I made a purchase for golf *** In doing so this made me a member in a program where I am to receive monthly merchandise. I have not received any merchandise. I called to ask about the membership that I was unaware I was in. When I called they were quick to tell me that my gold ball purchase enrolled me in the program. I was not questioning that. I wanted to know what the program was and what I would be receiving. They told me I would be getting golf *** and other stuff. I asked for other details about the stuff I would get and they had no specifics and said it was all back ordered. I still have not received anything from them but have made multiple payments.

I ordered and received 3 free golf *** for the $1.00 shipping fee, but was charged an additional $49.99 for a membership fee I did not want or authorize. I called the company and talked to someone who assured me my Visa card would be credited for that amount. Well, it never happened because when I got my statement the $49.99 charge had gone through. Please help me get my money back. Thank you in advance.

Introduced a new golf ball that was to be as good as higher priced balls on market for free and you pay $1 shipping and handling. Good deal but the catch is (and I didn’t Catch it!) you sign up for a video golf instruction service if you don’t cancel after 7 days which costs $49.99 a month every month till you cancel. Got me for $150 before I realized it. You get no authorization in writing or email you just got charged $49.99. When I explained it to customer service rep he told me to be quiet while he explained what I needed to understand (my authorization of the golf balls was authorization of th service fee of $49.99.

Swingbits.com advertises that you are paying $1 shipping on 3 golf *** You are actually signing up for a monthly subscription of $49.99 after a 7 day free trial. When you realize you have been charged they will not refund the subscription amount.

Sent for a free sleeve of golf *** and. Had to pay $1.00 shipping and handling. Now they are charging me $49.95 a month for something else I supposedly signed up for when I ordered the *** When I called, they told me I had 7 days from the time the *** shipped to cancel my subscription. I didn’t know any of this and they won’t refund my money. They did cancel the subscription. I just feel it was all handled in a very shady fashion.

This company advertised a free sleeve of golf *** just asked for $1 to cover shipping. Now that they have my debit card number, they withdrew $49.95 from my checking account. Not sure how long they will be doing this, or how many other people they are scamming like this.

Advertised free golf *** on social media, just pay $1.99 for shipping. No express wording in ad that they would enroll you in their Swingbits club with a monthly charge of $49.99. The day this charge hit my account, I called customer service to cancel and they refused to refund the $49.99. Absolute scam and should be stopped.

This company advertises a sleeve of free golf *** if you pay $1.00 for shipping. What they don't tell you is that you are signing up for a monthly subscription to I'm not even sure what. The only way you would be able to see that is if you click on the tiny terms and conditions link below the $1.00 offer. I had to go back to the website after they tried to charge my card and really look for it. I just thought I was ordering golf *** I located the number and was able to cancel my subscription via telephone.

This company is a scam, they advertise a trial of a new golf ball for $1.00. I was then notified by my credit card company that a charge of $49.99 was on my account, for a monthly membership which I did not authorize. When I called the company, they did say they would cancel my membership, which I did not order and had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to order more golf balls.

False advertising, Billing and possible scam issues. My wife ordered a sleeve of golf *** from a promotion from Swingbits.com for $1 via a Facebook advertisement. She does not remember getting any email confirmation/communication from this company and no paperwork in the box when received especially about the monthly membership/ Now I have had 2 charges of $49.99 to my credit card for a "monthly membership". She also does not recall any mention of a monthly subscription. Upon calling this company's customer service they put me on hold several times and then went through a prepared speech and hung up on me on my first call and the second call they tried to tell me about the contract and hung up on me again when I asked to speak to a supervisor. They refused to refund/rescind the credit card charge. I am unable to locate the owner of the company to place my complaint.

False advertising, Billing and possible scam issues. I ordered a sleeve of golf ball from this company for $1. Via an email received. There was no contract in the order, no email confirmation/communication from this company and no paperwork in the box with the received *** Now I have a $49.99 charge to my credit card for a "monthly membership". I have since notified my credit card co. who will dispute the charge and I cancelled this "so called membership" Upon calling this co. customer service, they hung up on my wife on her first call and the second call tried to tell her about the contract. She told them about the dispute filed and the Revdex.com at which time they hung up on her again. They refused to refund/rescind the credit card charge.I

Mr. did contact customer service on 08/06/2019 and the membership was cancelled at that time. Our records do not show any prior cancellation attempt. In the interest of maintaining customer goodwill, Mr. was issued a credit for the membership fee that was charged for June, July, and August.

I responded to an opportunity to purchase three golf *** for $1 shipping costs. This lead to a unbeknown free trail subscription which would automatically convert to a monthly subscription costing $44.95. I was unaware of the subscription until it appeared on my credit card statement. I called the company and they claimed I agreed to terms which outlined the commitment. I have no record of that commitment and the purchase receipt did not mentioned it either. This is an outright scam.

Mr. placed an online order at https://www.swingbits.com/ on 7/17/2019 for a sleeve of golf balls that included a 7 day trial membership to our golf tutorial website, Swing Bits. All customers are required to check a box prior to order submission indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the trial offer. We do apologize if Mr. feels these terms were not presented in an open honest manner but no order can be submitted or successful unless the customer checks this box and selects to submit the order.

The Terms and Conditions state that the customer will be charged a non-refundable fee of $1.00 plus applicable taxes for shipping of a sleeve of golf balls and will also gain access to a 7-day trial membership of our golf tutorial website, Swing Bits. The customer will have 7 days to evaluate the website and if they are not satisfied can call or email customer service for cancellation and will incur no further charges. If the customer elects not to contact us to cancel within 7 days, he or she will be billed a monthly membership fee $49.99 for access to the website. I got an advertisement of 3 golf *** for 1 dollar. I purchase the golf *** later to find out that they took another $49.99 dollars out of my account. I call them, they said under the fine print, after 6 days I would be charged a membership fee for a golf magazine. I have no interest in their magazine, want my money back!
