The workers sexually looked at my friend and made fun of my dog and saw one roach cuz of me living in an old trailer and they told the manager its all eaten up inside the radio which how do they know when they didn't open the radio up All they did was looked at it and then left I wouldn't recommend shoping there Due to their rude mean workers and manager I dislike that one manager Once I pay my radio off I will not be back

I have had the worst experiencewith Aarons.I used to deal with *** but when I noticed aarons prices I switched.WHAT A MISTAKE!!I I got a smart Tv that was defective and they always say they are going to come to check it out and they never come.Sometimes when I call they say oo well people called out.IS THAT MY PROBLEM?tHE SAME EXCUSE EVERY WEEK!!I dont need this headache.I bet they expect to get paid on the due date right..They have nasty attiutudes and when you call higher up they just transfer you back to the store.I am so frustrated .WHat a bad idea.They do not resolve anytjing and simply do not care

I have rented a lot of things from Aaron'sBut I was sold a bad television and fraud and deceived out of what I had paid for the television of the months payment, but for me to lease another tv I would have to start over on another lease, but I would not receive full credit for the bad tvI never will lease anything else from Aaron;s lease and rentalIf you can get credit when you need appliances and tv's make sure you get brand new of everything from the box and delivered in a box

he company did not honor their promise of reporting my good payments to the credit bureau
Within the past year I finished making payments on a chair, and a bunk bed at the Aaron's rent to own furniture store in Mason City, IAI filed a complaint in the past with the Revdex.com, and that complaint was resolved, however, part of my contract with Aaron's was their promise to report my payments to the credit bureauDuring the last complaint with Revdex.com I had mentioned this, and an Aaron's employee responded by saying that it would take a month or so to show on my credit reportIt has since been several months, and it is now 100% apparent that Aaron's did not keep their end of the bargain, in that they did not report my payment history to the credit bureau as promisedI had a feeling they would not do thisIn my last complaint to the Revdex.com I noted how difficult it was to get the Aaron's employees to even accept me paying off the furniture, (they did not want me to pay it off, they wanted to keep me in debt to them) They even tried to sell me more furniture after I paid off the other furniture
I made all of my payments honorably and on timeWhen I first came to their store, the associate who helped me told me that they do not report bad credit, only good credit after you pay off whatever you buy from themFrom the First employee that I spoke with at Aaron's, up to the employee I spoke with when I paid the furniture off, and even up to the employee that answered my complaints with the Revdex.com, they all lied to meThe payment history with Aaron's is no where to be found on my credit report

This incident involved the store in Jacksonville, TexasIt was a very unpleasant, and even humiliating experience that I went through when I went to the store and asked a few questions regarding my daughter's accountAt first, everything went good, and I even appreciated the fact that they were willing to share some information about an account that was not in my nameI explained that I was making the payments for my daughter, since she had fallen on some difficult times, and after being late a few times in making the payment, me and my wife decided to help herMy question was about the payments that we made for the past few months, always on time, and paying the amount we were told the payment was ($104), when I was told the initial payment was around $I noticed that out of the whole $payment, on occasions less than $would go toward the principle, and I was trying to understand where was the rest of the payment goingI asked, for example why were we charged a $fee for "In home visit fee", since all payments were on time for the past monthsI never got a clear answerI was getting all kind of numbers thrown at me that would make no sense, and even the store employee got confusedWhen I told him that, he started to get upset and said that I am acting like I am smarter than him, and all of a sudden he said he could not give me any more information on the accountI said that since our conversation is not going very well, if I could speak with a manager, and he said, in a VERY RUDE tone: "I am the manager"I asked if there was another manager on duty, or somebody else I could speak with, and he said, again VERY RUDE and loud: "No, you can't speak with nobody elseAs a matter of fact, you should leave the store right now, or I'll call to have you escorted outside"I asked him why, and he did not answerI asked him if he could tell me what his name was, so I know when I'll make my complain, and he said: "No, you don't need to know my name"He walked me to the door, and I asked how can I get my answersHe said that he will only do it with the account owner presentI told him he should have said that from the very beginning of our conversation, and all this situation could have been averted
Again, this was the most rude and humiliating situation I ever had to endure at the hands of a so called "manager"This whole situation took place in front of other customers and staff, and it was totally uncalled forIf this is the level of professionalism a manager displays in front of his employees, there are big gaps to be filledForget about the whole customer is always right motto; in this store the customer (or potential customer), cannot even ask for a decent treatment I was prepared to pay the remaining balance with a credit card and get it over with, but at this point I do not want to set foot in that store ever againI would appreciate if you can tell me who do I need to talk with to get some answers, and pay off the account

