I have reviewed the response made by tabletexpress.com in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I will accept the second option of a refund. I purchaded through [redacted], so my question is how will the refund come? Through the credit card I used through [redacted]? Please have tabletexpress.com provide that information and the prepaid shipping label. I would also like to state that I attempted to resolve this matter myself with tabletexpress.com and they refused me to speak with a manager over 9 times within the past month. This company is unprofessional and clearly does not care about customer relationships or satisfaction. Buyer beware!
