ordered two shirts in May, Never recieved them or tracking number. I Was ignored by the site email, then Contacted on social media. And was assured the items shipped. 3 months later nothing. Bad experience. Bad business practice. Do not buy from them!

Along with many others, I have had difficulty contacting anyone at the company about my order (#***) placed on May 9, 2017. After some email back and forth with *** (the CEO of the company) about my order and the lack of delivery, he has gone completely silent. I have tried reaching out over email, through the websites Contact Us section and even through his personal phone number with no luck.

My name is ***. I just recently started with SwingJuice in December 2019. Also copied is ***, she just started this February as our Customer Service Manager.We were just made aware of the customer complaint portal on the Revdex.com website. I see that you have an outstanding issue and I wanted to reach out to you and try to make things right. The way this will work is I will communicate with you and seek resolution. Once we work something out, if you would mark the issue as resolved in the Revdex.com portal, I would really be grateful.Let me first and foremost say that I am terribly sorry that you had an issue with SwingJuice, and that the complaint was not attended to. We are seeking to make vast improvements to company processes and want to try and make things right with each customer that has an outstanding complaint.Having said that, there is a challenge that we need to work around. SwingJuice switched over their ecommerce site to a brand new portal in October of 2019. Due to this, we have no record of your previous order, and are not able to provide a refund, unfortunately.The only way we can make this right is to send you product to replace the missing ones and 2 more t-shirts of your choice. If you provide us with your choices, sizing and a good shipping address we can have these sent to you ASAP. ***I want to personally assure you that once you provide *** and I with this information, the items will go to print and will be shipped to you ASAP (hopefully no longer than one week lead time.) I cannot go back and change the past, or amend these things we don't have access to, but I do want to offer this gift and hope that you will accept our efforts to right your past neglect.Thank you for your time. I ORDERED 5 TEE SHIRT THAT TOTALS TO $125. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER AND I HAD TO FOLLOW UP FOR 30 DAYS BY EMAIL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. HOWEVER, NO ONE EVER REPLIED BACK TO ME UNTIL I WENT ON *** TO POST MY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE, AND SOMEONE FINALLY ANSWERED AND DECIDED TO REFUND MY ENTIRE ORDER...THAT WAS 30 DAYS AGO AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. THEY CONTINUE TO TELL ME THAT MY REFUND HAS PROCESSED AND CHECK BACK NEXT DAY. ITS BEEN 30 DAYS. OH BTW, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER.

I placed an order on this site on April 25. It is now June 9, and I still have not received my order. I have emailed back and forth with the company, who promises the items are on their way. The last promise was made over a week ago, and still no shipment.

Ordered a few T-shirts in February 2017.. here it is June, haven't received a thing. have been in contact w them via email for months now. dozens of emails over the last three months "let me see whats going on" "sorry the items will be shipped tomorrow" Come on man, 4 months for some t shirts?! Cool product, awful service. Will not and would not suggest anyone order from here. ( Today is June 8th, still haven't received anything) #Swingjuice is a fail

I ordered two shirts on April 7th 2017 for $50. I immediately had the money taken out of my account and the confirmation email for my order. I waited about a week to email the company because I did not receive a shipping number. It said 7-10 for shipping and I did not receive anything I emailed them about 13 times and I got three replays through out a month telling me they would check into it for me. I got that *** lost my order and that they were going to remake it and that I would get a 20% refund I also got any answer back that they would check into my refund and my order because I didn't receive any more information and the money was not in my account. After not getting an answer again I went to *** where I messaged the company and the man gave me his number and a different emailed I called twice and no answer left a voicemail and never called back and no response to the email so I messaged again on *** where he told me they were checking on it yet again. I told him I was extremely frustrated and thought I deserved a full refund and expressed that I should get my products I ordered finally after about two two in a half weeks I got an emailed for a a shipping tracking number which now for over a week has not changed from created a shipping number and the man told me that *** had already picked it up but there is no movement. Also my money is still not in my account for my refund and it's June tomorrow.

They sent my "items" with tracking and I only received one shirt with no other coming after that. I messaged the business and they had no answer as to why I only received one shirt. Also they told me I would receive my refund in 15 days and that has yet to be fulfilled.
