Attention: *** *** A Complaint ID# ***
Dear Mr ***:
Thank you for bringing this consumers rebuttal to our attention and allowing us to respond
This consumer owes this company no moneySuburban Credit Corporation is a third party collection agencyWe represent our clientsNo money is owed to this companyMs *** owes two of our clients the eight items that this office is reporting to *** on the original creditor’s behalf
She first requested validation of these items on June 13, She had not responded to numerous letters or phone calls since and when these accounts were referred for collectionAll eight were individually billed by our clients and this office prior to reporting to ***Her dispute was noted appropriately and *** was timely notified on June 30, that she was disputing all eight of these items
As for her statement that she received “computerized statements from some doctors from almost four years ago”That is proper validation as those statements did not come from this office but were supplied by the original creditor, after she requested validationThe original creditor is the multiple doctors’ she owes for services provided almost four years agoAll that our clients are asking is to receive payment for these services that their records are reflecting are owed by Ms ***
We hope this resolves this consumers complaint and if anyone has any questions, please feel free to contact Jeff C***, Floor Manager, at ###-###-#### or me at ###-###-####.
Sincerely,

December 11, Dear ** ***:
This consumer's file was sent to this office on April 10, Our initial collection letter was then sent to her on April 11, On May 16, she wrote in and requested a copy of the original billOur client provided us a copy and this was
then sent to her the same day.We received no response to this statement and collection activity commencedWe next heard from this consumer on May 23, when we processed a dispute she registered with ***Our client confirmed that all information reported was accurate and we advised *** of thisShe then wrote us on June 17, and asked for validation on this account which we did and was sent to her the same dayOn August 21, she wrote us another validation request which was sent on September 4, On September 17, we responded to a question she had regarding two charges for one visit by explaining that the clinic fee does not include the physician feeOne charge is owed for the doctor and another charge is owed to the clinic she went toWe further explained that she returned the same bill to us that we had sent to her and that the proof of payment supplied is for the clinic not the doctor who shares a similar billing nameOn February 17, she wrote us again and we wrote her back explaining two different bills and the fact that her insurance did pay on this account and the balance due was applied to her deductibleHer next response on April 23, was to dispute it again with *** and we reconfirmed the accuracy of the information we reported and responded accordinglyHer next response was to resend the same letter that we responded to in FebruaryWe wrote her again on April 28, explaining two charges and the proof of pay is not for this chargeShe wrote us again with the same information on May 7, and we responded with another letter dated June 2, explaining once again it is a separate fileWe have written her numerous times and have tried to call her many times to explain this accountWe speculate that part of the confusion may be the fact that both the physician (our bill) and the clinic/facility charge have very similar namesThe physician charge is billed by *** *** Urgent Care, Inc and the facility billing name is *** *** Urgent Care, LLC.If she has any questions she may call Jeff C***, Floor Manager, or myself at ***Sincerely,

Dear [redacted]:
In response to this consumers complaint thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have spoken with this consumer on multiple occasions as well as sending her numerous collection notices. We do confirm a recent payment from her and as for receiving...

a bill for her child's account; we advised her to either request one in writing here and also supplied her with the doctors billing office phone number who can send one to her as well. We told her that she may request a deletion from [redacted] on the account that she paid but no request has been received. If she has any questions, she may contact Jeff C[redacted], Floor Manager, at [redacted] or me at [redacted] and supply some additional data that will help us locate the account.

Dear [redacted];
In response to this consumers complaint thank you for bringing this to our attention. This consumer had also filed a complaint with the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau and we cannot find where we had responded back to the Revdex.com....

The creditor involved is not a hospital, rather a hospital based physician. Our records reflect that we did receive two phone calls from [redacted] on July 15, 2014. The only phone number the first representative would have supplied would have been to the doctor's billing office. On the * second call our representative, when informed that our client denied knowledge of our office, offered him to confirm the number and he declined. Upon receipt of this complaint an investigation was performed. As a result of this investigation our client confirmed that [redacted]'s account is paid in full, His account in this office has been closed accordingly. We have also composed a letter to him explaining the matter has been resolved and apologizing to him on behalf of all parties concerned for any inconvenience to him.Sincerely,
M. B.

I had a medical bill sent to this office for collections. I had set up a payment arrangement with a man named Nick and made the initial payment using my debit card. That very night, my debit card number was compromised and used at a grocery store (Kroger's), which are apparently local in Virginia but not where I live (Maryland). I obviously had my card canceled and when it came time for my payment to be automatically charged by Suburban Credit the next month, I got a call from Suburban saying the payment was declined. I explained the situation and that I felt it odd that my card number was used at a grocery store local to the Virginia area this very same day that my initial payment was made to Suburban Credit Corporation- whose offices are in VA. The collections agent immediately got very defensive saying that my card could have been compromised at Target or Home Depot. I explained that I would no longer do business with them and rather will go through my doctor's office directly. I am still getting threatening phone calls from this same collections agent., Nick. I am feeling quite harassed and have never been spoken to as disrespectfully as Nick spoke to me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and Nick told me he couldn't transfer me, rather he called me back and put me through to a man named Jeff C[redacted]. I expressed my concern to Jeff, but he wasn't sympathetic in the least, nor did he ever offer me an apology. To be clear, I didn't accuse this company of taking my debit card number, but the string of events is very suspecting to anyone. I would hope Revdex.com could do something to help with this situation. I don't want someone else to experience what I did by having my banking information and identity breached. I fear my identity is not safe and fear further retaliation from Suburban credit.

I called wanting to pay off a debt. I had heard that sometime, when you pay off a debt, that debt is not removed from your credit file. I was looking for some information on the best way to get the debt removed and what that process looked like. The man I spoke to gave me no name. He told me we had ten minutes in order for me to pay or I couldn't make a payment. He said that he knows nothing about removal and couldn't give me any information. He then said I was trying to manipulate him into using not paying as leverage as to get an agreement for removal. I asked to speak with some one who was willing to be more kind to me and his answer was. I'm fine, I'm talking just fine. He was extremely rude and pushy. When I asked to speak to someone else he said his manager was standing there listening to him and what he was saying was okay. When I asked to speak to him or her the phone was silent for over a minute. I was then transferred, finally, to someone else. I felt like I was talking to a gangster high school boy. It was really awful.

Dear [redacted]:In response to this consumers complaint thank you for bringing this to our attention. Friday, was the first day that we received this complaint and we are responding immediately. Can you please advise as to what email the original complaint was sent...

to?Our records have been closed as paid in full to our client as of February 3, 2015. This account was placed here for collections by our client in October 2014. Multiple payments were made to our client by the patient prior to collections. Our records reflect that we contacted [redacted] by letter and received no response and we then called and spoke with [redacted] last month who agreed to pay this either by mail to this office or directly to the original creditor, Shortly afterwards a call was received from a third party. Due to privacy issues we are unable to discuss accounts with third parties without the consumers consent. We did not have consent and were unable to discuss it with this third party. None the less we apologize for any inconvenience she may have experienced. Our client is the physicians group in the emergency room at [redacted] Hospital. They do their own billing and the hospital would only know of any balance due to them, not the emergency room physician. This will confirm that her account with us is paid in full and no further communication will be made relative to this account. If he has any questions, he may contact Jeff Carson, Floor Manager, at ###-###-#### or me at [redacted].Sincerely,
