I ordered a tshirt from the company on July 26th. On August 16th, after sending them an email, I received a follow-up that my shirt was slated to ship "today" as per the email. I then asked for a refund and the owner obliged. It is now September 21 and I still haven't received the tshirt or a refund. After additional follow-up with the company owner he has advised that he did in fact process the refund and that my tshirt was slated to ship tomorrow, September 22nd.

After looking on their *** and *** pages, I can see that other people are experiencing the same issues with the company and I'm concerned that there is fraudulent activity occurring.

He even promised to ship me two shirts, again none of them have arrived. I've been provided nothing but lies and now no responses to my emails. I'm happy to share the emails with you.

I placed an order for a shirt on July 20th and was charged right away and have yet to receive my order. Over the past month I have sent 12-14 inquires on the status of my order via e-mail and ***. Out of all of those inquires I got 3 replies from the business each stating that they would look into my order and get back to me right away, one time I was even promised a free shirt in addition to the one that I paid for due to all my troubles. I still have yet to receive my initial order or the free shirt and have gotten no information on when it might ship. My most recent e-mail that I sent earlier this week I asked for a refund to hopefully just resolve the issue, and again still no word from the business.

I ordered a shirt on 7/4/17, was charged for it 7/6/17. Still no shirt. At first they would respond to emails and even created a shipping label. It was never shipped. At one point they said they were shipping the shirt, refunding my money and including an additional shirt. Still nothing. They are ignoring me and deleting Facebook comments/questions. They posted a picture of Arnold Palmer on their page. I don't think he or his family would approve!

I placed an order with this company on July 26th, 2017. After reading their shipping policy it stated orders can take up to 15 business days to ship during higher volume times, which is totally understandable. After waiting about four weeks, I sent Swing Juice an email to which I received no reply back. I waited again another week, sending another email, no reply. Then, I waited two more weeks which at this point it's over a month, still no reply. I sent yet another email, this being my fourth one on September 11th, 2017, no reply. This company does not need to be in business if they cannot simply reply to an email. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this has been the worse experience I've ever have had to deal with. They were very quick to take my money once I sent my order. If I would have read these Revdex.com reviews, there would have been a zero chance of me ever ordering anything from this website. I want a refund and an explanation of why Swing Juice is incapable of handling business properly. The product I purchased was a birthday gift, so I am very unhappy that it has yet to be shipped after after almost two months of waiting.

I ordered two items on the company's website and never received the products. I contacted the company once and was told the product would ship the next day and I would receive a tracking notification but never did. I contacted the company again and received no reply. I last contacted the company to inform them I would dispute the credit card charge with my bank in 48 hours if no reply was received.

Similar experience to most other complaints here--wish I had checked Revdex.com before ordering.
Ordered 2 shirts on 7/24/17. After several weeks with no shipping notice, I began a series of back and forth with their customer support and through *** messages (IG seems to be the only way to get a response). Like others here, I was continually promised that my package is on the way, even though the tracking number I was given shows the package was never shipped. Was promised a refund, which hasn't shown up yet, and my shirts are still no where in sight. Will file a chargeback with my bank and warn as many people as possible to avoid this scam.

I have been waiting over 3 months for a $100 order of shirts. I have been in contact with the company owner numerous times and have been lied to saying that my order had been sent out or that it would be handled personally. I have been more than patient and understanding to the end that I have just asked to be refunded for the purchase if they were not able to fill it. I was then promised time and again that it had been sent bout again or that it would be handled and I'm still getting no results. I have no faith that I will ever receive my goods. I'm not really sure where to turn at this point. Apparently from reading the reviews I'm not the first person this has happened to.

Placed my order on July 26th, still haven't received my order, not even confirmation that it has been shipped. I have been in contact with the company numerous times, and have received 2 replies. Both of which essentially said that they would look into it and get back to me which they haven't done. I don't I have unreasonable during this process, I just want them to do what they say they would do. The site says delivery in 7-10 business days, which hasn't happened, they said they would get back to me with the status of my order, which also hasn't happened. Yesterday (Aug. 31) I requested that they either give me my shipping information or cancel my order and refund my money. Have not heard back on this yet. I understand that this is a small business, and I don't think I've been unreasonable in my expectations. The company offers a unique product that I was really looking forward to receiving, it's too bad that the customer service has fallen short.

Very disappointing and frustrating interaction with this company. I ordered one t-shirt over 5 weeks ago and still have yet to receive the order or any indication from the company on when I should expect the shirt (no ability to track the status of an order). Sent messages to the company through their website and over email with no response. Only response I did receive came from a direct message I sent through *** and they said they'd check into and I haven't heard anything back and that was over 2 weeks ago. The only thing this company has done expeditiously is charge my credit card which they did the day of my order so to be sitting here over a month later with no product or any indication from the company on when to expect it is beyond me. Given the amount of negative feedback on this company (with the same experience and even longer wait times than myself) I should have done research prior to ordering and I could have avoided all of this.