the aarons here in upstate ny oneonta and herkimer ny are horrible and should be completely redone

This is about the Gresham OR store: Stay away from this placeI can't wait for my plan to be over so I never have to deal with them againIf you are even one day late they will start calling all your numbers that you have ever given themYesterday they called and I told them I would be making my payment on the 25th onlineThey said they needed to put a credit card number on fileI told them I would give them the number but that I did not authorize them to take a paymentI was told that that was okhours later a get another call from themI am told that they had nothing written down about our conversation and they transferred me to the managerThe manager told me he was sitting next to the guy I talked to and he never agreed to the arrangement and that I had hung up on themBasically he called me a lair Trust me people and stay away from this business

Aarons is the most unprofessional Business out thereTHe NEw Rochelle store is a rip off scam artist they took my deposit never delivered my furniture but continue to send me a bill each and every month if you call the Customer service people they only give you to the store that the problem exist withIt's a joke a real they want you to give them your social security drivers lic Number over the phone its since 4/no refund no furniture and they still send me eails about my account is due what account I dont have one and really dont want one...what a shame I should have read the reviews first before going here what a mistake

Very quick to rent there stuff but pray you never need service on anythingI have been several months trying to get a tv repaired then told they broke it after they pick it up and were going to replace itSo far no replacement tvCalled to get my refrigerator door fixed after a bad install and they said they would be here on Saturday and we waited all day any no one showed up or even a call to say they would not be here Very bad business practice

I have only been doing business with Aarons for months and so far have had a horrible experienceThe "account manager" that handles my account is beyond rude and un-understand of day to day life eventsMost recently I had a payment come due, the company called to collect the payment and I gave them my card information and informed them that they could process the payment on Friday morningWe hung up and everything was good and set Two minutes later I get a call back from the "account manager" saying that they will not accept my payment and want the equipment backI informed him I just gave permission and all payment information so I dont know why this would be an issueI'm out of town at the moment so scheduling a return is pointless so just accept my payment, take the business and build a relationship with the customer that is willing to pay

I used to rent from Aaron's all of the time...but my last experience was horribleI rented a sofa and table and the manager at the store was very good to meThe problem came AFTER I was finished paying my rental offThe company keeps calling me to collect money that I don't owe themI have called the manager who ASSURED ME that I owed no moneyYesterday I found negative items on my credit report for items that I have paid offWhen I try to call the corporate office and cannot get a human being on the phoneWhen I call the manager at the store he says that he shows no balance owed in his systemI am very frustrated

I've had many thing from Aarons, and went through a time when I couldn't afford hardly anythingThey helped me out through my hard times and good timesThey have been amazing to me and my family always had a good word for usI was in their today to upgrade my computer and came out once "again" a happy customerI'm am very happy with my results with my product and services receivedIn the end I couldn't ask for a better business to help me and my family with furniture and electronics

