Back in 2006, TNT installed a carport for me. At that time, it was through a third party service and I had not big issues with the install. When I needed to close in the unit with a garage door, I decided to call TNT since they had done the original work. I placed an order in June 2014. Weeks went by, and I never heard back from anyone about scheduling, and since I live in a northern climate needed to be sure it was done before winter. In July and August, I called multiple times and spoke with Stephanie and Danielle. Always, I was told someone would call me back to schedule, but no one every did. It was VERY frustrating!! Finally winter arrived with no callbacks, and no garage installation. In January 2015 I was so unhappy, I decided to ask for a refund and cancel the order. This process was exasperating and took twelve phone calls to multiple parties, Stephanie, Danielle, and finally Fidel. Finally, in Febuary 2015, Fidel contacted me, and processed a refund for my deposit. Fidel was pleasant and apologetic, and I shared my serious concerns about the company's service delivery, or lack thereof. I seriously have called this company over twenty times over the last year!! Now it is August 2015, and I cancelled the order back in February. Yesterday, I receive a call from Stephanie to schedule my installation! Over a year later!! Needless to say, I declined the offer. This company does provide a good product, but their business model and service delivery is seriously flawed. I wasted hours of my time dealing with them.

Review: We ordered our Carport on 9/22/14. We put the required deposite down of 109.50. We were told they would call us to schedule an instalation date. They have not called us once. I have called at least once every other week just to find out an estimated instalation date. THEY WILL NOT CALL ME BACK. I have left multiple messages simply asking for a call back. I have left the most messages at 1800-597-3597 x-3022 but have also left countless messages at X3009 and also messages left with the receptionist. They have taken our deposit and will not return my call. It's been 4 months and still no return phone call.Desired Settlement: I would just like them to install my carport so I can be done with them! If they cant do that I would expect my deposit back.

Daniella and myself have talked to customer I have told her I would get the shop foreman installed for her but the weather has been an issue. At this point we can cancel the order and she can get the deposit back from the dealer or we can wait until the weather clear up to get this set up. This order is very important to our company but at the same time we also have tons of orders coming in and we can not call the customer every day we can call her two to three days prior to coming out. Review: purchased a 24x28 metal garage in dec,12,2013 from on line at carports.com talked to tiffany smith who at that time took our order total of 6,391.23 put a deposit of 611.45 down had installation on 4/22/2014 in aug we started getting a lot of rain had a tool box in garage and it had water in it at first never gave it a thought that the building was leaking until it started pouring down when out in garage and it was leaking from a seam where the metal over lapped on the roof I called them and was 1st told I had no warranty but my building is a certified building which has a 20yr warranty on 8/19/2014 talked to tiffany who confirmed the 20 yr warranty it was also leaking and running down the windows on the inside i've called many times to talk to a manager, owner someone who could have someone come out to fix this problem well they just kept running me around so I contacted the attorney generals office who then contacted them and tnt carports would not return their calls so I contacted the attorney generals office talked to matthew kreush he told me he would try again and tell them he advised us to take them to small claims court all I want is this issue to be taken care of I really dont want to go that route this company does not stand by their product and i'm screwed out of my hard earned money which I had to save for this building a long time just to have it leakingDesired Settlement: I would like to have this problem repaired it is over a year and I have not heard from this company if they dont want to repair this garage leak then they can refund me my money cause they have not stood by their product even if its under warranty they still wont take care of this issue

Review: I ordered a carport 4 months ago today and it has not been delivered and set up yet. I have called the scheduling dept. several times but goes to mailbox and they will not call me back.I think they could at least let me know if this is scheduled and tell me why I have had to wait this long. I did pay a deposit on this but not worried about that, just want to know when it will be here, hopefully before winter sets in and can't do it then with the ground frozen.Desired Settlement: I just want my carport delivered & installed!

Review: We contracted with TNT Carports in June of 2013 to deliver and construct a garage on our property. We gave them a $1,915.00 deposit using our [redacted] debit card. After receiving a rejection letter from our towns code enforcement department we asked for a refund. TNT Carports refunded our money to a closed account at a different bank. Originally when we submitted the deposit we gave them our [redacted] debit card. unfortunately this bank had a daily limit and rejected the charge. After being informed of this we promptly provided the alternative [redacted] debit card number and the transaction was completed. Back in December, when the refund was made we informed them that it was made to the incorrect account but that the account they used was closed months before. Since December 2013 we attempted to speak with them to no avail. We sent a letter providing documentation proving what we have said here and they have choose to ignore us. All we want is our deposit of $1,915.00 back.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund check for the full amount of $1,915.00.

