I had several quotes before contacting Summer Breeze. Eddie (the owner) was definitely the most knowledgable and gave me the most piece of mind regarding the work that would be done. They also explained how they would ventilate the top of the roof to help with energy costs which no other company had offered. They got the roof done in 2 days, cleaned up after themselves, and were on time with everything. Financing was easy. Overall a BREEZE to work with :)

Summer breeze roofing just completed a complete roof on my home. I would rate them as excellent from the time of the signing with Eddie to the completion of the job. The crew was great and even did a few little things that were not on the contract. For example they placed sealant on some boards that they did not repair or replace, and did a great job of cleaning up. All in all a great job. I would recommend Summer breeze for your next roofing project.

Summer Breeze Roofing was contracted to replace eleven (11) roofs at Brittany Bay Apts. I want to say that the experience was very professional and timely. Their workmanship was excellent and the materials used were second to none. The project was well managed and the work was done efficiently and on schedule. They completed all eleven (11) roofs and did not require any money down and only expected payment after completion and inspection. Summer Breeze is truly a GREAT company and they will be our recommended roofing professionals.

My roof was done in a timely manner even with the weather. The crew was hard working guys throughout. when they say an all inclusive job that is true and correct. I have referred them to two people.

Summer Breeze Roofing just replaced my roof on my home I am very pleased with the workmanship. They did a excellent job they replaced all bad boards. They were done in less than 2 days and did a great job cleaning up afterwards .It was a very good price and I am very happy I would highly recommend them.

Summer Breeze roofing has done work for me at 3 locations. The first was a home that needed a 12 x 12 flat roof installed for inspection purposes and sale. The 2nd was for my personal residence in Carrollwood. The 3rd was for my parent's residence in Tampa. All the work was started and completed to perfection. To begin Iâ??d like to be honest in the fact that Eddie and I did not start off on the right track. The estimate scheduling process was difficult to say the least. However, Eddie assured me that it was a big mistake that he took full accountability by apologizing and pleaded he just wanted the opportunity to do business with me. He explained to me how much his business meant to him and his family. I told him that my husband and I would discuss his explanation and get back to him. We decided to at least let him come give an estimate since he seemed to really care about his business; he showed up on time full of information about roofing and more specifically, the differences with his roofing. We were surprisingly impressed by his knowledge and professionalism, so Eddie won us over. We decided to take the small risk of hiring him even though we didnâ??t start off on the right foot, because he really impressed us on what his company had to offer. Iâ??d like to add they had the longest warranty we came across in our offers. Unfortunately for everyone our roof was scheduled to be done during hurricane Irma, which of course no one predicted. Understandably many of the workers decided to evacuate, leaving our roof to be delayed by a week which was no oneâ??s fault. During this time however, Eddie and his son Vincent kept us informed on what was happening and when. Eddie was even nice enough to check on the house after the storm knowing our roof wasnâ??t in the best of shape. In the end, as promised, the roof was done in a timely manner with great quality which included replacing all bad wood. His team did miss a small section, after I mentioned it to him he went over and had it fixed without any hesitation. I will say Summer Breeze Roofing is a high quality family business that TRULY wants to WIN your business at any cost. Give them a chance like we did and I donâ??t think youâ??ll be disappointed.
