Same program here. The more I threatened them with the Revdex.com or an attorney the more the refund went up. Started at 30% for the fourth charge, to 50%, full last month refund, full last month refund plus 30% of third month refund and finally two months refund as long as I agree that the issue has been resolved which I was not willing to do yet until I explore my legal options. Someone needs to put these guys out of business. I called immediately to cancel subscription when I found out the deal included $49.99/month even before the balls arrived and was told to go ahead and keep the balls and they would cancel the subscription but they say they have no record of the call. Filed with my credit card company and will move forward from there.

I think swingbits is the biggest scam next to the pyramid scam. They sell u 3 balls for 1.00 and don't let u know they'll hit ur account later for 49.99. I would advise anyone never to buy from this company. You'll never get a refund or a chance to try out the balls before they charge u. Biggest scam ever. If they do have the Revdex.comy on their side maybe we need to investigate the Revdex.comy for giving them the accreditation.

I order $7.99 worth of golf *** from this advertisement. Looked at my bank statement today and saw where they charged me additional $49.99 for something I did not order. This is a very shady company. I need them to refund me my money and leave me alone.

Ditto to other reviews. I have been charged for monthly membership that I did not sign up for. Had to call to cancel. RIP OF!

While browsing *** I came across an ad for some *** The ad was basically saying how good the golf *** are and that you can try a sleeve for free. Of course after making the order they say you have to pay for shipping, which I did for two sleeves of golf *** to try them out.

Later I received an email with my receipt that also mentioned if I do not cancel my subscription to Swingbit I will have to pay the monthly fee. I tried to login and cancel but did not have any login info to do so nor did I believe I had actually signed up for a subscription. At this point I should have called Swingbit, but for whatever reason (busy, life) I did not. I later found out that Swingbit has in fact charged me $49.99 for a February subscription to their product (whatever the #$%& that is). I just called Swingbit to explain my situation, ensure this so-called subscription was cancelled and get my money back. They confirmed that my subscription was cancelled, but refused to refund my money. When I asked to speak with a supervisor they replied that none were on the floor and that even if they were, their policy is the same. No refund!

I purchased 3 golf *** from Swingbits and found out a month later that I would be charged $49.99 per month for some service I didn't know I had signed up for. I called them to request a cancellation and refund of my money but was told they could not send a refund. I did get a cancellation number. This company is very sneaky with how they do business. I paid for 4 months at $49.99 per month before I noticed the deduction.

Just got ripped off by these people. Charged me $49.95 for a subscription I did not order. Stay away form them.

I received an offer to try a sleeve of new golf *** at a cost of 1 dollar for handling costs. I received the golf *** and paid the dollar. Today I was charged for a questionable membership to which I know nothing about. I would like the charged dollars returned to me.

I took advantage of the free sleeve of balls for $1 dollar and purchased and additional sleeve for $6.95. Received the golf balls and 10 days later was charged $49.99. Called customer service and was told that I had signed up for their service and had 7 days to cancel from when I ordered the free golf balls. Called customer service and was told I missed the 7 day cancellation by 2 days but they would refund 30% of the 49.99. I told them that I would dispute this with my credit card company.

I got in the same situation as others on here.... bit on their offer of free golf balls for only $1 shipping and then was charged $49.99 for a monthly subscription membership fee which I had not requested. After having two of their phone reps hang up on me, I checked the "terms" of the offer and it says that that a trial 7 day membership is "available" for $1. However, I never specified, or checked any box, that said I was paying the $1 for a membership... the $1 was for shipping the golf balls. I have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. This is nothing short of a scam and the company should be severely reprimanded and made to immediately discontinue this deceptive practice! I have put the charge to my credit card in dispute.

I called last month to cancel my obligation to swing bits and was told I would not be charged any more after my trial period. they continued to charge me. I called again to ask why. they said they had nothing on record to prove that I had canceled. they refused to credit my charge back to my account.

I got a trial for some golf *** and there website would not allow you to click on terms and conditions to make you believe there
is not a catch so I proceed with the order. When reviewing my charges in February I notice two new charges from Swing Bits January 19 and February 18 2020 of $49.99 each. So I called the company, the first gentleman I spoke with to dispute the charges, told me what a wonderful product these golf videos were and offered me a discount on the service of 25%, when I said no to that, he then offered me 50% discount. I told him that I am not interested in continuing the service as I was not aware of the service and I have not used it so I should not be charged, that all I am looking for is my money to be refunded. He tells me there policy is no refunds, when ask to speak to manager he refuses stating this is there policy and whomever I speak with is going to tell me the same thing. Called again hoping I would hear a different response but did not, when I asked to be transferred to manager the individual I was speaking with hung up on me. In the packaging with the golf *** there is no information regarding the additional service I am supposedly receiving for the service fee of $49.99 a month.