Review: We ordered a carport through a local dealer of TNT carports on 5/17/14, and received a portion of our order on 6/30/14. They did not have enough parts to complete the job and said they would return in 2 weeks and never did .Since then my husband and myself have been in contact with the company via phone and email, they do NOT return any messages, we always have to call them back. After speaking with multiple people including a manager they told me that today they would be here to finish the job and they did not show up. I am more than frustrated as we have paid $2209.80 for something that is not finished. It seems as though they had no problem collecting our money and have no intentions on completing the job . I am looking for help (as the company is not willing to help) to get this resolved ASAP.Desired Settlement: I feel that with the horrible service that has been provided we are entitled to a partial refund for the inconvenience and frustration in dealing with this company. We have been waiting for the final product for almost 3 months !

Review: Ordered a carport on May 12, 2014 and was given a 2 to 4 week delivery/installation time. I sent a deposit of $650 which was cashed. It has now been over 11 weeks since ordering and they still don't have a scheduled delivery date. Numerous calls have resulted in the same answer, "we don't have a schedule for installation because we don't have a full truck load coming your way". No mention was ever made during the purchase of having to wait for a "full load".Desired Settlement: I would like to have the carport delivered and installed ASAP.

Review: I ordered a carport July 18th. It was supposed to be delivered and installed in 4-6 weeks. It is now Oct. 9th, and I still have no carport. Numerous phone calls go to voicemail and I have not received a call back. Today, the last time I spoke to the company operator, I was put on hold. After waiting nearly 15 minutes, they hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I would like the carport delivered and installed by the end of October 2013. If that is not possible, I would like a refund of my deposit in the amount of $115.47(One hundred fifteen dollars and forty seven cents).

The company called and finally scheduled delivery, 3 months after placing an order for two buildings and then didn't show or call. No answer at any number. Called in the morning, 45 minutes on hold and Rescheduled . Repeat no show or call. 2 days lost work. Showed up on 3rd scheduled day with only half of the order, one garage not two. I called, same 45 minute hold time, asked for the supervisor. Customer service denied that I reminded them on each and every contact I made that there were 2 buildings, in fact blaming me for their mistakes. And that is when I lost my cool, saying my 2 year old Grandson could do a better job. Out 3 days work, and the deposit on the missing building. I'm wiser now and hope you don't make my mistake buying from TNT CARPORTS.

I called TNT Carports at the recommendation of a friend. I ordered a 24' x 25' building with a 12' lean to in colors that would match my home. The representative required a CC number and a 10% downpayment at the time of ordering. While I was waiting to have concrete poured TNT contacted me several times to schedule the install. I contacted TNT when the concrete was poured and they scheduled the install for 10 days later in order for the concrete to cure. They arrived when scheduled and worked until dark. They showed up the following day and completed the building. I watched them construct the building and was satisfied with their attention to the building being square and level. They answered every question I had and were polite. The finished building matched my home and looks great.

Review: I ordered this carport almost 2 months ago...They were told I needed a permit to install this therefore I needed an installation date....I contacted them several times by phone with no response...I contacted them several times by email with no response...Today they show up at my door to install with no notice...It cannot be installed without a permit...I called and talked to manager fidel and he was supposed to send me an email of the reschedule but I received nothing...again I contacted the scheduling dept by email and again got no response.. They were quick to take my deposit but noone wants to do their job and schedule this...This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with...Desired Settlement: I'd like them to do their job and schedule this and get it done...If this is impossible, I would like my deposit refunded and I will go elsewhere...Thank you

Review: My boss purchased a metal shed from this company. It has been an unfortunate experience dealing with our rep Winter since she does not communicate with the customer regarding the delivery schedule (even after several emails are sent and voicemails are left). I've called several times and left Derrick the supervisor a message and still have not received a call back. I have never dealt with a company with such poor customer service and the worst part is, there is no one to complain to since they ignore my calls and sometimes pick up and hang up. It's sad that after spending several thousands of dollars this is the service they provide!Desired Settlement: There is no fixing this!

Review: Have taken deposit for product and have not delivered or installed it. Many phone calls have been placed and they ALL go to answering machines, with NO call backs.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the sides to my carport, in the correct color and get them insatlled. TNT Carports installed the original carport INSIDE a fenced area. Now that I want sides installed, they have a problem with this. I had the fence removed the next morning. Now I sit with a totally open carport. I need to get this closed in sothat the fence people can get the fence back up.

