I would like to reject the offer of Arbitration for complaint ID ***
I do not wish to take this up with an arbitration thru the Revdex.com as my legal advice from the legal officers on base suggested to take this case up with the BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair) and small claims court since the Revdex.com is not a government agency and that since the Revdex.com is supported by their customers (business) it could be bias in their belief I will not surrender my legal rights by agreeing to an arbitration from the Revdex.com

yes the customer is correct his broken not working part was scrapped thrown awaywe are sorry that happened There is nothing we can do to return a junk part it has no value if we had another junk non working part it would not replace his junk partwe offered to sell him a
replacement part at our cost but he refused our offer so our offer still stands we will sell him a new replacement fuel pump at our cost thanks and have a great day!

I am sorry we are unable to help this customer, he refused to return the part he ordered. he is now over months past the warranty on the item he orderedIf he would like to return the item the only thing we offer is instore credit for the

sorry all warranties start the day of delivery of itemsorry our policy is clear and on your receipt and on the emails and on our website and also you received the policy in a email before we shipped the item . you have chosen not to return the item for exchange, you have kept the item for months past any warrantyThe only thing we will do is give instore credit if you would like to return the item to usotherwise I am sorry there is nothing else I can do. thanks
