My HVAC system was quite old and I needed a new one. TR Miller was the only 5 star company I could find. The salesman came out and I decided to get a whole new HVAC system so he set up a date. Three installation techs came out named Jon, Jorge and Elmer, Three of the nicest guys you would ever want to meet. They removed they HVAC unites and the plenum and the return air drop duct work. They really knew their business and made everything look easy and were such nice guys they made things fun because of their personalities. They did a phenomenal job making everything level, plumb and square and cleaned up everything better than it was. I have already recommended TR Killer to several friends. I am super happy with all their work !
My air conditioner went out so I looked for a reputable HVAC company and TJ Miller was the only one I could find with 5 stars so I called them up and they sent a salesman named Patrick out. Patrick gave me several options on how to handle my problem. Since the whole HVAC system was quite old and the fact that I was selling the house in the spring that it would be a good idea to replace the whole HVAC system that way the buyers would not want a credit because everything was so old. Patrick showed us how many HVAC unites they put in our neighborhood already and we were astounded. Patrick also made us feel so comfortable without any high-pressure tactics that we would recommend him to everyone. Do yourself a favor and have TR Miller Give you a quote, you will not be sorry.
Kevin Ingalls of T.R. Miller came out within a few hours after our furnace went out. The outside temperature was 16 degrees, so the house got cold very quickly. He thoroughly examined the furnace, and identified that our 10 year old Nest thermostat was faulty, which caused the furnace to shut down. We purchased a new Ecobee thermostat from him and he generously spent time downloading the app for us and explained how it works. Our house is nice and toasty again. Thank you Kevin! You're a pro.

We found this company to be extremely professional, trustworthy and honest They were fully knowledgeable on the latest technologies of airflow and did not try to upsell us on something we did not need The owner was down-to-earth - stopping by after the installation to go over any questions we had on operating and servicing the equipment The installers were respectful and careful - a team of three that got the job done efficiently and thoroughly We really can't say enough - it's rare to find a solid, good company with competitive prices these days We were lucky to have another company recommend them, and then the references from years previous had all good things to say too

We have used TR Miller (formerly [redacted] ) to service our furnaces, A/C and humidifiers since they installed the units in our new home years ago Mike *serviced a broken A/C unit today After listening to my description of the problem, he took the time to explain what he was looking for and then what he actually found wrong He showed me the broken piece from the unit and what was wrong with it, and then how the piece should have looked when he installed the new one Mike *was very nice and was patient answering my questions He also explained the problem in a way that was easy for me to understandI would also like to say that the office staff was very polite and helpful (as always) when I called to make my service appointment I was able to get an appointment the next day As promised, they called to let me know when Mike *was on his way to our houseI highly recommend TR Miller and have had only positive experiences with the company
