To Whom It May Concern:First, I am sorry to hear that our customer experience did not meet the expectations of the client overall Second, I would like to apologize for our team not doing a better job of communicating the lease transfer policies of the company from whom the client leased their vehicle Third, Swapalease.com will be be making an exception to our standard no refund policy and refunding the client the entire $as noted in their “Desired Settlement” within the Revdex.com complaint.Please note that the refund may take up to business days to process and that the funds will be credited back in the same form as the original payment was collected.Thank you and please contact me with any additional comments, concerns, and/or questions[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meA full refund of $credited to my MasterCard credit card ending in Just to confirm Swapalease's response, we purchased the platinum package for $350.00, not the standard package that they're claiming we purchased for $Also, they claim that there was a very interested party which is an absolute lieThere was only email through their platform and when I responded to the person, I never heard back from themThey're customer service rep told me that I would receive multiple phone calls for that style of car (BMW 328i) and I reviewed absolute nonReceived calls / emails in hours when I posted it on CraigslistCar was gone in days on their platform and it cost me $Please contact me when the credit has been processed.

I am pleased that Swapalease has decided to do the right thing and refund my money however I want further assurances I want Swapalease to change their business practices so others do not have to go through the same trouble that I have Their sales people are extremely aggressive They should never charge anyone's card without first receiving a signed contract How many thousands of dollars have they stolen from customers that have simply given up attempting to retrieve their funds back because Swapalease simply states they have a no returns policy I would compare Swapalease's practices to the recent Well Fargo revelationsThese are corrupt business practices and I am amazed that Revdex.com has given this company an A+ rating My complaint will be resolved when Swapalease changes their practice of charging customers cards before receiving signed contracts