Aaron's furniture is a business akin to criminalsWhat they do should not be legalMy complaint is specifically regarding the Youngstown Ohio locationMy girlfriend leased furniture from them under the impression she would own her furniture after yearAfter making $121/mo payments for ten months she was confused about how much time was left before the furniture would be actually "owned"Upon further investigation of the actual lease agreement; it was found that they lied to her about the actual total cost and time frame of the leaseThey intended on making us pay over $for furniture that isn't worth a grand, over yearsIn addition to that, dollars of every monthly payment made, was just lining Aaron's pocket and wasn't actually paying for the furnitureWhen we contacted them to cancel the lease and tell them to take the furniture, they lied to her again and asked for her debit card numberThey said they'd be glad to grant an extension for bucksAfter discussing it we decided it still wasn't worth it, cancelled the pending payment and notified Aaron's to collect their propertyThey took the property and CHARGED US AGAIN after the furniture was goneUpon talking to their incompetent general manager I was told something completely different about the dollar payment and how we weren't going to get it back due to unpaid balancesIt's ridiculousTheir stores are managed terribly and they blatantly lie to trusting people in order to swindle money out of themAccording to their GM, extensions are weeks and don't require payment..Well why did YOUR employee tell us that, to get our payment info? They are refusing to pay us back despite the fact that they only acquired the funds based on a lie their employee told usI'm not even going to get into the threatenning calls, messages and stalking notes hanging on our door, from being only days late on a paymentWe have sunk over $into their furniture and have received only terrible treatment and payments that are so ridiculous the attorney general should be notifiedThe furniture is not worth the "fair market value" they quote, (aka bucks for a cheap ugly plastic lamp)I urge anyone thinking of doing business with this Aaron's location, or any other, to save yourself some time and have someone kick you square in the nuts repeatedlyIt'll be a better experience than doing business with themI give them out of stars

I went in to get a washer & dryer set and they deliver it the washer and dryer and the dryer did not work I called back up there and explain to them that the dryer was coming on but it was not heating up my clothes the head manager whose name is Andy proceeded to tell me that it was because my pipe where the lint comes out was clogged up in my houseI told him no that's not the case because it's air coming out of the dryer & my connection to the house don't have anything to do with the dryer he was very rude will not let me talk told me I didn't know what I was talking about so I proceeded to talk to another employee and he gave me some instructions on what to do with the dryer so as I got home and proceeded to do what he said might be the problem I noticed that the cord was burnt out and barely connected(fire hazard) so when I went to tell Andy what was wrong he told me not to come in the store no more very rude no customer respect I feel this needs to be looked into and I also feel he needs to be looked into because if he don't know how to talk to a customer he don't need to be doing this job
Now he wants to pick up the product without refunding me my money and I've only had it for one day but they're charging me for days because I went and purchased it last Thursday they didn't deliver it until this Monday is Tuesday and he want to come pick it up without refunding me my money so not only did the product not work and I was at risk for a fire hazard but he wants to pick it up without refunding me my money

Terrible customer serviceRude, pushy, classless, and under trainedThey will literally yell at you, speak over you, and speak to customers in a degrading manner and say that "they don't care, it's their job to do so"When told to be more professional they hung the phone up! My family will never rent from Aarons againPhil and James at the Tampa store should be recorded on all calls because they would be fired immediately if corporate knew how they treat peopleAbsolutely disrespectful and the worst experience I've had with any company in my life

