The coil of my air-conditioner was completely clogged with dirt dust and animal furThe technician pumped down the charge, cut out the coil cleaned the coil, reinserted and welded the new cleaned coil in place and then pumped up the charge again it's cooling beautifully

Excellent service, excellent work and excellent value

Great experience working with Strongbuilt. The estimator and installers came out right on time on the appointed days. Very courteous and professional group of guys. The estimator came up with some very good recommendations and even took pictures and gave me a great explanation for why one of my units had not been performing well. 3 other companies had looked at my units at other times and could not tell me why the unit was not operating correctly. I appreciated the explanation and have a much better understanding of how the units should work. Also, they reworked a short section of my duct work because the return duct had been installed only a short distance from the out flowing air duct when the room had been built 20 years ago. Again, another great explanation why that room was not cooling as it should have been. All in all these guys did a great job for me and the area that this unit cools seems to have much greater air flow than it did before as well as the unit does not kick on as often as before. I am sure is not only because it is a new, more efficient unit, but also reworking the duct was a huge improvement as well. I highly recommend using Strongbuilt.
