I even have emails asking for me to call as reminders which is mind blowing to a paying customer. To Whom It May Concern: First, I do understand the frustration conveyed by Mr*** to find out that the lease he was interested in was no longer available after signing up for our services. However, it is unfair to automatically write us off as a scam as a result. Swapalease.com has
been in business for better than years and we have helped tens of thousands of individuals transfer in and out of automotive leases. It is not uncommon for attractive lease deals to be snatched up quickly either. It is probably also fair to say that your average scam is not a member of the Revdex.com We do put a high priority on customer service and we want our users to have a great experience when using our services. Evidently things got off on the wrong the foot with Mr*** when he signed up for our program at the end of March That being said, we are willing to make an exception to our standard no refund policy in this case and refund the client what he paid us for his buyer membership in full. Additionally, I will leave his account at an active status should another lease come along that might meet his needs now or in the future. said, I will be more than happy to work with Mr*** in an effort to reach a fair and equitable settlement for all parties First, I am unclear as to why Mr*** is saying that we failed to honor any part of our contract with him to list his vehicle for lease transfer? Our system clearly indicates that his vehicle was listed as agreed including the upgrades he selected Secondly, we do not and cannot guarantee a successful lease transfer when using our service because there is simply no way to do so It should be noted that the fact that we do not guarantee was signed off on by the client via a Swapalease.com confirmation email Third, I cannot say whether every inquiry of Mr***’s was addressed by his representative or our customer service team, but I know for a fact at least several matters were addressed This is due both our email records and our internal system notes relating to his account.As a result of any confusion created by Swapalease.com stemming from our telephone signup process ultimately resulting in a less than satisfied client I would like to propose the following A refund of $representing half of what Mr*** was originally expecting to pay for our service Additionally, he may keep his vehicle listed with us and we will be willing to renew and/or reinstate any upgrades on his account for maximum exposure, as well Assuming this is an amicable settlement the noted refund will be processed within to business days.Thank you and please advise.*** ***EVP of Operations***

To Whom It May Concern:First, I would like to say that I can understand Mr*** frustration over being turned down from a credit perspective for the lease assumption with the credit score he shared within this Revdex.com complaint. Regardless, credit decisions are based on more than just
credit score. Other factors such as debt to income ratios, how similar types of credit accounts were handled in the past, and stability from both a work and living arrangements perspective are also part of the automotive credit decision process. It should be noted that Mr*** will be receiving a letter explaining why he was turned down from the potential creditor as is required by law. That being said there is some sort of a misunderstanding in this situation because Swapalease.com is not the one making the credit decision in any lease transfer situation. Rather, the leasing company who holds the lease is the entity responsible for making the credit decision when one applies to take over a lease. In Mr*** case the lease he was interested in was one held by ** *** and therefore they are ultimately responsible for the credit decision. To be clear, Swapalease.com has a good relationship with ** *** and a as result they permit us to help expedite the processing of their lease transfer credit applications. We simply ensure that credit applications are sent to the party applying for lease transfer, collect the $non-refundable lease transfer credit application fee, and let each party (the individual exiting the lease & the individual attempting to take it over) know where things stand in the lease transfer process. In addition to the non-refundable lease transfer credit application fee that was collected on the behalf of the leasing company Swapalease.com charges a lifetime membership fee of approximately $50.00, as well. Our lifetime membership fee permits potential lease buyers to directly communicate with lease sellers within the Swapalease.com marketplace. The paid membership fee is necessary prior to the processing of any lease transfer regardless of who the leasing company might be. Our standard and agreed upon policy is that our lifetime buyer membership is non-refundable However, we would be willing to make an exception and refund our fee because we are unable to control the fee charged by the lessor. Said differently, we are willing to refund our $fee and not the $fee charged by the bank that is due regardless of the ultimate credit decision. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The business owner's response is not what I was looking for as I wanted my refund The callers and email recipients that I heard from was coming from valid phone numbers I am however, sending you an email that I received that was not from the owner of the account I am explaining further:I have attached an email that was sent to me from swapalease from an Account Holder contacting me as an interested consumer After I contacted him, the gentlemen explained to me that his account was hacked or something like that and had no interest in wanting to buy/lease a vehicle This was one of the examples of the messages that I have proof of who did not intend to contact me Please let me know if you are able to review the email as part of my proof For my safety and concern's of my privacy, I am not happy to use swapalease.com - which my account is officially closed and therefor, I have a valid reason to get my refund.

I sincerely wish that the client had a better experience using our services.  I am unsure as to why the client was not provided proof of her listing showing in our featured home page section because this is easy for us to do.  Moreover, there are no notes by our customer service team or...

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I have not been issued a credit. Chase bank issued a temporary credit while I disputed the claim. The merchant challenged my dispute claiming that I had used the service and they would not issue a credit. As such, chase recharged me the $200 as they have already paid swapaleese and the merchant refused to give a credit. Here are the facts: I was told by the salesperson on the phone that they would take all my information: car details, cedit card etc. He was then to send me an email with the terms and conditions. Then, I was supposed to reply with agreement. Once I realized that the terms and conditions were misrepresented by the salesman on the phone, I replied that I DID NOT Agree (see attached email). However, it was to late, the salesman charged my card long before I received the email. I subsequently, placed a dispute with Chase bank.  The merchant disputed the claim stating that I had used the service. This is also untrue. The salesman, not me created a generic listing of my vehicle and placed it on their website. I was supposed to log in, change the photos and edit the listing. However, since I did not agree to the terms and conditions, I never logged in. In fact, I received an email from sawapaleese stating that if I did not log in, my account would be suspended. Although I did give my information to the salesman, I never agreed to the terms as you can see by my email. Bottom line is they knowingly charged me without my consent. Then they lied when I disputed the charge stating I used the service when they can clearly see that I never logged in and the only activity was created by them (All of the documents, listings for my vehicle were created by swapaleese not me and I never logged into the account as I did not agree to the service). Now they are lying about a credit when they know that they challenged my complaint and never issued a credit. These are unethical and immoral practices
