[Your Answer Here]As I have explained to your company more than once I do not have a [redacted] account.  When I purchased the items I did not purchase them with a [redacted] account so I am not understanding why you are trying to refund me in that fashion.  I've asked more than once what the issue is with my card, when you've tried to initiate a refund and you've not answered those questions.  I am failing to understand why I can't be reimbursed the same way I was charged.  I also have other items to return and I am fearing the same rigmarole.

We have issue full refund of the total value of the the item. The remaining $5 is for the shipping fees,In this case, We will not accept the buyer's request for the refund of the shiiping fees.

[the business is lying. 1) I requested return the item within 30days. they  set up barriers for me to ship back the item, asking me keep it on 1/**. After I clearly refuse to keep the item, then they ask me to pay the shipping fee to return it. In the end I sent back the item by [redacted] in Feburary, I paid the shipping fee. 2) they have been illegally keeping my money since Janurary after I request return of the item until today. I have sent quite a few emails and calls, request my money back, and I believe it is not just a civil wrong of conversion and unjust enrichment. It is also criminal as theft.3) advertise their product with false statements to lure consumer, seems is their strategy how they conduct their business. Because this is not the first time, the material of the product I received not match what they advertising at their website. I believe this is also violate business laws.I request they fully refund my money and compensate my loss in this half year I have to take time dealing with this conversion. total I request $160. ]

 I have not received any payment on [redacted] account nor have I received my refund since the December 2015. Since stylewe has my bank card account on file I am not sure why they are going through non-existing [redacted] account. It even says that my email address [redacted] is Unregistered on [redacted]...Just refund my money back to my bank account or use [redacted] for [redacted].

 Stylewe sent me an email to inform me of the address to send my return package to. They asked that I send a photo of my...

[redacted] receipt and tracking number to prove I returned the items and would receive a refund in 3 business days in the form of a credit on my credit card.
 I have not heard from them since or received a refund yet. It's going on two weeks and I have not received a refund yet.
