Ordered shirts in May of 2018, have 30-40 e-mails, record of 4 phone calls and still to this day have no clue where my order is and how I can get a refund.

After reading lots of other complaints I now wonder is this is a complete scam. Curious how we prevent others from falling into same trap and hoping Revdex.com can help.

I placed an order for a 25.00 t- shirt on July 26 2018 and selected to make a payment via my credit card. The funds were withdrawn from my account the follow day. I was advised it would be approximately 7 to 10 business days before receiving my shirt. On July 17th I sent an email to Swing Juice and received a reply from *** asking if I had received any updated tracking information yet. I explained to *** that that my order was still in the processing status and NO I had not been provided with any tracking info. That was the last time I heard back from ***. I followed up with an email later in the day on the 14th and again on 8/17 without a reply. I have sent another email asking the status of my purchase and again received no response. I did locate a number for Swing Juice *** which rings directly to ***'s voicemail which I left a message on and have not heard back.

Ordered a shirt from their website in March and still has not been delivered. I’ve contacted them through their website nearly 10 times and have gotten 3 responses saying he will look into it but it never progresses.

Placed an order on 8-3-18, received confirmation of the order, never received a shipping notice. Contacted the company via email on 8-13-18, was told by *** that he would look into it and never heard back from him again. I sent another email to *** yesterday that he did not answer. I bought these shirts for my son to take with him to college. He is leaving on 8-26-18. If they don't come before then, I don't want them. I sent an email today to ask for a refund to my credit card. I'm sure I won't get an answer to that one either. I wish I would have seen all these other complaints against this company before I placed the order. I never would have bought from them.

These people are BS artists. My story is similar to the others, I placed order over a month ago, they sent a shirt to shut me up, but it was not what I ordered. Promised to send tracking numbers, blah blah - they have a neat product line but are liars.

I ordered two shirts on June 4, 2018. One shirt (Golf Flag Red White and Blue) was finally delivered in early July. The second shirt (United States of GOLF White Short Sleeve T-Shirt) was never shipped or delivered. I reached out to *** several times, and after several responses from him saying he would check into this and get back to me, nothing has been done to rectify the issue. My credit card was charged on the day of purchase for $50. I asked for a refund for the $25 in product that was never sent, and no response was given.

I ordered 2 shirts on July 7th for my nephews birthday. Their website states to allow 7-10 days for processing, so I felt I was ok for my the August 5th birthday. Numerous emails to the company have only yielded 2 responses from the owner Jon that he was looking into my order. Finally received a *** tracking number - but it stated a label was created 2 hours ahead of the time of my email?? When I contacted USPS, they dont have any record of this package. Completely a waste of money - dont order from this company. Its a sham and Jon the owner should be ashamed!

On June 9, 2018, I placed an order with Swingjuice for 4 t-shirts priced at $25 each. On July 6, I received 1 of the 4 t-shirts. I have reached out to the company no less than 5 times asking about my remaining t-shirts only to be told, they were on their way, or I would be refunded AND the shirts sent with an offer of free shirts for my inconvenience, my refund would take 7-10 days (that was on July 12, it is now August 4), and/or they would send a tracking number. I have not received any of what was mentioned. No refund, none of the remaining shirts, no tracking numbers, no free shirts. *** acts like he is concerned in his emails and makes empty promises, but no action has taken place to get the t-shirts to me or refund my $75 for the undelivered items.

I placed an order with Swing Juice November 2018 for two t-shirts for my son for Christmas. I received a bogus tracking number that could never be traced or found and didn't receive the t-shirts before Christmas. Christmas morning my son asked me about the two t-shirts (which had slipped my mind) and I had completely forgotten about them. After Christmas I tried multiple times to call *** and only got a recording. I left messages but he never returned my calls. I then proceeded to email him and finally got a pleasant response promising to check into the situation and send me the ordered shirts. In February 2018, three months later, I received one of the t-shirts. I, again, emailed *** and he promised to send the other t-shirt. At this point I just asked him to refund my money and he promised to make things right. Here it is nine months later and I have yet to receive either a refund or the t-shirt ordered. I have a string of correspondence from *** with promises to fix the situation but he has never followed through.

Placed order number *** for a 4 shirt pack on March 15th. When the shirts had not been delivered or shipped within 3 weeks I requested expedited shipping or a refund via swingjuice.com because I was hoping to wear the shirts to a party. I received no response to the original e-mail and submitted another request for a refund on April 23rd. *** replied to that e-mail stating that he would look into the situation. I followed up 2 weeks later when I had not heard back from *** and still received no further response. An additional request for refund was submitted through the website, but I have not received any response.

I paid $64.20 for 4 shirts and never received any items from the seller and apart from one promise to look into it I have received no communication from the seller.

Buyer beware! Just like all the other reviews...I never received my order. Have asked for a refund and haven't heard from anyone. Wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order. Horrible company.

