I ordered 3 golf *** for the cost of shipping. They billed me the Dollar and 7 days later billed me for services that I did not authorize at $49.99. when I called the company they said that because I didn't cancel within the prescribed 7 days that this was a monthly charge for instruction services. I live in the northeast and to give them an opinion of the golf *** performance I would need weather where it was playable but unfortunately the weather has not been good for golfing so there was no way that I would have been able to give them my opinion on the *** When I asked for a return of the charge they said it was not approved and then hung up! Its a SCAM!

Free sleeve of Calcutta golf *** advertised on Facebook for free trial for just $1.00 by swingbits web site. Gives impression that you are trying out golf *** for perhaps future purchase of said golf ball. In actuality you are signing up for video tips on golf from swingbits for $49.99 per month!Was able to cancel the monthly subscription but swingbits refused to refund the $49.99 subscription fee.

I ordered and received 3 free golf *** for the $1.00 shipping fee, but was charged an additional $49.99 for a membership fee I did not want or authorize. Please help me get my money back. I am retired military and on a fixed income. I am also filing a fraud complaint with *** as I received no notification about the membership or how to access. I did call and after a 15 minute diatribe about the benefits of their service my subscription was cancelled Thank you in advance.

Advertisement did not clearly state that by paying the 1.00 shippingcharge for the “free” *** would enroll me in a “club membership” and my credit card would be charged $49.99. I ask this amount be credited on my credit card.

Ordered free golf *** 1.00 for 3, 6.99 for 3 more and 13.98 for what I thought was 12 more. I only received 9 golf *** I called and was told more were coming. 10/9 received a charge for 49.99. Called and was told I did not cancel in time (10/08). It was unclear that I had to cancel within 7 days. I would like my 49.99 back. Thank You.

Received an internet ad for 3 FREE golf balls - placed the order - the ad said only pay $1 for shipping. Sounded like a good idea - got the balls a couple days later - now, 4 months down the road, found that they have been charging my card $49.99 each month. Called the company and they said, well, when you placed the order it authorized membership in our whiz-bang website where you can read all about golf - that benefit costs $49.99 so lucky you. I said I had no idea what that subscription was about, hadn't used it, didn't want it, wouldn't have authorized it if I had known about it, wanted to cancel it immediately, and requested a refund for the $200 they charged me for 4 months in exchange for buying 3 golf balls for $1. They willingly cancelled future charges, and after the rep talked offline to her manager, she came back and said their policy didn't cover refunds, so no dice on that! I tried to persuade her, and she wouldn't budge, just said have a nice day...so, here I am posting this review. I should have checked Revdex.com back in June when I ordered the Free Balls....hopefully other chumps won't suffer as I have.

company does things in a way that you don't realize there is a membership for golf instruction at a cost of 49.99 per month. and you don.t receive the product in the time allotted to evaluate. when you do evaluate it is to late to cancel one month membership. It is a scam.

this is a scam ran off a free sleeve of golfballs. they billed my acct. for the $1 shipping but somewhere in the finest of fine print, what your agreeing to is a $50 a month "fix your swing" website and when I called they refused to credit it back to my acct. until I talked to the 4th customer service person who assured me it would be back in my acct. in a week... we'll see. Any company who is so desperate for clients that the would stupe the this level and conducts business in this manner is a company you might want to run from. there is a reason they have a 1 star rating and are a C rated company.

Fraud, my case is like everyone else. Why isn't this company shut down. I called and the rep hung up on me

The company advertises a sleeve of free golf *** if you pay $1.00. What's deceptively hidden is that you are signing up for a monthly subscription to something that will cost you $49.99/month after a trial 7 day period. I ordered the free sleeve of *** on 9/3/2019. When I saw the $49.99 charge show 'pending' to my card on 9/11/2019, I immediately called the Swingbits number and got them to cancel my subscription (confimation # ***) but when I asked if this would reverse the $49.99 charge, they hung up on me. Since then the charge posted to my credit card and I have not seen a credit from Swingbits so I have to assume they do not intend to reverse this charge. This whole process is very shady and deceptive and should be stopped!

I did the same thing. The credit card company called me if I made that purchase for $49.99 that day. I did not ,cancel that card got a new one. It’s a scam. Played with their ball today I didn’t see no difference.

Advertises a product but it takes longer to receive said product making it impossible to evaluate before being charged a membership fee. The product didn't live up to claim so I cancelled membership. When I was charged I called the company and was told that I didn't cancel in time. So I got charged $50.00 for a $1.00 item and no longer have membership

On August 1st swingbits hit my bank account for 1.00 + 6.99 for the purchase of golf *** according to their customer service rep. Later on august 16 hit it again for 49.99 and again on september 14th for 49.99 ' I have never done any business with this company and I looked them up online and talked to their customer service rep and they claimed it was for the purchase of 6 golf *** and also the 49.99 was a recurring charge for advice on how to improve my golf game Never been in contact with this company and never want to be . during our conversation the rep insisted that this was a legal transation and when I asked them to refund my money he hung up on me. Look I am 79 years old on social security and a very limited income and I think this is a ripoff. I tried to talk to the rep and asked him how he got my bank info and never got an answer.

Run far and fast from Swingbits!!!! They are unethical cheats and liars!!!!

Same complaint as the other 13 or so. You sign up on line for a sleeve of gofl *** for $1.shipping. At NO TIME do they explicitly tell you that you are signing up for a auto renewing membership and magazine subscription. They do mention subscriptions in the Terms of Service, but again, do not explicitly say you are authorizing the membership. They give you 7 days after shipment to cancel--by the time I saw the charge on my credit card, 7 days had passed. I have called and cancelled the membership and magazine subscription, and while I did not get upset with the Customer Service person, she was quite rude to me. I consider this an unauthorized charge,
My guess is that their attorneys maintain that these Terms of Service are legal and they may be, but they are highly unethical. I will NEVER consider doing business with this organization or anyone affiliated with it again. If I had known I was purchasing a $50 sleeve of golf *** I would have never taken part.

My complaint is the same as all the others. They advertise a sleeve of golf balls for $1. Then they charge you $49.99 for a membership you never signed up for. They claim that there was a billing enclosed with the balls, but that's a Lie. Fortunately, I charged the $1 with Am Ex which reversed the charges.
Interestingly, their information on the charge included a phone number that was a non-working UPS number!
This company should be shut down. Period!

This is definitely a scam they are nothing but a bunch of thieves cheat people out of thier money. They claim there is no way they can refund my money, low lifes at best!!!!!
