I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is possibly satisfactory only if they refund my $144.00. I had to threaten Stylewe with reporting to Revdex.com to even receive a refund addressI've been trying to return these clothes since June, when they arrived. Stylewe has a problematic refund system because they say in the package it is easy to return by clicking a link that does not exist on their website. I've researched the matter, and this is widely reported on complaints I can see by reviews on lineI'm not the first customer to experience this problem. This week Stylewe Customer Service threatened to reject my refund even if I did return the clothes because it has been later than days since receipt. The fact is I actually returned clothes within a few days after receipt, but they were sent back to me because the website and customer service chat never provided me with any return address label or website linkI had no way of knowing they had a return label to send me after contacting them in JuneSo, I returned the clothes to the Singapore return address on the package and paid that international shipping charge. That package was just returned to me this week with "** *** *** ***" stamped on the exterior I will return the clothes now and follow all of the details of their return instructions. I will not discontinue my complaint until my refund is made to *** for $144.00.
