Excellent job putting on my new roof! Summer Breeze Roofing are people of integrity. They said the quoted price would be the final price and it was! And I didn't pay until it was done. Very professional. I highly recommend them!

Right from the 1st call for the estimate when eddie d. came out They were very professional Eddie came out the next day after the call explained everything that needed to be done There was no pressure whatsoever to sign any papers and make your mind up right then and there instead of sending an estimate through email he gave us a hard copy when he was finished before he Even left After we decided to go with the company he came out had us sign a commencement for the work Permit was pulled in the very next day a crew arrived and started tearing the roof off they had the entire roof 7pulled off in less than A-day The crew that they sent out was very professional very courteous and very clean they made sure that everything was picked up in the yard no nails know nothing was Left Behind We were very impressed with their work ethics and their courtesy They have replaced lot of the wood that needed to be replaced a lot of wood was replaced then they put down a water Barrier for a second line of defense for water They came back and put down the shingles and replaced all drip edge and wood siding that needed to be done After that they came and inspected the roof They called for the city inspection The also had wind mitigation inspection they went up in the attic check everything that needed to be done everything was up to code thank you too ZIARA A. From start to finish this is the most professional And courteous Russian company that I've ever had thank you to all of you there I greatly appreciate everything you've done from a mother and this family I recommend that everybody use this company thank you very much

There was a couple of initial request for quote appointments that needed to be rescheduled but be patient because the work was great. The crew came on the promised day and got our roof done 2000 sqft+ in 2 days. No mess, no fuss. Super easy!

I would like to praise the roofing company "Summer Breeze Roofing". They are an exemplary company and contractor. The owner is very responsive to customer questions and the needs and criticality of the jobs he accepts. In my case I had a critical problem which was accommodated with an exceptionally short start time. He also completed the job in five days, only one day longer than originally estimated and that was because of weather. The foreman of the crew that actually did the work was also extremely helpful, polite and responsive to some of the unique characteristics of my roofing requirements. That crew worked extremely hard and for long hours to get the job done. Some of the work that was done was not strictly required of "roofers" but was done as an accommodation. This company cares about customer satisfaction! That is a significant consideration in hiring a contractor to do the whole job and not just a part of a job. Another very significant factor is that this company set a fixed price on wood replacement not a conditional price based on their perceived need. With this company you know what the cost will be in the end and not added to later because of required wood replacement that was unknown at the time the contract was made. It is a very significant factor in getting a roof replaced or repaired to know what the end price will be, especially for older roofs. I have nothing but praise for this company and the quality of their service. Anyone interested in having work done on their roof would be remiss not to include a quote and start date from this company for the roofing work they need done. This is especially true if the time factor is important because of the criticality of the replacement or repair required. Wind mitigation documentation is also one of the things this company does as a standard to reduce the cost of home owners insurance in the case of roof replacement. Flat roof sloping to allow for water drainage is another standard included feature of their service that other companies charge extra for or require a waiver not to do.

We recently had a roof installed on our home in Safety Harbor. We have both a traditional shingle roof and a flat roof, so we needed to find someone who could service both roofs expertly. We selected Summer Breeze after meeting one of the managers, Nick by coincidence in the roofing aisle in Home Depot. Noting Nick's shirt had a roofing logo on it, I politely asked him several questions about roofing. He was generous with his time and incredibly knowledgeable. As a result we decided to include Summer Breeze in our request for bids. The territory manager came out very quickly and provided a proposal which was very competitive. We ultimately chose them for a few reasons. First, the team were great to work with knowledgeable, but not pushy or arrogant about their services. Second, they use top of the line products. In particular, the shingles they use do not permit mold or algae to grow, so they look great years after installation. None of the other vendors offered such a product. Third, they were easy to get a hold of and had reasonable installation times. Our tear out began about 8 days after we signed our contract. The tear out and installation of the peel and stick took one day. It took an additional day and a half to lay the shingles. The crew cleaned debris and nails daily. Finally, their bid price was comprehensive. They promised that they would not charge us for extra plywood or fascia that needed to be replaced due to water damage. True to their word, we did not have to pay extra for any of the wood they replaced (which was a portion of fascia and four boards).
In summary, we had a lot of communication with the owner and foreman during the whole process, the crew was diligent and hardworking, and we have a beautiful new roof that was really well installed using great products. We would definitely recommend using Summer Breeze to friends and neighbors. We couldn't be happier!

