The company has not made any fixes to the mess their contractors made. I have talked with [redacted] and she stated we were not oUT of their system. Once again, they have done nothing to our home. I believe since they are a large company, and we paid them off in full, they plain don'the care. I will call her again and perhaps since you are involved, they'Lloyd fix our home. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.In response to Sunroom's and More:Yes, they replaced the front window because the window that they originally put in was NOT what we had ordered. We were supposed to get trim for the front window inside but did not.Again, the kitchen windows are NOT what we ordered. In fact they do not even match the rest of the windows in the house.My bedroom windows are not installed properly. My bedroom is colder now than when I still had 50 year old windows!  Also my bedroom  sounds like the window is open when it is not.This company has lied to us time and time again. This has been going on for 2 years now. I am very frustrated with Sunroom's and More and sick of their lies.If this does not get resolved through Revdex.com then further action will be taken.  They have been paid over $7,000.00 for windows that are less than satisfactory and I truly wish that I had never done business with this company.  We do not need another meeting we need a new contract that has the promised terms of 1yr same as cash and the original money refunded to the company taken falsely since no work was or could have been done since we never signed the original contact from [redacted] , no one even got the measurements to start anything. [redacted] told me that the deposit of two hundred taken from us when you came out was not even told to them. If you have the corrected contract we will set up an appointment.

 Yes, he repaired it on 7/20; however, when it rained it leaked in the same two places.  I called and informed them on 7/30/15.  As of today (8/26/15) they have yet taken care of the problem. [redacted]

 I have never received a new contact as was stated. We did receive a call a couple of weeks ago saying the manager wanted to come out and we told him until we got a corrected contract with the twelve months same as cash as promised on the last visit we had nothing else to talk about and I don't believe what was said about supplies being ordered because measurements were not yet taken so how did they know what supplies to order. I don't know what the out come will be but I plan to tell everyone I know the way this company does business and the resolution from this complaint.

We received the information and replaced the front window at no charge to the customer per our agreement.

The refund has been issued to the lender per the terms of the contract.  We didn't receive any cancellation request within 3 business days of the signing of the agreement. Thanks

I placed the property on the market to sale in February 2014.  After inspection I was told that the sub-floor under the shower that Sunrooms and More installed was defective and is leaking between the floors.  The amount to repair this issue would require a total renovation of the bathroom floor, removal of the shower install and replacing the sub floor.  The cost to repair is more than the $7,000 originally paid to Sunrooms and More and according to a repairman should have been detected when the new shower was installed by Sunrooms and More. The contractors hired by Sunrooms and More failed to correct this problem before installing the shower and now the property has devalued by more than what I paid to renovate the bathroom.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They are entirely concerned with one thing, themselves and making money. They have no concern for the customer's with whom they are doing business with nor the workmanship they do. The many contractors who showed up to work on our project when we asked, had been working for the company for some time, however when that same question was posed to the contractors (more than one) all responded they were recently hired. I can ensure you this company does not care how well the contractor(s) they hire to work on their projects completes the job. In my dealings with Jon Penn and Ray Burdett associated with Sunrooms & More, also known as Distinctive Design Remodeling, and GRB Design we went through 3 different contracts changing names under whom the contract was with at one point, (fishy), all because they needed more money outside of the original 1/3, 1/3, and 1/3 payment originally agreed upon, apparently because they needed funds to pay an upcoming balloon payment, per a completely un-customer service oriented phone call conversation with a Ray Burdett, our original salesman. In every attempt they have Jon Penn and Ray Burdett use a bullying attempt to get more funds without due percentage of completed work.
