Recently I needed to have a leaky water valve and water line to the refrigerator replaced I called Strongbuilt Plumbing and Air as I've used them before for other repairs *** * was assigned to my call Strongbuilt uses a tracking feature that notified me via text message when *** was on his way and displayed his exact location That is a great convenience to know who to expect and when they will arrive *** replaced the yr old valve and year old water line with better quality parts than what was here I shouldn't need to worry about that water line for a long time Thanks to Strongbuilt Plumbing and Air

11/3/Tried to replace a HVAC system that did not need to be replaced with a unit that did not fit After several attempts, I had another company come out on 12/26/to advise me Discovered several code violations and also that no permit had been filed for the job The last straw was when I saw wires resting on the coil tubing in the fan unit outside and that one corner of the outdoor unit was propped up with folded cardboard I had another company remove Strongbuilts unit and replaced it My old unit did not even need replacing, it worked fine I have been hoodwinked Don't you be too!

I was very impressed with a technician who came to my home to inspect my rooftop heat pump He took pictures of the unit and explained each one of them and made recommendations promising to send me quotes and the pictures by email the next day This did not happen although he came out the following day of his first appointment to make a repair which we had agreed upon After that, I didn't hear back from him for several weeksI finally called and he told me he was sorry but would get the pictures over right away Again, that did not happen Finally after weeks, I called to speak to the office manager and was very fortunate to speak to Mr*** *** When I explained my issue, he immediately expressed concern and apologized on behalf of his company and set an expectation level of performance from him and the company employees going forward I am very happy to say that he followed through and then some I was refunded the money I was charged for the repair in a letter of apology from the owner of the company I also received a letter of apology from Mr*** I plan to continue with this company because of their immediate attention to satisfactorily taking care of my issueBeing in business is challenging and mistakes will be madeI greatly respect an owner who steps up to the plate to right a wrong

This company prides itself in customer service and quality of workmanship They repaired a leaking main water line that was underneath our driveway I was shutting our main water off throughout the day to keep the flooding at bay They showed up same day to provide a detour line for water to the house so I wasn't accessing the main valve under a pound metal cover times a day A section of driveway was removed in one piece and new piping within a sheath was laid down do avoid tearing up the driveway for future leaks The final pipe layout and interface with the irrigation was times better than what was originally installed There were some delays getting the driveway reseated, but I was happy with their customer service and initiative to complete the project as agreed upon and with quality workmanship

Fast service, solved the problem and gave alternatives to fix the plumbing issueAlso explained the alternatives in the long term planWould use them for plumbing again
