then proceeded to yell at uswe pointed out to him that our policy is clearly written on his receipt and that it is says "It is the customers responsibility to make sure they get the right parts.( see attached receipt) It is also on large signs at the front counter a LED flashing sign and also on the credit card receiptsMistakes happen and we always try to help our customers out but we will not be verbally abused, we will try to find him another tank but if he comes in here again and is rude to any of our employee we will have him removed from the propertyAlso the customer with his pet dog can testify to the customers rude behavior

the customer states he want a exchange for the incorrect tank. that is exactly what he was told yesterday on the phone. We would locate another tank for him. I am not sure what his complaint is? but we are locating a exchange tank for him. our policy which is

Sorry our policy is 80$ to check it out and if we do the repair the 80$ is applied toward the job. Making the estimate free. We confirmed the motorcycle had low compression and offered to go deeper into the repair. You chose not to do the workso the 80$ check out fee is not
waived. If you had chosen for us to continue working on the motorcycle that fee would have been waived and applied to the jobYou agreed to that when you did the estimateThe 80$ is not refundedablethanks***

well guess what, I had the guys go to the scrap bin and they found your pump with your fuel line still attached to to it it had fallen behind the bin but it is your pump it has the correct part number on it and your fuel line you can come pick it up anytime thanks and have a great day!

sorry the customer bought a radiator for his *** his receipt says a "radiator" he received a radiator for his *** just because he found a radiator online for less doesn't mean he is due any money back the receipt he received says "no cash refunds exchange
only" we exchanged the radiator for him. if he didn't like the part when he picked it up he should have refused it then. not weeks later. if he would like he can get a discount on any future purchases but we don't refund for "I found it online for less" sorry have a great day!

[He did offer to sell me another one after "throwing away" my part, but he never once mentioned at costHe did admit to throwing away my part without my consent, and he has no way to prove that the part did not workRegardless if the part worked or not, he has no right to throw away my propertyHere is a copy of the reciept, where he initialled that he owes me a fuel pump assemblyThanks]
