We have been most satisfied with the service we have received over the years from TR Miller The cleaning and servicing of our furnace and AC this morning was outstanding The guy who did the work, Mike E., was friendly and polite and eager to have us watch the various tests he performed He was quick and efficient, showed us the condition of various parts, and offered helpful advice on the use and maintenance of our equipment I really do not think it would be possible for him to have done a better job
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Another lie from business, it just keeps piling up State should really investigate as if this business is willing to lie about something as small as this then there is no telling the lengths they are willing to go toAgain when I called the second time and asked for a quote just on the part I was quoted $over the phone but was charged $two days earlierAgain the company said there was NEVER a charge to come back out and install a part they did not have, and on the phone [redacted] said the second $was to send the tech out a second time to install the proper wheel [redacted] just simply has a hard time with the truth and that also could be why when I requested to speak with right away it took him over hours to get back to me(needed time to make up a story for why I was being taken advantage of) I also have a copy of the bills they left and it is exactly as I emailed in the complaint It seems [redacted] likes to make up bills and charges after the fact Sincerely, [redacted]
We called TR Miller in regard to a problem with our furnace, and they had a service tech (Dan I believe) out that very day (Thursday.) He was extremely courteous and helpful Turns out our heat exchanger was cracked, and after discussing the feasability of fixing a year old furnace we decided replacement was the way to go We were not available to meet with the Field Manager until Monday, which is when Shawn came to measure and give us our options Again, super knowledgeable and informative That Wednesday Ben and Christian arrived promptly at 8:00am and without leaving any dirt, smudges or scratches removed our old furnace and had the new one installedThis was a huge relief as our furnace is located in our recently remodeled finished basementBefore they left they gave us a thorough walk thru of the new unit's operations and preventative maintenance measures We could not have been happier with the quality of service we received and would highly recommend TR Miller to anyone that asks
Ben J did an excellent job installing my furnace and air conditioner and explaining the controls/operations He is knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving the site
I just had my furnace cleaned and serviced by a very knowledgable technician, named Mike, from TR Miller Heating & Cooling Mike was very professional, and explained everything that he was doing in the process of assessing my furnace and humidifier It gives me confidence in the company when they send out someone like Mike I will certainly request Mike again for my furnace's next servicing

SpentA $on repairSystem didn’t worked even for two hoursOn third day technician said the system need to be replaced because it’s low in refrigerant and cannot find the leak or pay $more and take a chanceI paid $and still don’t know if system will work
[redacted] Miller came to my house to assess my air conditioning problem We agreed that a new air conditioner was best for my situation The technicians, AMMON and SEAN, did the replacement AMMON explained what they were going to do before the work started When finished, I was given a walk through of what was installed and how it operates I did ask several questions and each one was answered in a manner that I could understand Hopefully the unit will be trouble free for years
I was very happy with my AC maintenanceManny was very knowledgeable and spent the time to walk me through my system and how to make it work better in the future