It has been over 7 months since I’ve placed a Cyber Monday ‘17 order with SwingJuice and I have still not received one of the shirts I’ve ordered. I have initiated contact over 40 times (a majority of which *** has responded to), but the fact remains I have not received any of the products I paid for. He has promised to return the $60 I have paid for the shirts months ago but still no refund, none of the shirts I ordered, or none of the shirts he told me to choose to help make up for the awful purchasing and customer service experience have been delivered. “You will get the free shirts you were offered, plus the missing shirt from your original order (in addition to what we sent you) plus a refund. Yes this is all happening.” Additionally *** continues to say back in late March “We are doing everything possible to make up for the hassle. We have definitely done more for you in this situation than most of our customers.”. Well the fact remains, not 1 of the 4 shirts I’ve paid for over 7 months has been delivered, not one of the free additional shirts he told me to choose to make up for the hassle has been delivered, and my $60 I’ve paid still has not been returned. The things I could count on from *** throughout this drawn out and awful experience was lack of initiated conversation to give me updates (Every conversation was initiated by me), tracking numbers that seemed to never be picked up, and excuses as to why he couldn’t get my product shipped. The excuses are varied and often. Not too much more to add I guess. I’ve seen other Revdex.com complaints about this company and it is surprising. I’ve seen varied forum threads that have said the same thing and it’s sad knowing you’ve been taken advantage of. The worst excuse I received from *** as to why they couldn’t get my t-shirts delivered soon was that they were very busy due to the week of the Master tournament. “I will try but honestly this is our busiest two days of the year coming up with Masters next week. I know you have been dealing with this for a while but hope you understand. Will get back to you as soon as possible.” I took this as, we have to take care of all these new orders that are being placed so the order you placed 4 months ago at the time will have to wait...so sad in my opinion. “Will get back to you ASAP” has always meant when I had to ask him again for updates. This was personified by my last conversation with him on 25 May, “...Will be in touch over the next day or so,” 6 weeks later and I still haven’t heard a word from him.

Do NOT buy from this website! I ordered a shirt, was billed for it, and never received it. I emailed the company twice before I got a response saying they would check on it. I’ve never received any word back or any responses to my follow up emails. I sent a screenshot of my order and have asked for my money back. No response. Avoid them!

I have been in contact with Jon at Swing Juice and he sent me a fake tracking number. This company is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. I would like my correct order to be deliver or like everyone else a full refund.

BUYER BEWARE this website is a SCAM, they never sent me the T-Shirt I bought FEBRUARY 6 even while I was in contact with their supposed customer service. I gave them 3 months to correct the problem, they offered me a free second T-Shirt that never came either, I think just to placate me hoping that eventually I would give up or forget about it. I still have not received my money back.

I placed an order for their product on April 8th, to which I was immediately charged. I received the initial order confirmation email that my order was received. A week went by with no update to shipping of my purchase. I replied to the confirmation email I had, asking for an update. I got a response from the CEO *** that he would check on this and get back to me shortly. Another week had gone by and no response. I emailed again, asking for an update. Again no response. Since then I have sent several more emails to this chain and even sent two emails through the website directly, following the instructions listed on how to contact. They state on the website that I will get a response within 24 hrs. It’s coming up on a month since I’ve place my order, was charged for my order and still no product or refund, which my last communication to them had requested. This company has taken my money and have delivered no product in return and no communication.

Ordered a shirt one month ago. Never got ANY form of email confirming my order (it did not go to my junk) I reached out via their website which states they will follow up within 24 hours which is a huge joke. A week later with no reply I reached out again. I did this 3 times with no response so I went to their Instagram and messaged them there. After about a week I got a response saying my order was on the way and the emails ALL went to junk (wihch I check everyday.) They said my order went out that day and I would be getting tracking. 2 weeks later STILL no tracking and no product. Reached out again and they said it was shipping out today again--funny I thought it shipped out over a week ago. I could go on and on but the point is that this company is a joke. *** finally sent me a tracking number which was dated the 30th and is still pending shipping. So basically hes charged my card and sat with my money and a shipping label for over a month. Dont order from this guy hes a joke. What a terrible excuse for a business.

I ordered two shirts from SwingJuice on March 28. I received 1 of the 2 shirts almost 2 weeks later. The invoice referenced that the 2nd shirt would be shipped separately. I contacted the company through the contact us link on the website asking if I can switch sizes on the 1 shirt that I had received and the owner referenced that he would send me 2 shirts and a label to return my shirt that I had received. I didn't receive new shirts, the label, or the 2nd original shirt. I tried contacting the business/owner several times with no responses. It's too bad that I didn't see all this negative information on here before I ordered. I'm a golf nut and was so excited about getting my shirts from this business. This business is fool of crap and doesn't conduct business professionally and timely. I wouldn't advise anyone to order anything from this company.

April 1, 2018 I ordered a t-shirt for $20.00. I was assigned order # ***. On April 14, 2018 I emailed the business regarding the whereabouts of my t-shirt. Mr. *** replied and said he would check the status and get back to me "shortly." I heard nothing back. On April 16, 2018, I emailed him again, and still did not receive a response. On April 18, 2018, I emailed Mr. a third time asking him to send my shirt or refund my money, and that I would file a negative review on the Revdex.com website. Mr. did get back to me later that day and said I would receive an email with a tracking number. It is now April 22, 2018, and I have heard nothing. I will also dispute the charge on my credit card if need be.
