When I moved, I "purchased" a dining set since I've never had oneIn the first weeks I received MULTIPLE calls saying I was past due -- even though I paid for a full month in advanceAfter I spoke to SEVERAL people (including the store manager), who claimed they would adjust my due date on the account, I still received MORE calls after my next payment on automatic draftThey had me sign an extension to make the "so called adjustment" and LOST my paperwork so I had to resign it a second time! Long story short I paid off my item early and now its MINE! Tip: NEVER rent (to own) anything from Aaron's!

ive been leasing stuff from my local Aarons in Johnstown since they open I was one of the biggest customer at that store with a bill of a grand a month never had a problem with matt the store manger he is the best thank u matt and Aarons now iam back there after years

My boyfriend purchased a tv from Aaron's in June and we set up and agreement to make payments and the payments would be auto drafted from our accountEach payment would be $and some change A couple days later an Aaron's called and said if we completed a survey that was emailed to us giving all positive ratings they would take to dollars off of our first payment The survey was completed and he called to let them know it was completedJuly came and the full amount of dollars was taken out so he called and made them aware, they apologized and said we would have no payment in August but sure enough they took out the full amountI feel like it was a scam to get good feedback because in reality they aren't a professional businessAfter our tv is paid off we will never be purchasing anything from Aaron's again

Employees are very rudeI called to pay up on my bill and try to figure out when my next payment was dueThe lady got rude with me and wouldn\'t let me talkI didn\'t understand what she was saying or explaining but she still wouldn\'t let me talkI asked to speak with a guy that I usually speak with named Rich that is usually greatHe explained the situation and then I did understand himThen I continued to tell him how the lady was being rude and he disagreed, he then started to be rudeSo I just asked him how much more I owed to pay the bill off so I wouldn\'t have to deal with Arron\'s anymore because of the rudenessI then payed off the entire billI WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ARRONSI usually go to rent a center and they are great but decided to try ARRONS out but I\'m very disappointed and will have to continue to go to rent a center again next time I need something!

This review concerns the Aaron's Rental Center located in Somersworth, NH, It is in regards to a Christmas gift payment I had made to them on behalf of my son, [redacted] , in December of Through conversation on the phone, I learned what my son's monthly payment was, which was between $and $I made a payment of $for himI later learned that they took nearly half of that payment in service charges and interest, which apparently is what happens to a "normal" monthly paymentI did not make a "normal" monthly payment, nor was I informed it would make a bigger difference in my son's balance due to split my gift payment across two months in order to lessen the effect of service and interest charges, which would be the option with the most integrityInstead, they kept silent and pocketed the enormous differenceThat is extremely poor business practice! These Rental and Rent-to-Own business are the worst places to do businessThey have absolutely no ethic, integrity, or honor to do the right thingI have never, ever done business with themI always warn anybody even thinking of working with them to go elsewhere or find another way or go without--including my sonWhat I want is for some of that ridiculous service and interest charges that were taken from that one large payment to be applied to my son's future balance dueThey should be ashamed of themselves for not being more informative to me when I called to make this gift payment amount!

I had an account here for year and some changeToday I paid these people $I had purchased furniture from this place that cost me $it was usedI have waited a year for someone to fix the leather that has now tornToday I call to speak with Mike which is the SUPERVISORI had asked a week ago for someone to come out and pick up the end tables and coffee table that they had to bring to me 2x because the furniture was badly damagedSo they tried to sell it to me anywaysThe reason I am writing this review is because I the customer had to remind the supervisor that I was trying to understand my accountI didn't understand why $was going to the tables that I want to returnI had scheduled someone to come get them MondayThe Sofas I had purchased I have waited over months for someone to fix the leather that is now tornI was told when I purchased them they would be fixed still waitingTh Supervisor Mike ended up cussing me out telling me he does not want my account there, he doesn't want to work with me, I asked to speak with his boss told me no! He refusedSo I cussed him outMike quote on Quote stated to come to the store and cuss him out and he would kick my ***I had to state multiple times Mike I am trying to work with youHe refused my businessSwore up and down he was going to come take all the furniture back because he doesn't like meQuote " doesn't give a st about my account" "He was gonna kick my ***" Hung the phone up on meI will never buy from this place again and I was warned before I came the first timeThe 1st year was greatMike used to be a nice guySeemed like someone was going through some personal issues but was taking it out on customersPlease folks be-careful with this placeI recommend going to the one on Merrill road or May portAaron's went downhill here in Jacksonville when Cora leftLooking to the competitors at least they may offer more friendly serviceIn shockNever thought a business would be ran this way

I had a horrible experience with the Aarons in StRobert MissouriI had a serious illness and was not staying in my house due to needing someone to take care of meThe location I was at was located in another townAarons called on Friday and I let them know I was out of town and would have to have a family member meet them and let them in my house to return a washer and dryerI had not talked with family yet so I did not set up a time for it to be picked upOn Monday I was informed that my back door was standing openI did not receive a phone call to arrange for Aarons to meet someone at my homeWhen entering the house the washer and dryer was missingI had security cameras located in my house and had the cards pulled to see who had entered my house without permissionOn the camera I captured a Aarons employee in my house and it snapped picture of him looking though my stuff not related to the washer and dryer but personal belongings on my entertainment centerThey took shelves and moved around and threw clothes that were in the dryer all of the floorI called and they confirmed that they did enter the property and took the washer and dryerI have contacted the police and have started the process to press charges

My overall experience with Aarons in jacksonville tx is POOR! Dryer stopped working after I made a paymentCalled Aarons they said that they would be out saturday, I called them, and no one put my name downThey told me that It would be Monday morning 12/28/before they could come, they did not show poor poor poor costumer service, wish I could get my money backThey told me that they couldn't get here till after 4, so I said to come pick it up, then they say they will pick it up this a.m sounds bogus to me!

