I am rejecting this response because:Your website says NOTHING about PAYING for repair service after daysIt says one year hardware software and labor warrantyI no longer need your help because smart guard finally agreed to take care of itI will not be buying anymore of your products or dealing with your company again because I hear something else from everyone I talk to one says you will repair it for free another person says there is a costIf there is a cost then your website is advertising and I would recommend it be updated and correct and I also recommend you train your employees to say the same thing and not have one person say one thing and another say anotherGood luck tablet express you are going to need it to stay in business especially since there are manufacturers that have straight forward warranties and their employees all are aware of what their policy is.

I am rejecting the response to wait two months to have the tablet repaired because Tabletexpress states they have to send their entire tech department out of the country for training No other offer to resolve the complaint has been made Now Tabletexpress is requesting the order number again, which I submitted in an email However, the order number (***) was provided by *** in the original correspondence and has been present in subsequent emails there are no missing digits I feel this is a stalling technique