This is a terrible companyI have never been so dissatisfied with a furniture company in my lifeThey are very rude and give you the run aroundI have had so many problems with themI purchased a refrigerator that had roaches in it unbeknown to me at the time of purchase.The handles were also falling off as wellSomeone came out to fix the handles a couple of weeks laterA month or two later the handles are off again I have always made my payment to this company but as soon as I discovered the refrigerator had roaches in it I asked them to come pick it upI have been asking them to come pick up this refrigerator up since July of I had two open accounts with them at the same time and both accounts were the same price due on different datesI made it very clear I was not paying for the refrigerator anymore, so please come get itI thought I was making payments on the other account which the two accounts had been switched without my knowledge said the managerThe money I was paying the company applied to the refrigerator with roaches that I asked them to come and pick upI had a sit down with the two store managers, in which I was actually speaking with one manager about the whole situationThe manager I was speaking to was new to this storeAs I was explaining my situation to him and where all the confusion came about he acknowledged I was rightThe other manager quickly closed his screen and never acknowledged what the other manager saidI went to sit close by him as he pulled up my accountThe history in the database showed I was a excellent paying customerLong story short, I have returned the refrigerator and nothing has been done to solve the roach infestation in my home by this companyI am beyond baffled at how they handled this situationThere was never any acknowledgements made or any apologiesI will say the new store manager was more kind and he also told me to have a good day, after he got my change and receipt from me making a payment on another accountThe manager that has been there was very rude and nonchalantHe never said thank you for your services, have a good day, or sorry for your troublesWhen I did ask what they were going to do about the roaches in my home he just looked at me and then proceeded to talk about a paymentI have never been treated so poorly as a customer by any businessI will never ever purchase anything from Aaron's furniture company againI am very disappointed in their customer service and nothing has been done to resolve the issueThe refrigerator was picked up September 20, I have not heard from them but they will hear from meI have returned their merchandise but I have yet been compensated for the problem that their merchandise has put on meEveryone needs to be made whole when a contract is brokenI did not sign up to pay for something that is infested with bugsThey continued to take my money and apply it to the refrigerator after I asked them to come and pick it upThis company is bad businessI thought the managers would be more than willing to take care of the problem but I was so wrong

This was my first time getting anything in payments so I was a little nervousBut they made it easy and not so intimidatingEveryone was very patient, kind and friendly to my children and IThey went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with what I was gettingAnswered all the questions I had(and that was literally like questions)I would definitely recommend people to come to the ArronsI had a great experience

I cannot believe what a nightmare it has been dealing with our local Aaron's in Hamilton OhioThe first refrigthey brought us leaked so bad it ruined all of our food and filled a large glass with water every dayIt took them WEEKS to come get it and brought a loanerThe loaner had a broke door, but we figured its only temporaryMORE WEEKS passThey finally call and say their going to send me a brand new white one in a box, which is what I wantedIt gets to our homefirst off, it's stainless steel door and gray sidesSecond and more importantly, It was too big to fit through our doorway, but their delivery drivers insisted it would fitSoooooothey broke our screen door, bent our entry door, scratched the fridge to *** and dented our floorNow, we're promised the one we wantedNO FRIDGE in sightstore manager, district managers hang up on you and are the most rude people i've EVER dealt with in my lifeWhat are we going to do now? Put their *** appliances out on the street at the curb and let them come get them!

I have been a customer with aarons for 2 years I have paid off merchandise and would like to consider my self a good paying customer. I recently leased a new bed room set. I have had it for 3 weeks. I also have a tv I have been paying on for a year, that is almost paid off. When my merchandise (the new bed)was dropped off to my home the gentlemen who dropped it off were very unprofessional and rude. They left and came back to my house twice because they "forgot" items needed to assemble my bed at store. When the employee's came back to my house they arrived in their personal vehical playing extremely loud vogar music! They came inside my house and said they would have to come back on monday..(it was friday) to fix my bed because they disnt have the correct pieces! I called arrons twice about this matter requesting some one come and fix my bed. No one called me back! They kept telling they would speak with the "General manager" about it. 2 weeks later I get a call at work from some lady named jessica asking when they can come get their merchandise!!?? My payment was acouple of dats late,yes but ive constantly made good payments on time and should not have been treated like this. Ive been calling asking them to fix my bed with no response! But they could call me and ask me for a payment on time and request their merchandise back. I let them come pick up their furniture because im not going to be treated badly when I am a good paying customer, plus the bed wasnt put together correctly havnt been able to use it! Very displeased with the lack of professionalism ive experienced through out my 2 years of doing businesses with them.
