I first built my home it 1996 on a slab. In 2005, hurricane Rita has change my life. Due to 4ft of flood water in my home, I was forced to elevate. Not knowing any better, I put a brick skirting around the bottom without enough ventilation. Since I’ve elevated, I’ve changed my floor 3 times due to moisture caused from condensation. To cold in the house and to hot under the house caused my floors to sweat. I’ve been searching the internet for solutions and I’ve come across Sunlight Contractors. I read reviews and contacted few of their customers. I’ve learned this is a 5 star company. So I contacted the company and Ira educated me on the problem I was having. He guided me on preparation to save me money (because of distance) before traveling 3hrs to come spray my home. I happy to say Friday July 20th they came spray 3” of closed cell foam under my home. I’m very pleased with their perfection. They were very professional and cleaned upon completion. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Great business people, very professional, and returns calls ASAP. THEY TRUELY CARE!!!! Thank you very much for coming to my rescue.

Ira and his crew were a pleasure to work with. His crew is professional, courteous and experienced. Ira answered all of my questions and provided me with plenty of information before, during and after the spray foam was installed in my attic. I did get another estimate for the spray foam and the other company wasn’t very thorough or as knowledgeable as sunlight contractors. I’m extremely satisfied with my decision to have sunlight contractors install my insulation and that I no longer come home to a hot house at the end of the day. Thank you Ira and crew.

I called on a Wednesday and Mr. Ira called me back immediately. He answered many of my questions over the phone. We set up an appointment for an estimate on the Friday of the same week. Corey, one of his employees, finished up a job early and was able to come out on that Thursday to take all his measurements and answered all the questions that had occurred to me since my conversation with Ira. We received and accepted the quote on the next day. There was a crew at my house the Saturday of the same week to remove the old insulation. The crew that came out was awesome; they were very friendly and cleaned up the house very well. The foam crew came in that following Monday and did great job. They were prompt courteous and also cleaned up well. It's been 2 weeks now of 90° + temperatures and the 20 year old AC unit in the house isn't struggling to keep up anymore. We had a wonderful experience with Mr. Ira and his crew of professional and hardworking individuals. This company delivers exceptional professional service fueled by deep expertise. If you are thinking about getting spray foam done, stop thinking and do it. I recommended Sunlight to a couple friends and family and they're calling to have the work done.

They were quick to come start the job, they completed it in less than half a day and now the house is much more comfortable. That was this last June, 2018, I can't imagine how hot it would be now in this almost record heat in New Orleans this year without having this spray foam done. Also, I feel it was an investment as well since it should increase the value of the home. I see no reason not to use them again if the need arises in another house.

I hired Sunlight Contractors a year and a half ago to install spray foam in my attic, and they did such a good job that I hired them again to install spray foam in the attic of a rental property this week. Ira is professional and responsive, and I had the pleasure of speaking with him in person at the job site. This company is all about customer satisfaction, and I really appreciate that. The crew was polite, professional, on-time, and didn't try to rush through the job. They took their time to do the job correctly, and my tenants have already seen great results. Our 80 year old home was in significant need of insulation to keep a reasonable temperature in the winter and summer months. I called Sunlight Contractors, and they were able to meet with us very quickly to take a look at the house and offer advise. Corey met with us at our convenience, took his time explaining the process and benefits of spray foam insulation and the results we could expect. Later that day, I received a quote (which was very reasonable!) and LOTS of information about spray foam insulation and its benefits. After we accepted the proposal and signed a contract, Ira gave us several dates for us to choose from. On the agreed upon date, Ira and his team showed up on time and got to work. After they were finished, a quick three hours later, they showed me their work and made sure our house was just as tidy as they came in. I was very impressed with the professionalism from Sunlight Contractors, and would trust them to do any job I may have in the future and will recommend to friends!

Sunlight Contractors just did subfloor spray foam for my home in New Orleans. They were outstanding. They were very communicative about my options, what made sense, and why. Their workers were efficient, friendly, and respectful. My foam was completed in a few hours and a few hours later we were setting our A/C to 74 - normally we needed to work it at 70 to keep the house cool. I couldn't be happier with my experience and once I save up I'll be using them to insulate my attic.

I contacted three foam-insulation companies. I can honestly say Ira *** with Sunlight Contractors was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and explained the entire process. When he arrived at the job site, he went over the process once again. Ira was there from start to finish ensuring everything went smoothly. The job was for a new construction. Ira and his crew did an exceptional job; once they were done they cleaned the entire home, leaving it cleaner than when they arrived. Ira and his crew went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the installation; this is what I call customer service. I would defiantly recommend Sunlight Contractors to anyone who is looking to use spray foam for their home or business.

I did my research on the web and was led in the direction of Sunlight Contractors to spray foam insulate my attic and crawl space. I called the phone number ONCE and spoke to Ira who immediately answered any and all question by phone and emails (for several days). This company does not "get back with you later" or say "their too busy" - they go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied in choosing them. I can't wait for spray day!!!

We have a significant moisture problem under our home. The main part of the house is over 100 yrs old. It started with reports from various companies (termite inspector, AC serviceman, etc.) . We met a man who had used Sunlight for a similar problem. We contacted Ira Bosh and who had our home inspected the same day. Right now we are in the middle of repairs. We have a problem not only with moisture, but also with damaged wood, a very serious problem. So far, every thing has gone will. There's still a lot of work to be done.

The entire experience was seamless. Ira truly knows all there is to know about the insulation industry. Sunlight Contractors spray foam insulated the attic of my 1942 house that was renovated in 2017. The heat and cold were impossible to bear after my house purchase in May 2017. The contractor, before purchase, cut major corners that I find one by one. The insulation in the house happened to be one of those major corners that were cut. Before the spray foam insulation, I could only keep my house 5-10 degrees different than whatever the outside temperature was. The day of my spray foam insulation installation, I noticed an immediate difference when I opened my front door. My house has officially turned into a home thanks COMPLETELY to Ira and Sunlight Contractors. The customer service was excellent and the job turned out to be one of the best purchases I have ever made. My energy bill in the first month of use has declined from $550 to $189. My HVAC is no longer running constantly and the home temperature stays stabilized all day and night even with the HVAC turned completely off.

Sunlight did an outstanding job on our attic -- which was in dire shape. I used to consider our attic the black hole of our house and never wanted to go up there for fear of what I'd find. Sunlight came in and, over the course of two days, completely cleared out the old, nasty insulation which was full of filth and debris. They made sure I was completely satisfied before moving on to the insulation phase. The gentlemen who cleaned the attic were extremely professional and communicated with me every step of the way as they encountered challenges. They problem solved and got the job done. The insulation is great and has turned our attic into a cozy storage area that we can now use for storage. Thank you to the whole team!

Sunlight removed the insulation from our home this past Friday. The job was more challenging than expected, necessitating work all day Saturday as well, but Clayton and his crew worked through the issues and made sure our home was ready for spray foam insulation first thing Monday morning. Ira and Clayton both talked me through the process and any issues that arose. They were extremely professional and treated our house like it was their own. I would easily recommend them to anyone interested in upgrading the insulation in their home or business.

Sunlight just finished up closed cell spray foaming the crawl space of our new house. After the recent cold snap we realized the floor was very drafty. All of the installers were extremely professional, their work was clean, and eager to answer any questions I had. Mr. Ira is an a great guy! Super friendly and helpful.
