I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I have not received a phone call or email from SuperShuttle. I check my email everyday and there hasn’t been anything sent. I am concerned that the 30-day period is just about up and am worried I will have no recourse after that date. Please advise….Thank you.Kind regards,[redacted]I can not see ANY attempt by SuperShuttle to contact me. I am more than willing to discuss the matter.

complaint.  SuperShuttle has researched and reviewed the statement from the customer and has completed the findings in regards to this customers statements and previous reservations. Mr. [redacted] received 4 trips at no charge: 5/1/15   Reservation # [redacted] from [redacted]St, Boston 02116 to [redacted]5/1/15   Reservation # [redacted] from [redacted]Intercontinental Airport to [redacted] Hotel in Houston 5/4/15   Reservation # [redacted] from [redacted]Hotel in Houston to [redacted] Intercontinental Airport5/4/15   Reservation # [redacted] from LoganInternational Airport to [redacted] St, Boston 02116The phone number on all four reservations matches the phone number used to file this Revdex.com complaint. The Boston address also matches the address given to Ms. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] paid for a trip on 5/12/15 in the amount of $18.00. On 5/18/15, Mr. [redacted] contacted us regarding this trip with a complaint and he was fully refunded his fare of $18.00.On 9/2/15, Mr. [redacted] spoke with Ms. [redacted] and falsely informed her that he had been promised a free trip. After investigation and speaking with the individuals Mr. [redacted] claimed he spoke with, it was determined that at no point was Mr. [redacted] promised an additional free trip. The reservation was cancelled two and a half hours after booking and Mr. [redacted] was notified at that time. The cancellation was well over 24 hours in advance of Mr. [redacted]’s trip leaving enough time to secure alternate transportation. A round trip shared ride or taxi service in the Boston area(which we no longer offer in Boston) is approximately $30 - $40. Mr. [redacted] had no out of cost expenses for four of the five times he has used our service. Mr. [redacted] was fully refunded for the only trip he paid for in the amount of $18.00. He was notified of the cancellation withample time to secure alternate transportation. Sincerely, Customer Care

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I received a call saying they will send me a check for the remaining amount owed to me for mileage and parking. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

supershuttle "customer service" just returned my call complaining about a shuttle ride starting off what should have been a nice vacation for me, my daughter and 2 small grandkids. I booked our shuttle weeks before via phone and paid for the ride from LAX to Universal Studios, including tip. The total price I paid, including tip, was $72.22. Four people, a carseat and our luggage. All known by supershuttle and also listed in detail on our receipt/confirmation page which I had printed out. When the driver finally arrived to pick us up at the airport, 1/2 hour late, he was angry and intimidating and nearly yelling at me that I had not paid enough. According to him I was still $22 short. I explained that I paid in full including tip and even showed him my confirmation showing this. He didn't care and was clearly angry and didn't care what my confirmation showed. I then called supershuttle directly and again they informed me and the driver that I was paid in full. He drove us to Universal Studios, under protest. When we were out of the van and getting our belongings he again began to berate me for not paying enough. I ended up giving the completely unprofessional bully a $20 bill. He then calmed down, said thank you and continued to tell me why I owed him this money.

So, when customer service called me back today, they completely sided with the driver. Refused to reimburse me even the $20 I gave the driver.

I informed this new completely unprofessional jerk that I was taking this online. He told me to have a good day and I did likewise. I also told him that I would never use their service again. He couldn't have cared less.

Please be informed that this complaint has not been resolved. Super Shuttle did not provide any reasonable resolution regarding this issue. I am still awaiting for their response or efforts to contact me
