Yes, he repaired it on 7/20; however, when it rained it leaked in the same two places. I called and informed them on 7/30/15. As of today (8/26/15) they have yet taken care of the problem

[I received a letter from the attorney for Sunrooms and More stating I cancelled after the cancellation deadline and that they would not fully refund my deposit. They wanted to keep 25% of the total cash value of the contract OR they wanted me to proceed with the work. This is unacceptable. There is no reason that they should get to keep $7,when all they have done is met with me once to sign the contract and then be nonresponsive to my attempts to reach them. As initially stated, I did mail a cancellation letter within the three business days as stated on the contract. The letter was mailed on June 25th, which was the very next day after signing the contract. Additionally, after the initial contract signing, this company has NEVER contacted me directly after I repeatedly called/emailed/and faxed them regarding the cancellation. The only contact I have had since signing the contract on JUNE 24th is a letter from their attorney, which I received nearly a month after I sent the cancellation letter. Yet they expect me to have faith in them that they will perform quality work and effectively communicate with me during the construction process. I think not. I want a FULL REFUND. I followed the directions and cancelled this contract within terms as outlined on the agreement yet this company refuses to refund the deposit.]

WE called the day after we received your notice. We talked to *** ( whom we have spoken to on numerous occasion on this issue) and she said someone would call us to set up an appointment. We have heard from no one - which is usually what happens every time we call. We will try to contact them again but I feel like I am talking and they are just not listening

This PARTIAL refund was provided only after getting the Revdex.com, the Attorney General's Office, and the Lender got involved in the dispute. I did mail in the cancellation letter within the three day terms and the company continues to refuse to issue a full refund. I am not satisfied that it has taken nine months to refund the undisputed amount and they are still trying to get out of paying the disputed amount even though I did mail in a cancellation letter. The Attorney General's Office has been attempting to mediate the disputed amount with no success to date. This issue is NOT resolved!

*** ***I was told if I pay for the carpet they would install itAfter waiting over weeks I paid some else to install the carpetI didn't have time to wait anymore on sunrooms kyAlso they only addressed one problem I had several issues with this companyThey didn't cut the whole for my fish tank to the correct size, the drywall is lumpy and scratched up from them sanding itMy screens to my windows were damagedI have closet doors that don't stay closed because they were installed wrong*** only wants your people so watch out!

After reviewing the file we have corrected the contract
promotion per the owners requestThe *** charges were due based on the agreed
price and paperwork executed in the house on saleAll of the financing was
approved and materials were orderedWe didn't receive
any written cancelation
within business days so again materials were orderedWe are happy to change
the finance terms if needed and would like to schedule an installation date as
soon as possiblePlease email me with any questions and I would also be
available to meet in person to discuss if necessary