ON OCT.30, 2019 PURCHASED A SLEEVE OF GOLF *** FOR $1.00. MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED $1.00 ON THIS DATE. HOWEVER MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED $49.99 IN NOVEMBER. I CALLED SWINGBITS AND THEY SAID THAT I HAVE CHECKED A BOX THAT TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME $49.99 PER MONTH FOR SOME GOLF TIPS. I TOLD THEM THAT I DID NOT HAVE THAT UNDERSTANDING AND WANTED MY MONEY BACK.. THEY REFUSED. SO I FILED A CLAIM WITH MY DISCOVER CARD AND IT TOOK TWO MONTHS AND THEY AGREED WITH SWINGBITS. THIS WAS ON OR ABOUT 2/15/2020.

I CALLED DISCOVER AND THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT HELP ME. THEN ON 2/24/2020 I CALL SWINGBITS AND TALKED TO A JOHN, HE SAID HE COULD HELP ME BUT THERE WAS NO MANAGER IN AND PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES AND THE PHONE HUNG UP. LATER I CALLED BACK AND GOT A WOMAN THAT PUT ME ON HOLD FOR ABOUT 12 MINUTES AND OFFERED ME HALF OF MY MONEY BACK, AND I SAID I WANTED IT ALL AND SHE FINALLY SAID SOMEONE WOULD BE IN TOUCH WITH ME IN THE NEXT 7 TO 10 DAYS.

TODAY I CALLED SWINGBITS AND TOLD A FEMALE THAT I WANTED SOMETHING IN WRITING ABOUT THE 7 TO 10 DAYS, AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD EMAIL ME IMMEDIATELY. WELL THAT WAS THIS MORNING, NEVER GOT ANY EMAIL.

SO I AM ASKING FOR A CHECK FOR $49.99 SENT TO ME.

I am rejecting this response because:

I have talked to them numerous times, was hung up on, was told they would settle for half, latest was told they would call in 7 to 10 days. When I called to ask for an email for that they said it would be sent right away, never sent one. Was put on hold for 15 minutes, and hung up on. Then on hold for 12 minutes, never got back to me.

I believe they are told to give customers the run around, hoping they will give up.

I just want my $49.99 back.

Swing bits is a scam, you order one sleeve of golf balls and they charge you Forty Nine ninety-nine a month for a subscription.

I ordered a sleeve of golf *** for a $1.00 handling fee. I was then charged $49.99 on my credit card showing I had enrolled in Swingbits Golf training videos. There was nothing in the information that I received stating that I was signing up for a Swingbits training videos or that I had 7 days to cancel said training. I contacted the company and was told they could cancel the subscription but they would not refund the price paid or any portion of it. I was told that my subscription was cancelled and that they sent me an email showing this but did not receive the email. I asked to speak to a manager and was hung up on. Very rude customer service personnel.

I purchased a sleeve of golf balls and paid shipping of $1 and now see six charges of $49.99 each. When I called the # (877-877-1770) on my charge card statement it said this was no longer a valid #. I got absolutely nothing for the $299.94 the charged me. The ad is very misleading and appears to be a scam. I located the phone # on the Revdex.com site. I called the company complaining that I never signed up for this and told them to cancel it. They told me that I agreed to the terms and there was a 14 day trial period. It was my fault for not catching it earlier. If they stay in business, they should be clearer on on what you are signing up for. I would like a refund.

I approved the purchase of a sleeve of 3 golf balls for $1, nothing more. I did not sign up for a membership of any kind. I read all the info about getting the sleeve for $1 and nothing was mentioned about a membership after a 7 day free trial. No mention of a 7 day free trial was mentioned either. I still haven't got my sleeve of golf balls yet either and it's been over 2 weeks. When I called them today, they said they would cancel my membership. She, Jasmine, said no refund. Then she put me on hold to check on that, but when she came back she was very rude. Said there was no refund and immediately hung up on me There was no chance to ask for a supervisor or anything. POOR customer service .

I am rejecting this response because: There was no box to check or mention of a free 7 day trial showing on my computer when the sleeve of golf balls was offered for $1. I look for those sort of things when offered something at a good price, and if there is more to it, like a free trial, I make note of it so to cancel in the specified time period. But there wasn't anything like that there. Period.

I responded to an ad for a free sleeve of golf balls and I only had to pay one dollar for the shipping. I found out several months later that I had been signed up for a membership that I never authorized. I have another bill that automatically comes out of my check every month for the exact same amount (49.99), so I didn't catch it right away. I have a previous complaint with you that got me refunded 49.99, but this was done before I realized they had charged me three times.
