This company fraudulently took money out of my account without my permission. They advertised 100% satisfaction guarantee, but won't honor it
I purchased face cream from this company with a money back guarantee. I was under the impression I was only paying the amount advertised for the product. 2 weeks later I'm charged an additional $152.98 without my knowledge or permission. I attempted to contact them via email and phone with no response. I can't even return the product that doesn't work to get my money back.

I agreed to pay $7 for a sample of face cream It was somehow a subscription but if you try to return or cancel noone answers their all info is fake
I agreed to pay for a face cream $7 they sent a eye syrum , when I tried to call or message it went to a voicemail and the email doesn't work , then they charged my account $79.99 I have written them numerous times they then blocked me from writing on fb they dont answer anything I dont want their product I want my money back what they sent wasn't worth the original $7 I paid never mind $87 . There phone goes straight to voicemail they have multiple addresses , their emails have either no reply or are no longer active , they do not reply on fb messenger or thru their page ,thos is a scam they hide that you are agreeing to pay them monthly and that this free sample is actually a subscription , you have to click on their privacy policy and it's written in the middle so you dont even know what your agreeing to .

On their website they state they have a 60 day money back guarantee. I tried to return my purchase and they refused to accept my return and refund my money. My inital order was 12/28/19 and they automaticly sent me a second order on 01/27/20. I tried to return the orders on 2/6/20 so that is 40 days into their 60 day guaranteeon the 1st order and 10 days on the 2nd order.

Ordered product which made claim to just charge you for shipping to try their product. After 14 days they automatically deducted $152.98
Ordered this product which they said you could try for only shipping cost. No where on order page was there any indication this would automatically enroll you in subscription.14 days later they deducted 152.98 out of my bank account. I have unopened product that I want to return. They refuse. Despite under their refund policy it says you can return any unused product within 30 days. They say that does not include the original trial offer. I quickly cancelled my order but they refuse to refund my money even if I return the unused unopened product. Extremely deceptive. I have asked 3 times to talk to a manager. They keep telling me he will contact me within 24 hours. It never happened, Don't know what else to do.