I am so tired of all the issues with Aarons they have not been honest from day 1!! I was looking for chairs and Ashley told me if I buy a chair I can get the chair, tv and stand for $a month Then after we picked out the tv to choose from, she already knew what chairs then she said oh we dont have those chairs in stock so we cant offer the special she promised they would be delivered 1st thing the next day, I called to verify when they would be there she said she would call me right backhrs later in the afternoon I called back only to get the run aroundAt she said it would be the next day Don't trust anything they say I was setting up my due date I said the 15th cause I get paid on the 3rdThey said If I set it up for the 1st as long as I pay by the 3rd it wont be lateha ha why on earth did I trust them another lie!! I pay online and am charged late fees each month This company is not trust worthyOnce they get a contract customer service is not there, they do not care about customersOnly about greedy money eaters

I have been doing business with the same store since 2012, never had an issue always willing to work with its customers A rude man came over as a manager for the Lenoir City TN store and he is harassing customers, threatening them refusing to leave property etc When asked to leave my property he stood outside making threats I told him to only contact me by email and he blatantly said he did not want to say anything in email that could be used against him Seriously When you have had a customer that has been your customer for years purchased several items at above retail, you work with them when an issue comes up not threaten and send people repeatedly to their home

This place use to be awesomeThey had great service the people were friendlyWhen I needed anything they were thereWaited on a battery for over months for a Laptop I had gottenThen they finally had the battery and it ended being the wrong oneI have payments left on the Laptop and they gave me a call trying to get a payment from me after waiting months for a batteryThey attempted to try and take the laptop back because I wouldn't give them any money until I got the batteryI also purchased a table from them I received the table which is damaged I had to have another Aaron's store fix it for meI have purchased a 60" TV and entertainment center from this storeI recommended family and friends to this storeNow my friends and family get poor treatmentThere is a manager named Rob complete ***Very rudeTalks down to you, I have never dealt with someone so rudeA manager should represent the businessI will not buy from this place anymoreMy father in law has purchased his sofas, refrigerator TV's because they so happen to keep breaking dining table over products from this place and they treat him like they don't want his businessI recommend the Aarons on StJohns Bluff they are extremely helpful and courteousEspecially the Manager Mike thumbs up on the awesome customer service

I rented to own a bedroom set from Aarons, It is a poorly made setI called the Egg Harbor Township Store in N.JLous and Lillian both have ignored my phonesTimes they sent the person that fixes the furniture to my house to try to fix itBut it is broke againLillian sold me the set, I stated to her it is for when my grand children come to visitThe bed frame broke because it is cheap woodThe drawers are broke because it is cheap wood.Never again will I Rent to Own from AaronsI am going to contact the local courtsystem to see if I can file a claim in Smalls claim court

I've leased over things of high value from Arron'sBy far the most unprofessional business I've ever seenCan't imagine how they even are able to keep there doors openThey treat you like there your parole officer and you are a paroleeNot only do they blow up your phone when obviously people have to work to pay themThey act like your taking food off there families table if you arnt on time with your paymentI am fed up with getting talked to like a dogI will NEVER EVER recommend or release a thing from this scam artist companyThey would have such an easier time talking to people with respect instead they try to make these threats that might scare someone who is actually doing something criminalBeing late on a payment is not a crime answering and saying I don't have the money right now and can pay you when I have it is a simple requestNever once have I called them and talked to them like crap for charging me bogus fees on top of feesI am gonna invest in some unemployed homeless people to stand outside of there store location on academy and Palmer park with picket signs to strike anybody even thinking about getting something from these savagesThere is a place called *** that will totally take care of you never ever disrespect you and work with you if you are late for any reason at allYou can be months late with *** and they will roll your payments back to your original loan agreement price and never once talk to you like a dogYou have to give respect to earn it and a customer is always right period end of story no other way about it they will fail and when they need a job somebody they talk to like crap will be on the other end of that application and it will be returned as a you are cruel and heartless person with no morals and valuesIf you google Arron's sales and lease complaints it comes up with so many it would take you a day to read them all

I just got a call from Jon in the Enid,OK store asking me about a washer and dryer that I returned to them and the it asked me when I returned it because he can't be bothered to look in the computer and see that they have it! The Enid store has the worst customer service I have ever seenAnd they keep the same people thereIts extremely frustrating which is why I rented my living room furniture from Rent A center

I ordered some furniture online from Aarons they checked my references and said I was approvedI went into my local store upon their request to provide my debit card and ID which they then set me up with a delivery dateI then threw away my old furniture at this point it has been a week since my online application and appoval 3days before my scheduled delivery they call to inform me I had two options either I get a cosigner or make a bigger deposit (1,071) to get my furniture.....they were rude and lacked consideration....if I had over to purchase furniture why would I give it to them to rent makes no sense I would never recommend them oh and they had the nerve to call and tell me I'm behind on my payment for furniture I never received

I have been renting from Aaron's since February of 2016, I missed one payment and the harassment has been endlessI get 2-calls each and everyday guys at my door pounding, they have threatened me and also have been calling after hours of operationI refuse to pay until the harassment stops

I have been doing business with Aaron's for five years now and they have been great with meThey are a great business to trade with Five star from me thant you for your great item's
