Ben & Christian installed my furnace today, and I was absolutely amazed by their professionalism When they arrived they gave me a timeline and what I should expect during install Once they were finished, they walked me through everything they replaced and gave me some tips on how to prolong the life of the furnace On top of all of that, the work site was cleaner than when they had arrived! Will definitely use them again for future work

TR Miller and his crews are greatThey installed a new furnace for us in July and its been working flawlessly sinceRecently I experienced a problem where there was no heat but the blower was still running in low it just wouldn't fire upPlaced the service call and within a couple for hours Tyler came to our rescueHe troubled shot the problem and had us up and running in about ten minutesHe is very knowledgeable and kept us very well informed on his progress throughoutIt was a very easy fix and it taught me a very good ( expensive) lesson to replace the batteries in my thermostat yearly or when the icon indicator comes on Thank you Tyler, the office staff and TR MillerYou,re great !
I had an inconsistant problem with the furnace where it was attempting to fire up, but after 10-seconds it would produce a rather loud knocking noise for 5-seconds and then shut down, all would be quite for another 5-sec and then the sequence would repeatMike Ecame out, he identified the problem quickly, showed me exactly how he was fixing it, and gave me recommendations on how to prevent re-occurrence in the futureHe was very efficient in the way he worked, very knowledgeable, extremely clean and if the problem does re-occurr within days, it will a free service call when he comes back
Came out on a Friday evening to fix an urgent problem with furnace Arrived in good time, did a good job and price was fair for after hours service Very satisfied with their work We previously had TR Miller install new furnace and air conditioner They have a very good reputation