After further communication about my complaint, every think has been
completed 100%. I think the main problem was communication on both
sides.

This Roofing Co did my roof on June 13 2018. When doing my roof a man
through my ceiling. was tolled they would take care of it. 3 phone calls with
cancellation of repair man coming and 2 show up with them saying we will be back. The owner promising to fix it. The loan process was done badly. Did not sign loan till after the job was done, and under a different name. Great work.
Customer service very bad will lie in order to get payed.

Still WAITING will never use them again.

I paid Summer Breeze Roofing 6850.00 in April of 2017 to put a new roof on including my flat roof. The flat roof leaked 3 months after they put it on. Thought it was repaired. Leaked again in July of 2018, said it wouldn't leak again. They painted over the wet ceiling and said it was good. Leaked again in August 2018 Ruined my ceiling and after numerous attempts to contact them about replacing the ceiling and walls that were damaged by the leaking roof I have not had any reply's. I contacted the owner on his cell phone (he gave me his number and said to call if anything else went wrong), but no reply. My ceiling is sagging and the paint on my walls have big blisters of paint on them.

I am so much satisfied with summer breeze roofing that I don't know were to begin. Eddie was a great guy to work with and did everything I expected he came out explained everything and did as expected. Not to say that I had 6 other estimates and he beat them all. My Wife and I were very satisfied with the workmanship and care given to our home, while we had our new Shingle Roof Installed. We researched and interviewed a lot of other reputable Roofing Companies and Summer Breeze Roofing offered us the best Quality of Shingle on the Market (Atlas Pinnacle Pristine) and Price for the work agreed upon. Eddie, the Manager took time out of his crazy schedule, came to our home and explained all the procedures and details on the Materials being used, and then came over the evening the Roof was completed, inspecting and making sure that we were satisfied with everything. Francisco and his Crew were very friendly, dependable, and hard working. The Company went above and beyond our expectations, and now we have a durable and beautiful Roof, making our home more valuable and safe from the Florida Elements. The final Inspector said that he does a lot of inspections, and that this Company used top quality materials and the Joist Tie downs used will give added support and strength to the Roof, that not all Roofing Companies provide those.This Couple will definitely highly recommend this Company and their Crew to others for a quality Roof Installation on their home. I recently purchase a new roof and worked with Eddie through the entire process. Eddie communicated with me in a timely and professional manner on every occasion. Although my start date for the project was delayed due to supplies and rain at other job sites, the second start date did happen on time and the job was completed when promised. The work crew were very nice and hard working men. I was home during the entire process and witness how diligently they worked thought-out the day. At the end of each day the crew would clean up the yard so that it would be presentable for the remainder of the evening and until they resumed work the next day. This company was not the least expensive of my three estimates; however, I believe in supporting small/ family owned businesses and I found a true sense of honesty with Eddie during our first meeting. Plus the company was referred to me by someone I know and trust who used Summer Breeze to replacement their roof just a few months prior.

We were very pleased with this local family owned business. They gave us an estimate and kept to the cost quoted even though they needed more materials than they originally thought. They worked quickly and efficiently and hauled away all debris. They not only put on a new roof with quality shingles, but replaced damaged wood with new wood. The fifteen year warranty on workmanship is a big plus. They were very professional in their dealings with us. We would highly recommend this company.

Eddie and his crew did a great job on our roof! we are very happy with out new roof and color. they also fixed some soffit that was damaged by the hurricane. I had damage to my roof due storms, wind etc. This company not only quoted me an amount that was $5K less than the cheapest quote I received from other companies in the area, but they did an amazing job on my roof, completed everything in 3 days, and I am so happy. I would definitely recommend them.
