TR Miller has helped me out for over years They consistently send out knowledgeable staff who take the time to thoroughly explain the reason service is needed and help strategize the best course of action for the client I have never had the same service man but they are all consistently helpful and professional!
Connor and Anthony were absolutely fantasticThey were professional, courteous and respectfulSafety was their number one concern Prior to starting, they shut off the power to the unit and explained what was going to be removed and installedThey did an awesome job and cleaned up after themselvesGreat job

We found this company to be extremely professional, trustworthy and honest They were fully knowledgeable on the latest technologies of airflow and did not try to upsell us on something we did not need The owner was down-to-earth - stopping by after the installation to go over any questions we had on operating and servicing the equipment The installers were respectful and careful - a team of three that got the job done efficiently and thoroughly We really can't say enough - it's rare to find a solid, good company with competitive prices these days We were lucky to have another company recommend them, and then the references from years previous had all good things to say too

We have used TR Miller (formerly [redacted] ) to service our furnaces, A/C and humidifiers since they installed the units in our new home years ago Mike *serviced a broken A/C unit today After listening to my description of the problem, he took the time to explain what he was looking for and then what he actually found wrong He showed me the broken piece from the unit and what was wrong with it, and then how the piece should have looked when he installed the new one Mike *was very nice and was patient answering my questions He also explained the problem in a way that was easy for me to understandI would also like to say that the office staff was very polite and helpful (as always) when I called to make my service appointment I was able to get an appointment the next day As promised, they called to let me know when Mike *was on his way to our houseI highly recommend TR Miller and have had only positive experiences with the company
