I started planning my home remodel with a complete re-roof being the first thing I wanted to accomplish. I was given Ed D.'s contact info at Summer Breeze Roofing. I called Eddie and unlike experiences I had with other contractors in the past Ed came out to my home THAT VERY DAY!! Ed was right on time for our appoint. He was professional and gave an incredible presentation on his products making sure I understood everything that would be happening during the process and on top of that an incredible price! The next week we were to start the job. Not only did his crew show up on time they were early!! What a professional hardworking crew! They got right to work and within a couple of days I had a great looking brand new roof. Just had summer breeze replace roof on my home as well as my detached garage. I was very impressed with the crew that came out to do the job. these guys work very well together. Ezeikiel the foreman ran the crew very efficiently.decided to go with SB because my friend recommended them. this friend is very particular and is knowledgable enough to know if the job was done well.I liked the the fact the given price on quote is what you pay. not what comes later after finding a bunch of unsuspected rotted wood..all inclusive is wood replacement,wind mitigation with inspection and, a transferrable warranty.I would highly recommend these guys.

Summer Breeze was a fantastic company to work with. Eddie was very informative in consulting on the what brand of shingle was best for our project, and they were very communicative during the whole process from quoting until the job was scheduled and completed. His whole team was great to work with. When they came to install the new roof it was done in one day and they spent the time to really clean up around the house. They even went well beyond the job to replace a rotted section of soffit!! I could not be happier with the choice to use them and the final results.

Highly recommend Summer Breeze for your roofing job. They are family owned and the Owner-Eddie came to the house to give estimate and found him to be very professional but easy to talk to. He was thorough and the process was fairly seamless.

This company came highly recommended by many of my neighbors in our deed restricted community. Eddie came out and met with my nieghbor, my wife, and I. He gave us the straight scoop about mold and algae dis coloring the roof as well as the stick down under lament being a big plus. Also in the contract was a clause that they will not charge for replacement wood found after rear off which is unheard of in the roofing community. My neighbor asked about a solar roof vent and Eddies response was if I vent the house properly you don't need one. He added two extra roof vents to both our houses.

This company deserves a compliment like mine as they came in and did the roof in one day, and did my neighbors the next week in one day and the price was the best one out there.

We agreed to new roof and carport.
The roof was from 1920 so I wanted all new boards. So I agreed to 12k. I didn't get a new roof. The repaired the old roof. The roof is missing the over hang on 3 sides... The roof cuts off at the wall. I received no carport. He just keeps fast talking me on why he can't do as he promised. Then he's making up lies saying he gave me money for the carport. He gave me nothing. The total loan was 20k ... 8k was none of his business.

This is my third roofs with this company. Love their work and their professionalism. Also referred them to 4 of my friends who used them and very happy with the end result.

They just did a complete re roof on my home and worked with my GC to do a tie in and roof on a new addition that is being done on my home. The re roof was done in a timely fashion and reasonably priced as it included all labor and materials which other companies could not provide. The crew was very professional and Eddie, Nick and Charles were very helpful and took the time to establish my needs. Again, they were very professional. There is also a warranty that is transferable and they do have a finance plan in place if it is needed. I'm very pleased with the results as is my family as they had also done a complete ref oof on my Mother's home. That was also a factor in my decision to use Summer Breeze Roofing

This is a wonderful company. Each person is great to do business with; you get a sense of sincerity and honesty with each one. I couldn't have asked for a better job done on my roof. They went over and beyond to make sure it was a good job. They were more reasonably priced then most I received an estimate from and there was no additional cost for all the wood replacement needed in that price. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof. They finished the roof in 3 1/2 days (2800 sq. ft.) and the roofers were friendly and worked constantly from sun up to sun down.

Recently had a roof done by Summer Breeze. Was easy from start to finish! Getting the quote, setting up meetings to answer questions and schedule, friendly staff, timely with scheduling, there was one set price (which they kept to) and they were able to complete it in one day! Definitely recommend checking them out.

By chance I came across Summer Breeze Roofing. I spoke with Eddie who was very knowledgeable, quoted us a fair price and "everything" was included. (No other roofers we spoke with had this). By the time Eddie left, we had pretty much made our mind up that we would go with Summer Breeze. They even have 100% financing that they get for you, all inspections, warranties, etc. Everything was taken care of by them.

The roof is on and they did a wonderful job. During installation I spoke with Eddie and Nick and they were always putting my mind at ease and answering all my questions. Abraham who I would say was the Foreman of the job, was absolutely great. Abraham and his Team went above and beyond with taking extra care around the chimney, the skylight, etc.

I would absolutely recommend Summer Breeze Roofing to anyone that is in need of one.

Just had our roof redone by Summer Breeze...not only did they meet but they exceeded our expectations by completing the work WAY ahead of schedule. Price was as quoted and payment was not tendered until job was complete.

Failure to fulfill contracted services and repairs.
I contracted with Summer Breeze Roofing on 5 December 18 to replace my roof with Atlas Scotch guard dimensional shingles and SWR. The contract also provided for the removal and reinstallation of the solar heating system. It also provided for the removal and replacement of all bad wood. Price included labor, material, clean up, mitigation inspection, Lomanco Ridge Vent, etc. Total price was $14,500.00 Roof was installed on 19 December 2018 and I have been seeking fixes since then with no resolution. I have talked with the owner, Eddie D., and an employee, Nick P, multiple times reference this as well as multiple texts with pictures attached. Another employee, Bill P, was sent out and verified the Solar Heat was reinstalled improperly and was leaking. He also verified that the work crew broke my vinyl gate by closing it the wrong way. He was able to fix a couple items. There are multiple areas where either bad wood or poor wood was used as replacement and areas that have large gaps in them instead of replacement wood. In regard to the solar heat he suggested that they get the original installer come and do an estimate which Summer Breeze arranged for. The installer Solar Source stated on the hang tag that "system has been re-installed incorrectly and needs to be re-mounted with proper mounts to stop leaks". I do not know what the estimate was they gave to Summer Breeze but nothing occurred. Bill came out one more time and attempted to fix leaks to no avail. I believe this has also caused secondary issues with the pool system causing it to lose vacuum and pressure and causing the motor to burn out from running with no water going through it. I have picture, videos, text strings, and phone logs of contacts with this company. I made the mistake of paying him on 18 or 19 Dec 2018 based on our conversation and how he would get everything fixed as I was heading on vacation the next day. He deposited the check the same day.
