TR Miller is an excellent company and we have been long time customers They are very reliable, honest and trustworthy We recently had our furnaces and air conditioner replacedThe work was done carefully and the crew was very informative and willing to accommodate our requests
TR Miller installed a new heating/cooling system last summerWe were very pleased with the professionalism of the staff, the reasonable rates, the explanation of various choices, the promptness of the service and the great cleanupThis winter's cold spell brought a minor problem with the expelled air freezing on the side of the houseWe phoned, got a quick and friendly response from the desk, and the guys came out to check the problem within a few days, with a prior phone call to make sure the time was convenient for us.The problem was fixed with just a minor adjustment and no new equipment or service neededThe workers did not charge us for the visit and I was really pleased about that, not to mention the timely and cheerful service of all involved

Hi, I contacted TR Miller to have my compressor checked This is not my first contact with TR Miller since I had my other air compressor go out around years ago While the other staff are good I think field rep Cody is truly an excellent field tech Not only he is extremely knowledgeable but he takes the time to investigate and find root cause of the problem Anyone else would have concluded tonight that the compressor is shorted out and need replacement but not Cody He kept digging till he found that the problem is a couple of burned wires related to unit that keeps coolant fluid in cold weather Thanks to Cody, I now have compressor working again It is people like Cody that keep me going back to TR Miller
We lost cooling on both air conditioners which are years oldMike from T R Miller came out and assessed the situation and provided choices explaining the plus and minus of eachAfter answering my wife's and my question in detail we felt based on the age of the units it was best to replace bothMike charged both units and the cost of freon will be subtracted from our final bill with the new units, nice, the house is now cool again and in two days the new units will be installedMike was very qualified and was able to answer all questionsWe have been dealing with T R Miller for many years and so the great service continues...Jim & Carol
One of our furnaces stopped working and Mike E from TR Miller came in to take a lookThey sent me a text message telling me when he would arrive and also had a nifty site where I could track him on Google mapsMike was extremely polite and professionalHe systematically went about diagnosing the problem, walking me through everything he was doingIt turned out that the circuit board was fried and the blower motor was deadMike explained all my options and costs upfront so I could take an informed decisionHe had all the parts ready in his truck and finished the job quickly but thoroughlyHe even hauled away all the old partsReally great service! I would highly recommend Mike E and TR Miller for all your heating & cooling needs