Review: Metal carport was not delivered in a timely manner as they stated. Never received carport after waiting for 10 weeks. Tried to contact company numerous times and customer service was bad. Was put on hold for long periods of time and hung up on a few times.Desired Settlement: Want my deposit back. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company as of 08/08/2014.

Review: When I ordered this building on Sept 29 2014, I was given a 3 to 7 weeks delivery time. Now on Nov 7 2014 I am told it may be next summer before It is delivered. Supervisors are never in the office when I call and they never return my calls. I was able to speak to one person that said he would see what he could do. Never heard from him again. Their reason for delay is they need to sell 10 more buildings in my area and then install them at that time. A lot of work went into getting ready for this building, old shed torn down, gravel hauled for site to be prepped. Now I am left with nothing but equipment setting out in the elements.Desired Settlement: I just want the building I purchased to be delivered and installed before winter strikes. If this is not possible I would like my down payment returned to me so other arrangements can be made.

We are extremely behind in that area since is so close to winter we are receiving a ton of order our cut off date of install in that area is October the 1st. Anything that we receive on or after this date we can not assure install depending on weather. I am rejecting this response because:It says I can get my deposit back but no directions to contact [redacted] to do so. How do I receive a refund? If this was all made clear to me when I purchased from Carports.com it would have saved us all a lot of time and trouble not to mention the hard feelings.

Review: In their written contract TNT demands that you are "at the location for the entire day when delivery is scheduled." After the first day we took off work we couldn't get ahold Stephanie, of the woman in Scheduling. When she wouldn't return our calls we had to wait until 1:30pm EST the following day to talk with headquarters in CA, when they report to the office. After waiting 7 weeks for the delivery, I waited for a total of three days at the house for the carport to be delivered. No on at TNT could even get ahold of the contractor! Ultimately, after another 10 days attempting to reschedule, when I finally got a hold of the contractor in charge, he hung up on us. There is no accountability. Customer service was non-existent. It's unbelievable the the company could not reach the contractor they reached. Even more upsetting was the fact that the individual, Stephanie, in charge of "Scheduling" would never return calls. No one ever called to say the contractor wasn't coming, was late, or even offered to help reschedule.I can't believe this company exists, especially in light of the other reviews that exist on this company.Desired Settlement: No settlement requested other than to publish what a danger this company is to honest customers.

Review: I purchased a carport from TNT Carports on January 15, 2015 and paid a required deposit of $130 dollars. The purchase confirmation email I received from TNT Carports stated that the average delivery time for installation would be two to six weeks. I have not heard from TNT Carports since my purchase. I have left numerous email and voicemail messages, but no one returns my calls or responds to my emails. Only two times have I reached someone by phone. Both times I explained my issue and was placed on hold. Both times the call was "dropped" after being placed on hold.I am very dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided by TNT Carports.Desired Settlement: If TNT Carports continues to ignore my attempts to contact them I will cancel my order.

Review: In Jan of 2013 I called TNT and spoke to [redacted], ordered my building over $15K, delivery was for May,14'- due to road conditions, weight limits and size change to the building,(smaller) it was set for the second week in June 14'. Later, [redacted] told me that the building color I requested was popular and could take longer, he told me this months after I ordered the building, He also never disclosed the fact that scheduling in my area was a huge problem. I asked many time for my deposit back, I was never acknowledged. I told [redacted] to get my unit to production in May and the guarantee is 1-4 weeks, he still had the wrong color, told him twice in writing, he still missed it, this was in June and it went to production in late June. There guarantee says 1- 6 weeks. [redacted] the scheduler tried to me to except a building in all different kinds of colors, [redacted] said it would be faster. I asked it at 1/2 price? [redacted] said no. then I said no. It's been a total of 9 months and I'm still waiting for the rest of my building to be erected. I have wall breeches and the building is twistingCurrently taking them to court. I want my money back and the parts for the doors, I'v lost over 20K in business due to this.False advertising, undisclosing important decision making facts.It's absolutely ridiculous! ALL FALSE ADVERTISING!I can not get anyone from TNT to help, they never call back nor ever follow through with their promises.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and the free parts for the doors left here on the ground 3 months ago.PERIOD

After reading their policy of not receiving funds until customer is satisfied, which NEVER Happened, they took my money<$13922. and left me without 2 doors installed for 4 months and the 60 day guarantee to have the building installed. It was a total of 9 months.
