Made an order for 4 shirts at the beginning of March and they took my money and haven't made any attempt to complete my order and send it to me. Been in contact many times with them through social media and emails. Just get lied to and nothing is resolved. Looking for a full refund and will never be dealing with this "business" again.

work something out, if you would mark the issue as resolved in the Revdex.com portal, I would really be grateful. Let
me first and foremost say that I am terribly sorry that you had an issue with SwingJuice, and that the complaint was not attended to. We
are seeking to make vast improvements to company processes and want to
try and make things right with each customer that has an outstanding
complaint. Having said that, there is a challenge that we need to work around. SwingJuice switched over their
ecommerce site to a brand new portal in October of 2019. Due to this, we
have no record of your previous order, and are not able to provide a
refund, unfortunately. The only way we can
make this right is to
send you the original items you were missing (please let us know what products, size and current address) and extend a gift of 3 more
t-shirts of your choice. If you provide us with sizing and a good shipping address we
can have these sent to you ASAP. I
want to personally assure you that once you provide *** and I

I wish I had checked Revdex.com before I ordered, but I thought how can they screw up ordering a $25 tee shirt. Well, they haven't delivered it after many weeks, and the message I sent to them, which they claim all message are answered within 24 hours, has not been answered. So I'm disputing the charge on my *** card, and hopefully *** will see a pattern and discontinue them as an approved vendor.

After following Swingjuice on *** for several months, I was very excited when they posted a new t-shirt for sale that I really wanted to purchase. I purchased this t-shirt in late February with an advertised delivery window of 7-10 days. After 3 weeks I contacted to company to inquire about the status of my order and they responded immediately that they would get an answer ASAP. After another week of no word and then another email that went without a response, I did some research on the company and read several complaints on Revdex.com that read just like my experience. When I emailed *** of SwingJuice for the 4th time and threatened legal action, he immediately responded and assured me I would get my shirt soon and a full refund had been issued. This was over a week ago. I am less concerned with the money, though I am upset I never got a t-shirt that I very badly wanted leading up to the Masters. My greatest concerns are that *** and swingjuice are making money off of thousands of passionate golf fans and that they are brining a bad name to such a classy sport.

Swingjuice took my money and left my order as "processing" for 30 days, and would not return messages until I voiced my dissatisfaction son social media. I was immediately lied to and told my order would ship the following day, and tracking would be provided. Nothing. I kept asking for a status update, but received no response until a presumably fake shipping label was generated and sent to me with no response to my requests, concerns or complaints. Of course this tracking number will remain stagnat just like all the others because there is no merchandise to ship. I have requested a refund and cancellation of my order with a term of one week before I take other appropriate action. I have zero confidence they will make this right, just like all the others.
It is sad to see someone take advantage of people, take their money, put so much effort in covering up their tracks (all their lies replying to reviews on this site, the rare response to the customer's direct complaints, as well as deleting all negative posts on social media).

This company is a total scam. They take your money as soon as you order and it takes over a month and many emails in order for them to ship you your order. When you receive the order it won’t be the shirt you ordered. They literally just ship any random shirt they’ve got in order to say they’ve completed your order. Stay away from them. Their communication with customers is almost nonexistent. They’ll respond stating they’ll check on your order and contact you back and they NEVER contact you afterward. I can’t even believe they’re allowed to do business.

My wife purchased a t-shirt from swingjuice.com on 1/2/18 as a present for my birthday. Her mother’s account was charged but the order was never shipped. After emailing multiple complaints asking for resolve from both my wife and myself, pre-shipment information was sent to us on 2/12 but we are yet to receive the shirt.

Placed an order 6 weeks ago, and have sent over 20 emails and 12 *** k messages and have not gotten product. Was told it was shipped, then given a usps shipping tracking number. Over a week later the tracking number says they have not received a package. Customer service is useless. After reviewing other complaints, apparently this is how they do business. I want my items or a refund

I ordered a T-shirt from the website on 12/15/17. The shirt never arrived. I then contacted the company via email (there is no phone number listed on their website). Initially, a man named *** said he would look into the issue. When I never heard back from him, I sent three more follow up emails. To date, I still have not received a response. In my final email, I asked that another shirt be sent or my money refunded. At this point, I would like to have my money refunded in full.