Order: #***, was placed on 7/23 and confirmed from Swingjuice by email 7/24. The Custom JUICE BOX Shirt Pack (#***) was the item purchased which included 4 t-shirts. My order totaled $51.35 and was paid at the time of order by credit card. I've contacted this company including *** M by email and direct message on *** starting 8/8 about shipment information and order status. Other than *** promising he would look into the issue on 3 occasions the last promising he would get back to me the very next day without exception, I have gotten no information about my order which part of was a gift and the date necessary has passed. I've asked in each of the last 3 communications that if Swingjuice cannot provide the merchandise to refund my payment. I've gotten no response on my request for a refund.

Bought a shirt from this online retailer. Took a while to ship and receive but it finally arrived. The shirt did not fit and I went through the process of requesting a return/refund. Took an extend period of time to receive the label for return, but finally obtained it. Mailed back the shirt, which based on tracking was received on September 7 by the business. Despite attempted contact, which is infrequently returned, I have yet to receive the refund I am due almost 6 weeks later. Refund of $23.95

Placed my order #*** on March 11, 2017 and my credit card was immediately charged $106.95. Approximately 3 weeks later I received 2 of the 4 shirts that I had ordered and a note stating the other 2 would be shipped separately. I have since contacted the company with numerous emails, *** messages, and *** messages about the shipment. It is now August 22, 2017 and I have not received the remaining part of my order nor a refund despite being told on several occasions this would be done.

I initially ordered 6 shirts from them on Jan 1st 2017 and had issues from the beginning- I didn't get the shipment for well over a month after I had to reach out multiple times via email and eventually *** since they don't respond to their customer service email.

I finally received the shirts well after I anticipated and couldn't even wear them to the event I purchased them for (The *** Open in early Feb). I liked the shirts and ended up keeping the 3 that fit me well and returning the 3 that didn't via their RMA policy. The shirts delivered back to their facility on 3/4 and I still haven't been issued a credit or received replacement shirts that I was promised. I have been told multiple times that they've issued credits as well as sent replacement items but neither have ever been done. They say that they issued a credit - I ask for a transaction receipt or some kind of proof and they say that replacement shirts were sent but when I request tracking - they just go back into hiding. I've been in contact w them since I sent the shirts back in Feb, Now August 11th and there has never been a credit issued or replacements sent.

That is correct... we have been in contact since March 4th when I returned the 3 shirts and provided them tracking for those items. Never once have I received any credit or any shirts in compensation for the returns. I've been getting the run around for almost 6 months and lied to about the refund as well as shirts being sent out. I have asked multiple times for a receipt or proof of a credit being issued as well as tracking information for the shirts that they promised shipped on numerous occasions. I have an entire conversation from *** (since they don't return emails from their Customer Service email) dating back to early January when I had to track them down to ship out my initial shipment for over a month... all the way thru the present where they've promised the refund as well as more shirts for the trouble and have still failed to deliver on all of it over 5 months later.I would be happy to provide the entire conversation - Would still love to see the proof of credit issued and/or tracking showing delivery of items sent for all of the time and trouble I've had to deal with this.Honestly can't even believe that this is an issue and that they just haven't made good one the refund and what was promised multiple times.Can't wait for them to reply.

We are working to send the customer his original number of missing items plus an additional two complimentary items. These should ship out this week. We have given him updates via email.

I ordered a 2 XL shirt from Swingjuice.com on June 7 for $28.95 . On July 6 a Medium shirt was delivered. I sent customer service an email stating I recieved the wrong size shirt and that I either wanted my money back or the right sized shirt sent to me. *** of Swingjuice.com replied that he was sorry for the mixup and that he would send the correct size along with a return label for the shirt that was shipped incorrectly. Since then I have not received the right shirt or return label, and I cannot get anyone from Swingjuice.com to return my emails. I either need what I ordered or my money back.

This business has a D rating for a reason, they have horrible customer service and you never receive your order. Others here have shared their bad experiences and mine is the same....bad! My wife ordered 2 shirts on a June 2nd and as of today July 18th we haven't receive the order. Swing juice people only communicate through Facebook or instagram and they never update you with anything! We've tried getting order updates for the last month and we still have not received our original order. We're going on almost 2 months. This is the only place to leave a review online so I'm sharing it here. Save your time and money and choose a reputable company that delivers your order to your door and has good customer service. We will probably end up filing a dispute with our cc company to get our money back. Very disappointed with this business and will not recommend to any friends or family.

I ordered 2 shirts from SwingJuice on June 17, 2017. My account was charged immediately and I received a confirmation email the following day. I never received an email for a shipping confirmation, so I reached out to the company via email (there is no customer service number) and still no response. I sent a message through *** on June 29th and "***" responded back within the hour stating he would investigate and get back to me shortly. Sent a follow-up message June 30th and again on July 5th and got a response back on July 5th stating that my order was unable to be tracked via *** and would be re-printed and resent and I should have it by the weekend or the following week. He also offered to refund 20% of me original purchase price for my trouble. Fast forward to the present and I have still not received my order or my refund. It is amazing to me that these people are even allowoed to operate a business after scamming so many people. I will definitely do my research before making a online purchase and will NEVER do business with this company again.

Do not order a thing from Swingjuice. I placed and order over 3 months ago and have not received my order. I have sent over 15 emails with not one response for help. Worst customer service and still do not have order. They have never gotten back to me.

Its been 4 months and this is the first response back after 15 plus attempts. I have since called my credit card company to reverse the charge since I never received my order or could get any customer service in 4 months.
