I can not accept that. My account never even worked and my toasted calls went unanswered and completely ignored. I sent an email telling them that and they responded with a blank email. Vernonflat out led to me to scan me out of my money. If they had communicated or if my account had worked this might be an acceptable offer but the way I have been treated voids all of that.

said, I will be more than happy to work with the client in an effort to reach a fair and equitable settlement. It is important to understand that we do not and cannot guarantee a successful lease transfer using our service.  It is likely that any misunderstandings are stemming from the fact that we commonly mention we typically find buyers for leases within a 30 to 45 day period as opposed to guaranteeing that we do.  Regardless of what was understood to be the case when the client signed up for our service over the telephone with our representative we are willing to make an exception to our standard no refund policy.  That being said, please anticipate a full refund of $150.00 within 7 to 10 business days as requested by the client in the Revdex.com complaint as a desired settlement.Thank you and please feel free to contact me with any additional concerns, comments, and/or questions.[redacted]EVP of Operations[redacted]

said, I will be more than happy to work with Mr. [redacted] in an effort to reach a fair settlement for all parties.  First, I think it is important to mention that the most important service provided by Swapalease.com is helping someone looking to exit their lease find another individual interested in taking it over.  Mr. [redacted] is correct that are level of involvement with the leasing company once the transfer process is initiated does vary.  In some cases we are essentially not permitted to directly assist whatsoever and in others instances our level of assistance is fairly comprehensive.  To be clear this is based on or dictated by leasing company policy as opposed to any internal Swapalease.com policy.  Even though Swapalease.com was instrumental in GM Financial (Mr. [redacted]’s lessor) permitting lease transfers I will be the first to admit that we really cannot offer much in the way of direct assistance with the actual transfer process.Second, after reviewing Mr. [redacted]’s account I noticed that his account shows four individuals who were evidently interested in taking over his lease.  I realize that one of those individuals was brought to the the table by Mr. [redacted] as indicated in the Revdex.com complaint.  The reason I mention this fact is that Swapalease.com did in fact offer a service to Mr. [redacted] by providing him with at least several parties potentially interested in taking over his lease.  Again this is the primary function of Swapalease.com.As a result of any confusion created by Swapalease.com stemming from our telephone signup process ultimately resulting in a less than satisfied client I would like to propose the following.  A refund of $250 which would effectively credit Mr [redacted] down to the level of our most popular online package costing approximately $100.  Assuming this is an amicable settlement the noted refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.Thank you and please advise.[redacted]EVP of Operations[redacted]

First, I am sorry to learn that Mr. [redacted] is experiencing financial hardship and I wish him well looking toward the future.  However, I am unclear as to what we have either done wrong or failed to do regarding our original agreement with the client in this case.  Said differently,...

we listed Mr. [redacted] lease on our web site under the advertising package he selected for potential lease buyers to takeover.  It is important to remember that we do not and cannot make guarantees about whether a lease will be successfully taken over or not.  Not only is this made clear when a client signs up for our service, but we also request that this policy be signed off on by the client via an email confirmation. Additionally, after reviewing the client’s account it is clear that we assisted him after he signed up as well due to the significant number of notes in our system stemming from the original salesperson and our customer service team.  Another policy that we make clear to users of our service is that we do not offer refunds under most circumstances.  I do not appreciate the threat of the client posting falsehoods about his experience with Swapalease.com on social media should he not get his way desired settlement wise.  I believe we lived up to our end of the agreement and provided information that would set realistic expectations about using our service.  I also find it difficult to understand how he is summarizing that we are a “scam” as a result of what we promised to do and what we actually did knowing that no guarantees were in place.  Moreover, he did receive actual interest from multiple potential lease buyers even though a financial incentive was requested.  Probably also worth noting that it is unlikely that a “scam” business would be a Revdex.com member for the better part of twenty years.All of that being said, I would like to ask Mr. [redacted] to reevaluate his original position and see if some sort of partial refund can be agreed upon in an effort to closeout this matter?   Thank you and please advise. Scot H[redacted]EVP of Operations Swapalease.com11224 Cornell Park DriveCincinnati, Ohio 45242 T: [redacted]E: [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern:Please note that Swapalease.com is no longer in possession of the second charge totaling $850.00 as a result of a credit card chargeback filed by Mr. [redacted] through his credit card company on 7/29/16.  The first charge totaling $99.95 that Mr. [redacted] submitted online...

remains in our possession.  Typically, we do not refund advertising or listing fees under any circumstance and this policy is clearly spelled out whether an individual signs up online or over the telephone.  However, as a matter of good faith in this situation we will refund the smaller first charge of $99.95 within 7 to 10 business days.  Additionally, we will not dispute the amount charged back in connection with his second charge of $850.00 effectively refunding Mr. [redacted] 100% of his money as requested.   Thank you and please let me know if anything additional needs to be done to closeout this matter.[redacted]EVP of OperationsSwapalease.com[redacted]
