Great company. Everyone is very business-like and professional. I feel that the brokers that I have dealt with, actually have my back and not my wallet. How many companies are like that?

I have found that each representative of Swiss America have been extremely cordial, polite and professional. Brian C[redacted] has been the representative I have talked to the most and appreciate the friendship we have developed over the years.

Professional service at every encounter. The staff at Swiss America are very knowledgeable in the precious metals markets. I find the service and information they provide very useful. I've been a customer since 2008 and I like the fact that they always follow up with the transaction in order to ensure your satisfaction.

Company was excellent in providing the assistance in an IRA transfer and invested those funds accordingly. Investments were in a precious metals IRA and I had to pay a little more than was expected.

Swiss America provided education and answered all of my various questions when I started investing in metals. The team is always willing to engage in conversations about my changing needs as well as clarifying conflicting information that I discover on my journey in metals investment. I always utilize them as a sounding board as I look to diversify my holdings or go into collector type coins. The advise is always very sound and appreciated.

This guy is a top notch professional, very informed in this business and has taught me a few things about Gold and Silver coins I would never otherwise have known. They are a very good business to deal with. Very professional, good communication to understand what they are talking about and I have no complaints at all about their company.

I invested aproximately $30,000 in gold coins from Swiss America in late 2009 when gold was aproximately $1,100 per ounce. Two individuals with the last names [redacted] and [redacted] promised me I was making the best choice by buying rare gold coins from them. Turns out they ripped me off out of a lot of money. I was patient waiting years to see how my investment would turn out. Even when gold topped out at $1900 an ounce I would have took a big loss on all the coins that I bought from them . They basically charged me about double what the real value of the coins were worth. I asked if they would refund me or buy the coins back for less than the price I paid and they refused. These individuals that sell Swiss America's products over the phone are very decieving and are borderline criminals as far as I am concerned. They know they are ripping people off really bad and dont care. I was new at gold investments so I didnt know I was paying astronomical prices for their gold coins at the time. Now even with gold prices considerably higher that when I bought from them , I would only be able to get about 50% out of what I invested in them if I were to sell the coins. I got mugged by some thugs on a city street one time and it feels about the same as what the Swiss America salesmen did to me only Swiss America got off with a lot more money from me than those street thugs

Jim C. & Bill D. have been very nice to work with and have always answered any questions I have had. They have made dealing with Swiss America a pleasure. I look forward to working with them again.

Buying gold was something I had never done before, and I wanted to make sure it was the right decision. I took a lot of time reading/researching, and asked a lot of questions. I often felt like the gentlemen at Swiss America would get tired of my questions, but that was not the case at all. They answered my questions, my husband's questions, and were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Swiss America Trading has always been a reliable business to deal with - always answering questions - calling back within reasonable time, and explaining situations that concern us in a pleasant manner.

I was ripped off by Swiss America too....classic bait and switch tactics. This is especially disappointing considering that I followed [redacted]s public interviews and studied his writings for years before deciding to contact his company, Swiss America, for guidance to invest part of my retirement savings in gold. I trusted [redacted] and thought that I could trust his Swiss America employees. It is my fault for being gullible and placing trust in people who are not trustworthy. During the 5 years since I was fast talked into purchasing the gold coin proofs the spot value of gold has increased over 50% while the value of my gold coins is 2/3 less than the price I paid 5 years ago. Swiss America's fast talking bait and switch tactics unfairly profited handsomely at my expense. Buyer beware!

Furthermore, I have discussed my concerns with Swiss America several times. They have perfected the deceptive routine to an art...unscrupulous at best. Buyer beware.

I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Larry answered all my questions and was very patient with me and I had a lot of questions. He put my mind at ease. I really appreciate him.

I have always been very happy with Sean G[redacted] and James C[redacted] the representatives of Swiss America who have taken care of me and my Gold purchases.
