I was told if I pay for the carpet they would install it. After waiting over 2 weeks I paid some else to install the carpet. I didn't have time to wait anymore on sunrooms ky. Also they only addressed one problem I had several issues with this company. They didn't cut the whole for my fish tank to the correct size, the drywall is lumpy and scratched up from them sanding it. My screens to my windows were damaged. I have closet doors that don't stay closed because they were installed wrong. [redacted] only wants your people so watch out!

Installed product leaking destroying...

ceiling underneath. Service assistant says tech will call in next 24-36 hrs but tech NEVER has called or shown Reported issue with shower installation on April 30 on website. Have only talked to office assistant, never heard back from tech as promised. Received call on May 1 because assistant accidently deleted the email and they were calling field rep to see who was available and would return call either that day or Friday. After not receiving a callback on Friday May 2, I called back the following Monday May 5 and was told she had left a message for Lyle and she saw the ticket assigned to him. She said she would follow up and call us back. 2 months later, the shower is still leaking and we still have yet to hear back from ANYONE at your company. I know second story master bathroooms are NOT uncommon and I do not know why there have been so many issues with our installation. As noted in previous complaint that was closed, I did follow up with [redacted] on August 6th at number listed but got her voicemail. I left a message and have not received a call back. This issue is still not resolved.