I placed an order on 12/8/17 and I have yet to receive it. The shipping number only tells me that *** has received notification, but nothing else. I received that information 3 weeks ago. I have emailed their customer service department and I still haven't heard anything. My order was for 5 shirts and it was a Christmas present.

I ordered multiple shirts all size medium. Took forever to get product even after being told it was sent, then order was incomplete9 missing two shirts). I sent back those that came due to needing the in small and have not received them and the other two in mediums as told by Mr. I would. He won't respond to emails and the phone number goes to voicemail all the time is full every time. I placed the original order first of November. He wont return emails send product already paid for or refund my money.

I placed order for product through company's online store on July 16, 2017. I never received any shipping information. I followed up on August 29, 2017 and was told it would be looked into. I heard nothing back until September 6, 2017. I was then told issue with ordering system, item would be shipped on Sept 7, 2017. No update or product was received. Followed up on Sept 19, 2017 for update and received nothing. I contacted via *** profile on October 4 and gave pertinent info. No response and reached back out on October 11. Received same reply with system issue with ordering process that I received in September. Advised *** same answer he gave a month ago, just want him to ship product. Reached back out on November 2 and was told would send tracking info which never came. Reached back out via *** again on November 26 and was told would look into it. The only way to get a response is to comment about their poor service on their *** posts. They will delete the comments and promptly respond via DM. It's a tired dance dealing with them.

I placed an online order with SwingJUice for a t-shirt on July 19th 2017. I payed immediately and never received the product. I have contacted the company several times through email and direct messaging through Instagram. I have received responses that my order would be found and sent but still have never received the product which I payed for.

Ordered product almost 3 months ago and still have not received it. At the time of purchase it said 7-10 business day. I reached out to owner multiple times, have gotten an answer once or twice but absolutely help. Not sure what to do at this point, all I have is an order number. No shipping confirmation, no assistance from the owner, nothing. I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing the product. Hopefully this will help future consumers.

This company is a complete joke and the owner is a scam artist. STAY AWAY!!! They will take your money promptly, then you will wait.....and wait....and wait. When you start emailing he will reply with I will look into it and get back with you. You will wait....and wait....and wait. When you reply, he will ask for the full name on the order. You will wait...and wait....and wait. Then he will tell you there was a problem with their processing and your order was in the confusion mix. It has been shipped out. Mind you this is 7 weeks later from him taking my money. Then you will ask for a shipping confirmation. He will give you a bogus number that has no status of your order. Then you will demand a refund and he will tell you absolutely but it will be 7 days. This guy is a crook and needs to be SHUT DOWN. Everyone needs to contact *** and *** and get him removed from SM. He is on *** almost every day. It's the same story from so many people. I wonder how much money has has taken from people with no product? Oh I also noticed that he will respond to complaints with " you have been taken care of" I DOUBT it.

I ordered a shirt on 7/31/17. When I originally placed my order, I was told there was a problem with their order processing, so instead I was issued an invoice number and instructed to pay with Square. This should have been my first warning sign. Two months later on 9/30/17, I was issued a *** tracking number. I emailed SJ at this time to express my displeasure, as I nearly had forgotten that I had even placed an order in the first place. Jon got back to me promptly and told me he would be in touch with me after the weekend. It has been 10 days, still no email, and the tracking status still says "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to ***, *** Awaiting Item." Stay far far away.

I placed an order with this company over 2 months ago and I have yet to receive my item and have reached out about a dozen times to collect my refund and they personally attacked me over *** direct message. They refuse to issue me a refund and are trying to ignore me until I go away. Please shut this site down. I have read numerous reports about their scamming and they keep doing it. Not the way a business is supposed to be run. Thank you.

I made two orders through Swing Juice. The first I was not given an order number for only an invoice number (invoice # ***, invoice paid on 8/20/2107) the second order (order # ***, placed on 9/5/2017). I have not received tracking information on either of these orders and have received extremely slow and vague responses from the business. I would like a refund in full at minimum, this business has held my payments without delivering service. I have made multiple attempts to receive updates on my orders and be flexible and understanding. This business has the worst response time I have ever felt with.
